Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived benefits and perceived convenience on interest in using e-money, with trust as an intervening variable in generation Z. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 3,875 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, while the sample research method used the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 100 people was obtained. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire While the data analysis technique uses the statistical path analysis model, namely the partial least squares structural equation model (PLSSEM), The results showed that perceived benefits and perceived convenience had a significant effect on trust. Furthermore, perceived benefits have a significant effect on the intention to use e-money, while perceived convenience has no significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Trust has a significant effect on interest in using e-money. Trust is able to mediate the effect of perceived benefits on interest in using e-money, but is unable to mediate the effect of perceived ease of use on interest in using e-money.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to enhance students' understanding in the subject of Science and develop their practical skills. The study assesses the role of educators in designing and effectively delivering this integrated curriculum, emphasizing the importance of an interdisciplinary approach. Furthermore, the research evaluates the curriculum's impact on students' learning outcomes and their engagement in the subjects of Science and electrical installations. The Research and Development (RnD) method, specifically field research, was employed, utilizing literature sources from books and journals. Data collection involved interviewing 28 students as the sample. Validation analysis indicates that the learning media is highly rated by teachers for content suitability, presentation quality, user-friendliness, alignment with objectives, and teaching effectiveness, with scores ranging from 9.1/10 to 9.6/10. Students also provided positive assessments, albeit slightly lower, with average scores ranging from 8.4/10 to 8.9/10. Overall, the learning media is considered valid and effective in enhancing understanding of electrical installation materials. Practicality assessments regarding validity show that teachers and students rated the learning media highly in all aspects, indicating high consistency in media quality. Despite minor differences in opinions between teachers and students, both generally acknowledge the quality of the learning media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep kerja sama dalam keluarga dual-earner (rumah tangga di mana kedua pasangan bekerja) sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam hadis Nabi Muhammad Saw. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemahaman nilai-nilai Islam terkait pembagian peran dan tanggung jawab dalam keluarga dengan pasangan yang sama-sama bekerja, serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip tersebut dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka sebagai metode utama. Sumber data utama mencakup koleksi hadis yang autentik, seperti Shahih Bukhari dan Shahih Muslim, serta literatur kontemporer tentang kehidupan keluarga dalam Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis Nabi Muhammad Saw menekankan pendekatan kerja sama dan kesetaraan dalam tanggung jawab rumah tangga. Nabi memberikan teladan dengan turut serta dalam pekerjaan domestik meskipun memiliki peran publik yang besar sebagai pemimpin umat. Prinsip-prinsip inti seperti keadilan, saling menghormati, dan komunikasi efektif muncul sebagai elemen kunci dalam menciptakan keharmonisan dalam keluarga dual-earner. Nilai-nilai ini tetap relevan dalam konteks modern, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan seperti manajemen waktu, pengelolaan stres, dan menjaga keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep kerja sama dalam keluarga dual-earner, sebagaimana diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad Saw, tidak hanya memperkuat hubungan keluarga, tetapi juga mencerminkan nilai-nilai universal yang dapat diterapkan di berbagai konteks budaya. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi keluarga Muslim dan memberikan kontribusi pada diskursus studi Islam kontemporer. This study explores the concept of cooperation within dual-earner families (households where both spouses work) as outlined in the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The research focuses on understanding Islamic values related to the division of roles and responsibilities in families where both partners are employed, while also examining how these principles can be practically implemented in everyday life. Employing a qualitative approach, this study utilizes library research as its primary method. The main sources include authentic collections of hadith, such as Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, along with contemporary literature on Islamic family life. The findings reveal that the hadith of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) emphasizes a cooperative and equitable approach to household responsibilities. The Prophet exemplified collaboration by participating in domestic tasks despite his significant public role as a community leader. Core principles such as justice, mutual respect, and effective communication emerge as key elements in fostering harmony within dual-earner families. These values remain highly relevant in modern contexts, addressing challenges such as time management, stress handling, and maintaining work-life balance. The study concludes that the concept of cooperation in dual-earner families, as reflected in the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), not only strengthens familial relationships but also embodies universal values applicable across diverse cultural contexts. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for Muslim families and contribute to the broader discourse on contemporary Islamic studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi nilai-nilai humaniora dalam pendidikan berbasis karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Pendidikan berbasis karakter di MI tidak hanya mengajarkan pengetahuan akademik, tetapi juga berfokus pada pembentukan akhlak dan sikap siswa. Dalam konteks ini, nilai-nilai humaniora seperti etika, seni, sastra, dan sejarah dapat memainkan peran penting dalam memperkuat pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan untuk menggali teori-teori dan model-model integrasi humaniora dalam kurikulum MI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai humaniora dalam pendidikan karakter di MI dapat meningkatkan kesadaran moral, toleransi, serta penghargaan terhadap budaya dan keberagaman. Selain itu, penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut juga membantu membentuk karakter siswa yang berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan yang universal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan yang lebih holistik dan berfokus pada pembentukan karakter yang seimbang.
