Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the relevance of the concept of Moral Education according to Muhammad Athiyah Al-Abrasi and the hadith about makarim al-akhlak in the context of Islamic education to date. By using library research methods and data collection techniques through documentation, this research draws data from literature that is considered still relevant to the research theme. The research results show that the concept of Moral Education taught by Al-Abrasi and the principles contained in the hadith regarding makarim al-akhlak still have strong relevance in the world of Islamic Education in the modern era.

Abstract

Corruption is the act of rotten, dirty, and cheating, and from the positive Law and legal perspective Islam. corruption is an extraordinary crime and can even be categorized as transnational organized crime. However, the social reality in Indonesia and the World is that there is still a lot of corruption in Muslim countries or countries with a majority Muslim population, including Indonesia. Thus, this paper examines how Corruption is studied as a crime (jarimah) from the perspective of Islam. The research was conducted by optimizing library data and analyzing secondary data. This study shows that this criminal act of corruption does not get a single discussion in Islamic Law but is likened to theft.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep kerja sama dalam keluarga dual-earner (rumah tangga di mana kedua pasangan bekerja) sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam hadis Nabi Muhammad Saw. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemahaman nilai-nilai Islam terkait pembagian peran dan tanggung jawab dalam keluarga dengan pasangan yang sama-sama bekerja, serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip tersebut dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka sebagai metode utama. Sumber data utama mencakup koleksi hadis yang autentik, seperti Shahih Bukhari dan Shahih Muslim, serta literatur kontemporer tentang kehidupan keluarga dalam Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis Nabi Muhammad Saw menekankan pendekatan kerja sama dan kesetaraan dalam tanggung jawab rumah tangga. Nabi memberikan teladan dengan turut serta dalam pekerjaan domestik meskipun memiliki peran publik yang besar sebagai pemimpin umat. Prinsip-prinsip inti seperti keadilan, saling menghormati, dan komunikasi efektif muncul sebagai elemen kunci dalam menciptakan keharmonisan dalam keluarga dual-earner. Nilai-nilai ini tetap relevan dalam konteks modern, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan seperti manajemen waktu, pengelolaan stres, dan menjaga keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep kerja sama dalam keluarga dual-earner, sebagaimana diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad Saw, tidak hanya memperkuat hubungan keluarga, tetapi juga mencerminkan nilai-nilai universal yang dapat diterapkan di berbagai konteks budaya. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi keluarga Muslim dan memberikan kontribusi pada diskursus studi Islam kontemporer. This study explores the concept of cooperation within dual-earner families (households where both spouses work) as outlined in the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The research focuses on understanding Islamic values related to the division of roles and responsibilities in families where both partners are employed, while also examining how these principles can be practically implemented in everyday life. Employing a qualitative approach, this study utilizes library research as its primary method. The main sources include authentic collections of hadith, such as Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, along with contemporary literature on Islamic family life. The findings reveal that the hadith of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) emphasizes a cooperative and equitable approach to household responsibilities. The Prophet exemplified collaboration by participating in domestic tasks despite his significant public role as a community leader. Core principles such as justice, mutual respect, and effective communication emerge as key elements in fostering harmony within dual-earner families. These values remain highly relevant in modern contexts, addressing challenges such as time management, stress handling, and maintaining work-life balance. The study concludes that the concept of cooperation in dual-earner families, as reflected in the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), not only strengthens familial relationships but also embodies universal values applicable across diverse cultural contexts. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for Muslim families and contribute to the broader discourse on contemporary Islamic studies.

Abstract

Wasathiyah Islam has become one of the issues that has been widely researched recently. This issue arises as a response to the increasing behavior of extremism and radicalism in society. Several studies indicate that wasathiyah is a concept of teaching aimed at producing a moderate character in every aspect of community life. This research aims to uncover the concept of wasathiyah by using QS. 2:143 as the primary source and revealing its meaning through the ma'na cum maghza approach. This study is a library research using a qualitative method based on a deconstructive paradigm—the interpretation of QS. 2:143 is conducted with textual-literal analysis (grammar study) combined with contextual analysis (micro and macro historical study). Both reviews were conducted to understand the substance of the phenomenal historical meaning and the significant dynamics of the implementation of QS. 2:143. The sources of literature used are books on understanding, grammar, and history as data sources in this research. The results of the study show that based on QS. 2:143, wasatiyah is a hallmark of Islam, which does not teach ideologies and doctrines of extremism. Islam also provides certain limitations on radical and liberal thoughts that allow reason to work outside the control of the heart in practice. Thus, in the contemporary context, the discourse of wasathiyah represents Islam's position as a religion that has many methodologies and pays attention to the aspect of balance within it, not only in social behavior but also in worship practices, beliefs, and mu'amalah.

Abstract

Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya internalisasi nilai kejujuran, amanah, dan tanggung jawab sebagai fondasi integritas akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena plagiarisme dan kecurangan akademik di perguruan tinggi dalam perspektif hadits Nabi, khususnya hadits “Barangsiapa yang menipu maka ia bukan dari golongan kami” (HR. Muslim). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research), melalui telaah literatur hadits, karya ilmiah klasik maupun kontemporer, serta regulasi akademik terkait etika pendidikan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa plagiarisme dan berbagai bentuk kecurangan akademik bukan hanya pelanggaran etika ilmiah, tetapi juga merupakan bentuk penipuan yang dilarang dalam Islam. Hadits Nabi memberikan dasar normatif yang kuat untuk membangun budaya akademik yang berintegritas, sehingga perguruan tinggi tidak hanya menghasilkan lulusan yang unggul secara intelektual, tetapi juga kokoh secara moral dan spiritual.
