Abstract

Internet telah mendorong teknologi informasi berkembang dengan pesat khususnya web. Dimana web merupakan sarana untuk berbagi informasi. Dunia pendidikan harus bisa menyesuaikan dengan teknologi informasi ini. Yayasan Al-Fath Bekasi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan (pesantren) harus bisa menjawab tantangan tersebut. Website untuk yayasan Al-Fath Bekasi saat ini belum ada, sehingga diperlukan pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan website tersebut. Pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan berupa pelatihan dengan melakukan praktek secara langsung, dimana para peserta mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana seluk beluk pembuatan website hingga publish ke internet. Sehingga kedepannya Yayasan Al-Fath Bekasi bisa melakukan pengelolaan website tersebut.

Abstract

World of work could be a company, institution or organization where people do something for making money. Many factors influence the success in the world of work, such as: passion, brain, beauty, discipline, behaviour and motivation. Motivation is a set of value that influence an individual to achieve a personal specific target. Success can be defined as an achievement in a certain field. The motivation in the world of work is needed to push someone optimizing his ability and potency. The graduates of SMK (Vocational High School) are designed to be placed in the world of work. It is to be important thing to grow the success motivation on the students of vocational high school (SMK).

Abstract

This research activity is to determin the impat of using social media in public speaking activities forr students at SMK Karya National. The times have entered the digital era where technology continues to develop rapidly and everyone is involved in the dynamics of social media. This research aims to provide education about social media in depth, both in terms of positive and negative azpects of public speaking sklills. Where currently social media is very common for everyone. Social media is also able to influence speaking style, grammar and word use. The influence of informal language and casual communication styles common on social media can be a challenge in formal communication. The significance of public speaking in the educational and professional world is crucial, students are faced with the challenge of developing public speaking skills along with the dominance of social media
