Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecerdasan majemuk (multiple intelligences) siswa sekolah dasar dalam perspektif pendidikn Islam. Multiple intellegence yang disampaikan Howard Gardner tersebut tercakup juga dalam kecerdasan konsep Islam, meliputi kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional. Namun Howard Gardner tidak melibatkan kecerdasan eksistensial dalam mengungkap kecerdasan yang dimiliki setiap manusia. Padahal Islam memandang kecerdasan eksistensial merupakan salah satu dari kecerdasan yang dimiliki manusia yang berasal dari fitrah manusia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian library research atau kepustakaan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah riset pustaka atau studi pustaka yaitu memanfaatkan sumber perpustakaan untuk memperoleh data. Yang membedakan kecerdasan majemuk menurut Howard Gardner dan Perspektif Islam adalah menurut konsep Islam ada konsep alam di dalam pembelajaran. Alam adalah kemampuan dasar yang ada pada masing-masing siswa yang perlu dikembangkan untuk mencapai perkembangan sempurna melalui pendidikan yang tepat. Masalah yang bisa dilihat, bahwa studi agama belum mengembangkan berbagai potensi atau kecerdasan majemuk secara penuh. Pendidikan Islam harus memperhatikan waktu dalam kegiatan belajar dan sesuai dengan ajaran Islam yang sebenarnya. Agar memahami kecerdasan majemuk secara optimal dan berkembang, maka kecerdasan majemuk ini harus juga diterapkan pada pendidikan Islam, sehingga siswa mengetahui kapan potensi kecerdasan bisa ditingkatkan yang pada akhirnya bisa memanfaatkan keterampilannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the village fund program on the community's economy, expansion of employment and business opportunities for rural communities in Purwakarta Regency. The research method used was Multivariate analysis or MANOVA. The function of MANOVA is to partially determine the effect of the village fund economy program (X) the community economy variable (Y1), on the expansion of employment (Y2) and business opportunities (Y3). And to see the effect simultaneously between the village fund program variables (X) on the community economy (Y1), expansion of employment (Y2) and business opportunities (Y3). The population in this study were 10 villages in Purwakarta Regency, each of which consisted of 10 respondents. The sampling technique used a stratified random sampling technique, taking random samples from each village. The results of the study are as follows: 1) based on a test between the influence or influence of individual variables, that the village fund program variables each affect economic growth, employment expansion and business opportunities. Because all variables have a significance value> than 0.05; 2) based on these tests it is stated that together there is an effect of the village fund program on economic growth, expansion of employment and business opportunities, because the value of F is calculated > from F table.

Abstract

Human capital can also be referred to as the potential that everyone has to turn into a superior human being. The discussion of human capital is dissected through the eyes of Islam, namely the Qur'an. The goal is to find out what potential humans have to be developed. This discussion is analyzed through a library method that is sourced from the Qur'an, the theory of the human element from the perspective of Imam Al-Ghozali and several other supporting data. That is by dissecting the potentials of humans through the verses of the Qur'an. Imam Al-Ghozali classifies the human element in empathy, namely: heart, spirit, lust, and reason. These four things must support and balance each other so that personal human capital can be realized which has eight potentials in the Qur'an, namely: humans are perfect creatures, humans are spiritual beings, humans are social creatures, humans are caliphs on earth, humans are human beings. are creatures who are given the ability to try, whether male or female, humans are creatures who want justice and respect according to their competence, humans are creatures who like to consult, and humans are creatures that can change.

Abstract

This research activity is to determin the impat of using social media in public speaking activities forr students at SMK Karya National. The times have entered the digital era where technology continues to develop rapidly and everyone is involved in the dynamics of social media. This research aims to provide education about social media in depth, both in terms of positive and negative azpects of public speaking sklills. Where currently social media is very common for everyone. Social media is also able to influence speaking style, grammar and word use. The influence of informal language and casual communication styles common on social media can be a challenge in formal communication. Abstract

The objective of this community service activity is to enhance career motivation and the capacity of micro-entrepreneurs in Warnasari Village, Cileunca, Pangalengan, so they can develop more sustainable and competitive businesses. The method used was training, which included interactive lectures, group discussions, and practical simulations on business planning, financial management, branding, and the use of technology in marketing. Evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests to measure changes in participants’ understanding. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of business management and planning, as well as the development of follow-up plans to grow their businesses. However, challenges remain, particularly limited capital and access to ongoing mentoring. The implication of this activity highlights the importance of long-term mentoring to support micro-entrepreneurs in applying the knowledge gained, and the need to expand access to capital and marketing to ensure sustainable business growth.

Abstract

The goal of this community service program is to increase the economic resilience of the Gunung Hejo Village community through the development of oyster mushroom cultivation, utilizing local potential sustainably. This activity is designed to reduce the community's dependence on traditional agriculture, which is vulnerable to market price fluctuations, climate uncertainty, and limited business diversification. Oyster mushroom cultivation was chosen as an alternative due to its broad market prospects, relatively simple production process, and the ability to produce high yields quickly.The method used in this program is participatory, educational, and applicable, with students and the community actively involved in every stage of the activity, from planning and outreach, technical training, to hands-on practice in making mushroom bags and maintaining oyster mushrooms. Intensive mentoring is provided to ensure the community not only understands the theory but also develops practical skills that can be applied independently. The results of this activity indicate that the community has successfully improved their understanding and technical skills related to oyster mushroom cultivation, including raw material selection, planting medium preparation, maintenance, and simple marketing strategies. Each baglog produced provides a sufficient yield for both household consumption and sale as a supplementary commodity, thus directly impacting local economic income. The implications of this program lie not only in the economic aspect but also in the development of an environmentally friendly and sustainable agricultural business model that can be replicated in other villages with similar potential. Furthermore, this activity strengthens collaboration between academics and the community as a crucial foundation for building business independence and sustainability. Thus, this community service program makes a tangible contribution to rural economic empowerment based on local potential.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in Gandasoli Village, Plered District, Purwakarta, through community service based on digital marketing and Islamic financial management. The method used was door-to-door interviews with five MSMEs, followed by socialization of digital marketing, NIB management, halal certification, and Islamic finance. Data were analyzed using NVivo 12 Plus and compared with previous research. The results show that MSMEs face obstacles in understanding digital marketing, sound finance, and business legality, but opportunities are open through training, Islamic financial literacy, and legal assistance. Digital marketing expands the market, while Islamic finance supports business sustainability. This program provides practical solutions for MSMEs in Gandasoli and emphasizes the importance of collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and the community to empower MSMEs in the digital era.
