Abstract

Serdang Bedagai has successfully developed a literacy program. This success has led to Serdang Bedagai receiving the Literacy Award from the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2017. This success cannot be separated from the leadership role of Ir. H. Soekirman as Regent of Serdang Bedagai. There are two main roles of the Regent's leadership, Ir. H. Soekirman, in developing the literacy program in Serdang Bedagai. First, it acts as a literacy model. Soekirman has set an example by his fondness for reading books, writing books, writing rhymes and poetry. Every year he reads at least 6 books, and has produced 12 of his own. Second, it acts as a policy maker to make programs related to literacy. With his role, Soekirman has established local regulations related to literacy, Decree of the Literacy Program Implementation Team, Library Development Decree, and budget allocation policy for literacy

Abstract

Program USAID PRIORITAS ini merupakan salah satu program yang didesain antara pemerintah Indonesia dan pemerintah Amerika Serikat dalam rangka pembangunan pendidikan di Indonesia. Sebagai bagian dalam pembangunan sektor pendidikan, tentunya memiliki sistem manajamen pembangunanya.USAID PRIORITAS bekerja sama dengan pemerintah provinsi dan kabupaten/kota untuk mendukung pemanfaatan data dan informasi untuk perencanaan, penganggaran, dan pengembangan kebijakan; meningkatkan hubungan antar sekolah, kabupaten/kota, provinsi, LPTK, dan pemerintah pusat; serta meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam mengelola pendidikan. Kegiatan utamanya penguatan manajemen SDM (guru), khususnya penataan dan pemerataan guru (PPG) sesuai kebutuhan, dan penyusunan rencana pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan untuk guru. Dari uraian dan analisis implementasi manajemen pembangunan program USAID PRIORITAS ini tampak bahwa sistem manajemen ini dapat berjalan dengan Sangat baik dan sesuai dengan Standard operasional yang dibangun. Inilah yang menjadi kunci kenapa program ini dianggap oleh berbagai pihak, baik dari pemerintah, masyarakat dan pemberi bantuan program menyatakan bahwa program ini sangat berhasil. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan itu adalah, sekalipun proyek ini sudah berkahir, akan tetapi program USAID PRIORITAS masih dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah daerah melalui anggaran daerah dan tenaga fasilitator daerah yang telah dilatih oleh USAID PRIORITAS.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge of the Tegalrejo sub-district community regarding the use of the internet to support marketing, or digital marketing. The implementation method for this service is through lectures on concepts related to digital marketing platforms, as well as short practice on how to pragmatically use digital marketing platforms in various fields. The expected result of this training is that the Tegalrejo sub-district community is able to skillfully apply digital marketing concepts according to their needs. In this context, it is a need in accordance with what is the concentration and interest, as well as the profession of the people of Tegalrejo. Some are for MSMEs, some are for organizations and so on

Abstract

This study explores the impact of visual marketing elements on consumer purchasing behavior within the fashion e-commerce industry, focusing on visual aesthetics, user-generated content (UGC), and influencer endorsements. Using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 25 participants to capture in-depth insights into how visual cues shape consumer perceptions, build trust, and influence purchase intentions. Thematic analysis of the data revealed three main findings: high-quality visuals evoke emotional responses that increase product appeal, UGC serves as a crucial factor in establishing trust and reducing purchase hesitation, and influencer endorsements significantly impact consumer decision-making by adding perceived value and trend relevance. These findings contribute to existing theories, such as the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model, by illustrating the diverse ways in which visual stimuli influence consumer behavior on emotional, social, and practical levels. Managerial implications include the strategic use of high-quality visuals, encouragement of UGC, and selection of authentic influencers to enhance consumer engagement and conversion. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of how visual marketing shapes consumer behavior in fashion e-commerce, offering valuable insights for both academic research and practical applications in the digital marketplace.

Abstract

Industrial downstreaming is one of the government's strategies in strengthening the national economy by optimally utilizing natural resources and increasing added value. This program aims to increase the understanding of the community of Sidorame Barat 2 Urban Village, Medan Perjuangan, about the concept of downstreaming and its impact on the local and national economy. Through a socialization and education approach, this activity is expected to build community awareness of the importance of downstreaming in promoting sustainable economic growth. The results of this activity showed the community's enthusiasm to participate in downstream initiatives in their area as well as their increased understanding of the contribution of downstream in the nation's economic development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang optimasi waktu pelaksanaan pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Poltekes Jurusan Farmasi tahap 1 menggunakan Metode CPM dan PERT,dimana pelaksanaan pembangunan di PT. Mulia Nicosalti di Palembang ini terlambatnya waktu penyelesaian yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya biaya proyek dari dana yang disediakan. Maka dari itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana percepatan waktu pelaksaan pekerjaan pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Poltekkes Jurusan Farmasi Tahap 1 serta dapat mengetahui percepatan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan agar menjadi suatu catatan keberhasilan bagi pelaksana (kontraktor) dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan, serta mengetahui waktu yang cepat dan efisien dengan aplikasi ilmu Manajemen Proyek yang kemudian dapat diaplikasikan di lapangan. Dengan membandingkan kedua metode tersebut dihasilkan data bahwa dengan menggunakan Metode CPM menghasilkan durasi penyelesaian proyek yang lebih cepat. Durasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menyesaikan proyek dengan Metode CPM adalah 22minggu dan dengan Metode PERT 25 minggu atau tingkat harapan dari peluang pekerjaan sebesar 79,12%.dariwaktu pelaksanaan pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Poltekes Jurusan Farmasi tahap 1.

Abstract

The existence of the millennial generation in Indonesia is currently one of the largest market shares for economic activities in this country. This study will discuss digital marketing in the Indonesian millennial generation. Today's empirical reality shows several phenomena, namely 1). The increasing growth and competition of online-based retail businesses 2). The development of software and technological infrastructure in digital marketing is increasingly innovative. 3) The behaviour of millennials in digital marketing and consumption is very prominent, becoming an unstoppable reality. This study was conducted using the angle of observation of this phenomenal empirical reality. The study is also strengthened by looking at the literature and previous studies. The result of this reflection is a comprehensive picture of Smart Digital Content Marketing with the main actors being Indonesian millennials. This study is expected to benefit Indonesian online businesses to further improve their digital content marketing with a smart approach.
