Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has the biggest Moslem population in the world. It causes an increase in demand for Islamic products, especially halal food products. The obligation to consume halal products become a huge market potential for food producers to produce halal products. This research aimed to find out the relation of factors that influence the intention to purchase halal food products.This research uses purposive sampling method with 200 respondents consisting of Muslim students from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Structural Equation Modelling was used to analyze existing data. This research uses halal awareness, product ingredients, Islamic brands, halal certification, product quality, and promotion as many factors that influence purchase intention of halal food products. Results showed that halal awareness, product ingredients, Islamic brands, halal certification, and product quality have a significantly positive effect on purchase intention of halal food products, but halal certification and promotion have no significant effect on purchase intention of halal food products.

Abstract

The company has the main source in carrying out its performance, namely man which must be considered carefully, because good Human Resources will create good performance later on the company. A company's human resources can provide optimal results if they are met with appropriate compensation and are also linked to good leadership traits. These two things will at least become benchmarks used by employees to improve personal and company performance. This study discusses the leadership and compensation provided by leasing companies on employee performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and compensation that will create good employee performance which also impacts on the company's good performance. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method with data collection derived from primary data by giving questionnaires a total of 193 samples from employees of PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia. In addition to primary data, secondary data is also used to strengthen research originating from journals and articles. The results of the study state that there is a relationship and a positive effect on the relationship between leadership and compensation on employee performance and employee satisfaction at PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia. Furthermore, there is a positive value between job satisfaction on employee performance. Job satisfaction can provide an indirect media influence on leadership and compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di KSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan akses modal halal kepada komunitas UMKM. Penting bagi perkembangan UMKM untuk memiliki akses modal halal. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah dan kesulitan dalam memenuhi persyaratan lembaga keuangan syariah. Dalam kegiatan ini, narasumber dilibatkan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah, konsep harta dalam Islam, serta berbagai akad yang terkait dengan pembiayaan lembaga keuangan syariah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta, yang sebagian besar adalah pelaku UMKM, mengenai akses modal halal dan praktik bisnis sesuai syariah. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja, serta mempromosikan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Diharapkan melibatkan lembaga keuangan syariah akan membantu dalam mencapai peningkatan akses modal yang lebih luas dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM.

Abstract

Keberadaan laboratorium bank mini syariah di sebuah institusi pendidikan tinggi dapat memberikan dampak terhadap upaya pengenalan dan edukasi mengenai gambaran produk - produk serta layanan –layanan yang ada pada industri perbankan syariah. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam (FEBI) Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bengkulu sebagai salah satu penyedia program pendidikan terkait perbankan syariah menyediakan laboratorium ini sebagai sarana praktik dan literasi bagi mahasiswa FEBI secara khusus dan masyarakat secara umum, akan tetapi dari waktu ke waktu tentunya unit ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya. Melihat hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang eksistensi laboratorium bank mini syariah di lingkungan FEBI IAIN Bengkulu dan strategi-strategi yang dapat digunakan agar lebih dikenal dan diketahui oleh para pengguna dan mitra internal maupun eksternal. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengambilan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara terhadap 3 orang narasumber yang merepresentasikan pengelola dan pengguna, serta dokumntasi objek penelitian yang kemudian divalidasi menggunakan triangulasi data. Adapun metode analisis menggunakan content analysis terhadap hasil wawancara serta hal hal yang ditemukan di lapangan dan analisis SWOT untuk mencari strategi eksistensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu ada peningkatan terkait fasilitas-fasilitas untuk praktik pembelajaran, menambah anggota pengelola, melakukan promosi serta kegiatan yang juga tidak hanya menargetkan internal kampus tapi juga kegiatan yang lebih bersifat publik
