Abstract

This research seeks to unveil the influence of cash turnover, inventory turnover, receivables turnover, sales growth, and capital structure on the profitability of retail trade sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. The study was conducted to determine how retail operations generate profitability. The total sample of this study is 21 retail sub-sector companies through purposive sampling, with a 5-year observation period from 2019-2023. So, there are 105 sample financial performances used in this research. The analysis tool is E-views 12 with the panel data approach. Random Effect Model is selected because it meets the criteria for BLUE test panel data. Cash (CTO) and inventory turnover (ITO) are two variables that cannot meet the effect on profitability, meanwhile the receivable turnover (RTO), sales growth (SGR) and capital structure proxied by DER can affect profitability partially. The simultaneous testing shows that cash turnover, inventory turnover, receivables turnover, sales growth, and capital structure have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

Driving cycle testing is a crucial step in measuring the performance of battery electric vehicles (BEVs), especially in terms of energy efficiency and battery design optimization. This article discusses the driving cycle testing conducted in the Solo area, Central Java, to obtain a route that can be used in battery pack testing. The proposed driving cycle testing data shows good results, where the generated route pattern closely resembles the data in the model, with a difference of less than 3% between the field data and simulator data. The testing scheme using a 14.8 A load has met the applicable testing standards. Field test data recordings show an energy consumption value of 22.3 Ah, while simulation data shows a value of 22.8 Ah, with a difference of 2.2%. These recorded results provide consistent and relevant data to be used as input in electric vehicle simulators, allowing for more accurate simulations of battery performance under various real-world operational conditions. Therefore, this driving cycle data serves not only as a measure of vehicle efficiency but also as a valid basis for evaluating battery performance in simulator-based testing.

Abstract

In In the modern era, circumcision methods have undergone many innovations. However, the conventional methods that are still widely used often cause fear in children and slow down the recovery process, thereby disrupting daily activities. One innovative solution is the needle-free combo sealer method, which is minimally painful and accelerates healing. Unfortunately, this method is not yet widely known by the public, particularly in the city of Jambi and the surrounding areas of the Jami'atul Berkah Foundation. On the other hand, economic constraints remain the primary barrier for orphans and the underprivileged in accessing modern circumcision services. This community service initiative aims to assist them through health education and the implementation of circumcision procedures using the combo sealer method. Activities include counseling, informed consent, medication administration, procedures performed by professional medical staff, and outcome evaluation. This method has been proven to produce neater results, minimal bleeding, no stitches or bandages, and allows children to resume activities sooner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the representation of food images in the poem "Spice Boy" by Ari Ambarwati as a gastronomic study. The main focus of this research is to identify the elements of food presented in poetry and the symbolic meanings contained in them, and how this contributes to the understanding of the cultural identity of Indonesian people. The method used in this study is the analysis of poetry texts with a qualitative approach. The researcher conducted an in-depth reading of the poem "The Spice Boy" to identify the image of the food that emerged, as well as the cultural and social context behind it. In addition, this study also examines gastronomic references contained in poetry, including the use of spices and traditional foods as symbols of identity. The results of the analysis show that this poem is rich in food imagery that is not only appetizing, but also implies deep cultural values. Food in poetry serves as a bridge between generations, connecting past experiences with the present. The spices presented in the poem reflect Indonesia's natural wealth and its important role in people's daily lives. In addition, this poem also highlights the importance of preserving culinary heritage as part of cultural identity. The conclusion of this study is that Ari Ambarwati's "Spice Boy" serves not only as a literary work, but also as a cultural document that reflects on the relationship between food, identity, and collective memory. This research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of the relationship between literature and gastronomy, as well as encourage efforts to preserve Indonesia's rich and diverse culinary heritage..
