Abstract

The era of dynamic globalization and rapid technological progress has had an impact on the economy, resulting in very tight business competition. One of them is the increase in companies adopting innovation by making environmentally friendly products. This research aims to analyze the influence of product differentiation, eco-labels, and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Eiger products in Semarang City. The population and sample of this research was carried out using a purposive sampling technique on an unknown number of consumers of Eiger products. This study used a sample based on the formula N = (8 × number of indicators) = 8 × 19 = 152 respondents. The research method applied is a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis which is used to test the hypothesis using the SPSS 26 application. The research results imply that product differentiation, eco-label and brand awareness variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger products in Semarang City. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of asset structure, profitability and leverage on share prices with Earning Per Share (EPS) as an intervening variable in Retail Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sample in this research was determined using the purposive sampling method. This research method uses SPSS 26 software, namely path analysis. Research data was taken for 5 years, namely 2018-2022, so that 128 data samples were processed. The results of this research show that partially in equation 1, asset structure has no effect on EPS, profitability has a positive effect on EPS, while leverage has a negative effect on EPS. Partial research results in equation 2 show that asset structure has a positive effect on stock prices, while profitability and leverage variables have a negative effect on stock prices. Simultaneous research results in equation 1, asset structure, profitability and leverage influence EPS. Meanwhile, simultaneously with equation 2, asset structure, profitability, leverage and EPS influence stock prices. The research results show that the asset structure variable has no effect on stock prices through earnings per share, the profitability variable has a positive effect on stock prices through earnings per share. Meanwhile, the leverage variable (DER) has no effect on share prices through earnings per share. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur aset, profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap Harga Saham dengan Earning Per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS 26 yaitu analisis jalur. Data penelitian diambil selama 5 tahun, yaitu tahun 2018-2022, sehingga diperoleh 128 sampel data yang diolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pada persamaan 1, struktur aset tidak berpengaruh terhadap EPS, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap EPS, sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap EPS. Hasil penelitian secara parsial pada persamaan 2, struktur aset berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, sedangkan variabel profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham. Hasil penelitian secara simultan pada persamaan 1, struktur aset, profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap EPS. Sedangkan secara simultan persamaan 2, struktur aset, profitabilitas, leverage dan EPS berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Hasil penelitian variabel struktur aset tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham melalui earning per share, variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham melalui earning per share. Abstract

The Jakarta Composite Index is a reflection of stock market performance in Indonesia. This research was conducted to find out the effect of inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates on the JCI. This study uses monthly time series secondary data for the period 2014-2023 taken from investing.com, IDX, BPS, and BI. The analysis used multiple linear regression with eviews 12 software. After the analysis, inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates simultaneously affect the JCI. Partially inflation and interest rates do not affect the movement of the JCI. While the exchange rate can affect the movement of the JCI. The results of this study indicate that investors do not pay attention to inflation and interest rates in making investment decisions. The depreciating rupiah exchange rate is a negative signal for investors.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of financial performance and stock price on company value. Financial performance indicators consist of profitability and liquidity. In this research, a quantitative method was applied. Data collection was carried out by utilizing secondary data sourced from financial statements and company stock price data. This study analyzed 12 firms operating in automotive and components listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), focusing on the seven year timeframe from 2017 to 2023. Samples were selected by applying purposive sampling technique to carefully select companies. This research uses multiple linear regression technique and utilizing IBM SPSS Statistics software. The result showed that the profitability (ROA) having a positive but non-significant influence on firm value (PBV). Liquidity (CR) and stock price have a positive and significant influence on firm value (PBV). From the research findings, it can be concluded that although profitability is an important aspect in the company, investors tend to consider other aspects such as liquidity and stock price when determining the company’s value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui adanya dampak profitabilitas, likuiditas, tingkat pertumbuhan dan leverage pada kebijakan dividen di perusahaan yang terverifikasi di indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 16 perusahaan dengan jumlah 80 data. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Eviews 12, dengan menerapkan metode Analisis Regresi data panel dengan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil dari studi ini mengungkapkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Namun demikian, likuiditas dan tingkat pertumbuhan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sementara itu, leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Abstract

This research seeks to unveil the influence of cash turnover, inventory turnover, receivables turnover, sales growth, and capital structure on the profitability of retail trade sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. The study was conducted to determine how retail operations generate profitability. The total sample of this study is 21 retail sub-sector companies through purposive sampling, with a 5-year observation period from 2019-2023. So, there are 105 sample financial performances used in this research. The analysis tool is E-views 12 with the panel data approach. Random Effect Model is selected because it meets the criteria for BLUE test panel data. Cash (CTO) and inventory turnover (ITO) are two variables that cannot meet the effect on profitability, meanwhile the receivable turnover (RTO), sales growth (SGR) and capital structure proxied by DER can affect profitability partially. The simultaneous testing shows that cash turnover, inventory turnover, receivables turnover, sales growth, and capital structure have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Return saham menjadi salah satu indikator utama bagi investor dalam menilai kinerja investasi di pasar modal. Untuk memperoleh return (pengembalian) yang optimal, investor perlu menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, terutama dalam sektor perbankan yang memiliki karakteristik keuangan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh capital adequacy ratio, financial leverage, dan profitabilitas terhadap return saham. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sebanyak 143 sample dipilih dari 35 perusahaan subsektor perbankan selama periode 2019-2023. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa capital adequacy ratio dan financial leverage (DER) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham, yang menunjukkan bahwa tingginya CAR dan DER dapat menimbulkan persepsi di kalangan investor yang berpotensi mengurangi minat mereka untuk berinvestasi. Sebaliknya, profitabilitas (ROA) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham, yang mengindikasikan bahwa investor lebih mempertimbangkan faktor lain seperti kebijakan dividen dan struktur utang dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Dengan demikian, perusahaan harus mengelola struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan secara efektif, serta memberikan informasi yang transparan kepada investor untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan memaksimalkan return saham. Kata Kunci: Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financial Leverage, Profitabilitas, Return Saham. ABSTRACT Stock return is one of the main indicators for investors in assessing investment performance in the capital market. To obtain optimal returns, investors need to analyze the factors that influence them, especially in the banking sector which has special financial characteristics. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital adequacy ratio, financial leverage, and profitability on stock returns. The type of research used is quantitative research. Sample selection using purposive sampling method, as many as 143 samples were selected from 35 banking subsector companies during the 2019-2023 period. The data analysis method applied is multiple linear regression using SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of this study concluded that the capital adequacy ratio and financial leverage (DER) partially have a negative and significant effect on stock returns, which indicates that high CAR and DER can create perceptions among investors that could potentially reduce their interest in investing. In contrast, profitability (ROA) has no significant effect on stock returns, which indicates that investors consider other factors such as dividend policy and debt structure in making investment decisions. Thus, companies must manage capital structure and financial performance effectively, as well as provide transparent information to investors to increase trust and maximize stock returns. Abstract

Competition in the Coffee shop industry forces entrepreneurs to be more aggressive in winning business competition. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media marketing and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions at Lingkar Coffee & Idea Tembalang Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach with SEM PLS and SmartPLS 4 software. Samples were taken from Lingkar Coffee & idea customers. Data collection using a questionnaire with 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that social media marketing and store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, social media marketing and store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, purchasing decisions can mediate social media marketing and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat membuat perusahaan berupaya mempertahankan keunggulan dengan meningkatkan kinerja dan kondisi keuangan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menelaah faktor keuangan yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan (PBV) yang dimoderasi dengan kebijakan dividen (DPR). Diantaranya kebijakan hutang (DER), likuiditas (CR), dan profitabilitas (ROA). Sampel dalam studi ini diambil dengan mengimplementasikan metode purposive sampling, dengan total 120 sampel perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor barang konsumsi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui Uji MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh DER, CR, dan ROA secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Akan tetapi, kebijakan dividen (DPR) tidak mampu memoderasi DER, CR, dan ROA pada PBV perusahaan di sektor barang konsumsi periode 2019-2023.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ESG disclosure, profitability, and governance (GCG) on firm value proxied by Tobins’Q. This study falls into the category of quantitative research. A total of 67 non-financial companies listed on the IDX were included in the sample for 2019 to 2023. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression methods. The results showed that ESG, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners and audit committee have an effect on firm value. While financial performance has no effect on firm value. These findings are deepened by including profitability and governance (GCG) variables, with a concentration on non-financial companies listed on the IDX. The theoretical framework applied includes legitimacy theory and agency theory.
