Village development is one of the main focuses in efforts to improve community welfare in Indonesia. Through Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, the government gives villages more authority to manage resources and implement development programs that suit the needs of local communities. This research aims to analyze the impact of village development programs on community welfare, using statistical data and relevant case examples. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research reveals the relationship between the implementation of village development programs and improving community welfare, as well as the challenges faced in their implementation.

This study aims to analyze the Increase in Village Apparatus Capacity on the Level of Community Satisfaction with Administrative Services in Kundi Village (Special Study of Kundi Village, Simpang Teritip District, West Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province). The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the capacity of village heads and Village Apparatus on the Level of Community Satisfaction with Administrative Services in Kundi Village, Simpang Teritip District, West Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The capacity of the Village Head and Village Apparatus of Kundi is seen from three indicators, namely, skills, abilities and quality of human resources. The research used a qualitative approach. The research informants numbered 11 people with 1 person as a key informant. Data collection techniques used interview techniques (based on interview guidelines), observation and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The results of the study on the skill indicator, the Kundi Village Apparatus has carried out its duties and functions skillfully. On the ability indicator, the Kundi Village Apparatus has been able to manage data well and in accordance with the rules with community expectations. In the human resource quality indicator, the Kundi Village Apparatus has been able to describe the level of community welfare. This shows that there is an increase in the capacity of the Kundi Village apparatus compared to the previous year. The Kundi Village Apparatus has been equipped with training and education that supports the increase in capacity.

This study aims to determine the strategy for developing human resources (HR) of rice farmers in Bonisari village to improve agricultural yields and quality and to determine the extent of the role of human resources of rice farmers in improving agricultural yields and quality, and to determine what factors can affect the quality and yield of rice farming in Bonisari village, Pakuhaji district, Tangerang regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field study research method, using primary and secondary data forms. In this study, the subjects of the study were farmers in Bonisari village, using 10 rice farmers as a sample from a total farmer population of 150 people. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the role of human resources (HR) of rice farmers in Bonisari village, Pakuhaji district has a major influence on the yield and quality of the rice harvest. While other factors are the area of land and the type of rice seeds used. The results of the study also showed that the experience of rice farmers in Bonisari village was not so significant in influencing agricultural income.

This research aims to analyze the influence of perception and education on individuals' intentions to donate cash, with religious awareness as an intervening variable. This research design uses exploratory quantitative with a sample size of 100. Collective data uses a questionnaire with a Linkert scale. This research was conducted in Tangerang City using quantitative methods and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis via SmartPLS. The research results show that perception has no significant effect on intention to give waqf, while education has a positive and significant effect on intention to give waqf. Religious awareness does not function as a mediator between perception and education on the intention to give waqf. These findings provide important insights for the development of education and outreach programs regarding cash waqf in society.

Zakat is an important instrument in wealth redistribution and community empowerment in the context of Islamic economics. In this context, research on the management of zakat funds by the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Bogor City is very relevant. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of zakat fund management and its impact on community empowerment. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative approaches, involving data collection through interviews, surveys, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that BAZNAS Bogor City has succeeded in managing zakat funds well. The significant allocation of funds for empowerment programs, such as skills training and business capital assistance, is one indicator of this success. For example, the sewing training program held by BAZNAS has helped many women in Bogor to acquire new skills, so that they can be financially independent and contribute to the family economy. However, the challenges faced by BAZNAS cannot be ignored. The lack of public awareness of the importance of zakat and transparency in fund management are issues that need to be addressed. Many residents still do not understand the benefits of zakat, so their participation in these programs is low. In addition, transparency in the use of zakat funds is also in the spotlight, because the community has the right to know how the funds they donate are used for the common good. To overcome these challenges, this study recommends increasing socialization of zakat, both through public campaigns and collaboration with various parties, including educational institutions and community organizations. By increasing public awareness and ensuring transparency in management, it is hoped that the positive impact of zakat management can be maximized.

Ekonomi Islam mensyaratkan bahwa kesejahteraan mencakup semua unsur material dan immaterial (psikis). Karena kepuasan orang terletak juga pada hal yang tidak berwujud. Konsep dan makna kesejahteraan adalah salah satu hal terpenting dalam kehidupan Islam yang Rahmatalil alamin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus/studi lapangan bertujuan untuk mengetahui program yang telah dilaksanakan Lembaga Amil Zakat Kota Batam dalam rangka mensejahterakan mualaf miskin suku laut yang ada di Tanjung Gundap kota Batam. Pelaksanaan program meningkatkan kesejahteraan mualaf miskin suku laut yang telah dilaksanakan oleh LAZ Batam telah memberikan manfaat peningkatan aqidah dan kesejahteraan suku laut. Dampak lain adalah suku laut yang dikenal turun temurun tertutup kurang mengenal agama dan pendidikan mulai membuka diri dan mau belajar untuk bersosial dan beradaptasi dengan masyarakat sekitar.
