Abstract

The current increase in technological development is a very rapid development, which is very significant. One of them can be seen from the variety of communication media which makes it quite easy for people to communicate with each other, namely via voice or even live video. Likewise, in the world of entrepreneurs or businesspeople, quite a few people use social media as a means of introducing various products for sale. Some special social media applications used by entrepreneurs are those that can immediately do live streaming, which is one of the most effective and efficient ways to market the products they sell. Live streaming media has a significant direct influence on consumer trust, which means consumer trust is considered to be important in online sales. Even though the trend of using marketing via live streaming media can be a big hope for the income of user entrepreneurs, it is necessary to pay attention to privacy and cyber security in order to always avoid and/or minimize these problems.

Abstract

Contemporary education faces various fundamental problems, such as the dichotomy between religious science and general science, pragmatic-economic orientation, and the weakening of the dimension of values and character. This problem shows that there is a philosophical crisis in the modern education paradigm that tends to be secular and positivistic. This article aims to reconstruct the philosophy of Islamic education as an alternative paradigm that is relevant in responding to contemporary educational challenges. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method on classical and contemporary works in the field of Islamic philosophy of education as well as relevant scientific journal articles. The data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, conceptual categorization, and philosophical-contextual synthesis. The results of the study show that the philosophy of Islamic education has an integrative conceptual framework based on monotheism as an educational worldview, the principle of tawāzun (balance), the integration of knowledge and revelation, spiritual realism in the educational process, as well as the strengthening of Islamic values, social ethics, and humanism. This reconstruction is not only normative, but also has practical relevance in the development of a holistic and value-oriented Islamic education system and management. This article contributes theoretically to the development of the paradigm of Islamic education philosophy and provides strategic implications for the development of Islamic education policies and practices in the modern era. Keywords: Philosophy of Islamic education, paradigm reconstruction, contemporary education, monotheism, integration of knowledge

Abstract

Character education has been regarded as a fundamental dimension of Islamic education aimed at developing individuals who are faithful, knowledgeable, and possess noble character. This article examined the philosophy of Islamic character education as a conceptual and normative foundation for shaping students’ personalities. The study employed a qualitative approach using a library research method by analyzing primary sources such as the Qur’an and Hadith, as well as secondary sources including the works of prominent Islamic education scholars such as Al-Ghazali, Ibn Miskawayh, and Muhammad Omar al-Syaibani. The findings show that the philosophy of Islamic character education is rooted in the principles of tawhid, human fitrah, and divine revelation as the core foundations of educational practice. Character formation is implemented through role modeling, habituation, moral instruction, motivation and deterrence (targhib–tarhib), and storytelling methods. Furthermore, the study highlights that effective implementation of Islamic character education requires strong synergy among families, educational institutions, communities, and the state. Therefore, the philosophy of Islamic character education serves as a strategic framework for fostering a generation that maintains a balance between intellectual competence, spiritual maturity, and moral excellence.

Abstract

Organizational communication plays a strategic role in supporting the successful implementation of student work programs in higher education institutions. Student organizations, as platforms for developing leadership potential and social skills, require effective communication strategies to ensure that all activities are well coordinated and aligned with predetermined goals. This paper aims to describe and analyze organizational communication strategies applied within student organizations at IAI Nasional Laa Roiba Bogor and their implications for the effectiveness of student work programs. The approach emphasizes an in-depth understanding of communication processes occurring during the planning, implementation, and evaluation of work programs. The findings indicate that vertical, horizontal, and informal communication implemented in an open and participatory manner enhances interdepartmental coordination, clarifies task distribution, and encourages active member participation. The use of digital communication media also contributes to faster information dissemination and minimizes communication barriers. Furthermore, dialogical organizational communication strengthens motivation, sense of belonging, and member responsibility toward work program implementation. Therefore, well-planned, adaptive, and inclusive organizational communication strategies are key factors in improving the effectiveness of student work programs and strengthening the performance of student organizations at IAI Nasional Laa Roiba Bogor.
