Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of economic growth, regional own-source revenue, and capital expenditure budget allocation on the rate of Human Development Index in Banda Aceh City for the 2010-2022 period. This study uses a quantitative method with data sources from the Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Banda Aceh. Data analysis through multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that the variables Economic Growth and Regional Original Income had a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index Rate in Banda Aceh City for the 2010-2022 period. Meanwhile, the Capital Expenditure Budget Allocation variable has a positive but not significant effect on the Human Development Index Rate in Banda Aceh City for the 2010-2022 period. The R value obtained was 0.825 indicating that the correlation or relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable was 82.5%. The R2 value obtained was 0.681 which means that the quality of human development can be explained by economic growth, PAD, and capital expenditure budget allocation of 68.1%. While the remaining 31.9% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Microfinance is a financial service aimed at individuals or small businesses that typically do not have access to conventional banking and financial services. It aims to promote economic independence and reduce poverty by providing credit, savings, insurance, and other financial services to small businesses and low- income individuals. These services assist them in starting or expanding their businesses, increasing their income, and gradually improving their standard of living. The research method conducted in this study is the literature research method. The results of the literature review show that microfinance has significant potential in supporting entrepreneurial activities, increasing income, and reducing poverty. Furthermore, microfinance has proven to be effective in enhancing women's economic capacity, giving them access to financial resources that were previously unreachable. However, its effectiveness depends on a number of factors such as programme design, local economic conditions, and the level of financial literacy of the recipients. The research also identified several challenges, including the risk of over-indebtedness and financial instability for borrowers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher creativity on students' interest in learning Social Sciences (IPS) subjects at SMP Negeri 14 Banda Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The research sample consisted of 35 students determined through a simple random sampling technique. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between teacher creativity on students' interest in learning, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.332. This indicates that 33.2% of the variation in students' interest in learning can be explained by teacher creativity, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that the higher the level of teacher creativity in the learning process, the higher the students' interest in learning. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers always develop creativity in learning in order to create an innovative and participatory learning atmosphere.
