Abstract

This paper aims to analyse the characteristics and originality of the traditions in the book Musnad Al-Shafi’i, a monumental work compiled by Imam Al-Shafi’i (d. 204 AH), which focuses on collecting the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) that serve as the basis for the formation of Islamic legal methodology, especially in the Shafi’i school of thought. Imam Al-Shafi’i is famous as a scholar of Fiqh not as a scholar of hadith, even though his teacher Imam Malik was a scholar of hadith, then Imam Ahmad ibn Hambal as his student was famous as a scholar of hadith. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach by examining the quality and authenticity of the traditions contained in the Musnad, as well as analysing its contribution to the development of hadith science and Islamic fiqh. The Musnad of Al-Shafi’i contains a variety of traditions that have distinctive characteristics in terms of sanad and matan, and contains many traditions that are often the main reference in the process of interpreting the law. The method that the author uses with the data analysis of the book in the Musnad of Al-Shafi’i in which hadith scholars differ in opinion about the book originating from the imam Al-Shafi’i, approximately 500 traditions that are only from him, the rest are only much debated narrations from Al-Shafi’i through his students. As a result, there are many versions of the Musnad of Al-Shafi’i that need to be researched again, so it opens up the possibility for further research, both the history of the rijal al-hadis who quoted from Imam Al-Shafi’i.[Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik dan orisinalitas hadis dalam kitab Musnad Al-Syafi’i, sebuah karya monumental yang disusun oleh Imam Al-Syafi’i (w. 204 H), yang berfokus pada pengumpulan hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad saw. yang dijadikan landasan dalam pembentukan metodologi hukum Islam, khususnya dalam mazhab Syafi’i. Imam Al-Syafi’i terkenal sebagai ulama Fiqh tidak sebagai ulama hadis, padahal guru beliau Imam Malik ialah ulama hadis, kemudian Imam Ahmad bin Hambal sebagai murid beliau terkenal sebagai ulama hadis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis dengan menelaah kualitas dan keotentikan hadis-hadis yang terkandung dalam Musnad tersebut, serta menganalisis kontribusinya terhadap perkembangan ilmu hadis dan fiqh Islam. Kitab Musnad Al-Syafi’i mengandung berbagai hadis yang memiliki ciri khas dalam hal sanad dan matan, serta memuat banyak hadis yang sering kali menjadi rujukan utama dalam proses istinbath hukum. Metode yang penulis gunakan dengan analisis data Kitab pada Musnad Al-Syafi’i yang ulama hadis berbeda pendapat tentang kitab tersebut berasal dari imam Al-Syafi’i, lebih kurang 500 hadis yang hanya dari beliau, selebihnya hanya riwayat yang banyak diperdebatkan dari Al-Syafi’i lewat murid beliau. Adapun hasilnya Banyaknya versi dari Musnad Al-Syafi’i yang perlu diteliti lagi, sehingga membuka kemungkinan untuk penelitian yang lebih lanjut, baik riwayatnya dari rijal al-hadis yang menukil dari Imam Al-Syafi’i.]

Abstract

Education is a conscious effort made by every individual to acquire knowledge, change attitudes, and develop skills. Education is divided into three categories: formal, informal, and non formal, which can also be reffed to as education obtained from schools, families, and communities, among these two types of education, which are family and communities. Among these two types of education, which are family and community, school education become the formal institution that serves as the focal point and hope of parents or families and communities as a cornerstone for the success of their children purpose of this research is to find out how the school environment affects the learning outcomes of the seventh-grade student of mts al-hidayah perbaungan in moral education. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Qur'an has received descriptions and explanations through the science of interpretation to be able to understand it properly. Likewise, the Hadith needs a method to understand it in order to avoid misunderstandings. The terms Fiqhul Hadith and Syarhul Hadith then emerged in an effort to understand the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad. among scholars. But most ordinary people can not distinguish between the two. This paper will briefly examine the differences between Fiqhul Hadith and Syarhul Hadith, then try to apply one of the methods in the syarah of Hadith, namely tahlili. By providing understanding and examples in application, it is hoped that it will provide a good understanding regarding the syarah of hadith. ABSTRAK Alquran telah mendapatkan uraian dan penjelasan melalui ilmu tafsir untuk dapat memahaminya dengan baik. Demikian pula halnya Hadis yang perlu metode dalam memahaminya agar terhindar dari kesalahpahaman. Istilah Fiqhul Hadis dan Syarhul Hadis kemudian muncul dalam upaya memahami hadis-hadis Nabi Saw. di kalangan ulama. Namun kebanyakan masyarakat awam belum dapat membedakan antara keduanya. Tulisan ini akan sedikit mengupas perbedaan antara Fiqhul Hadis dan Syarhul Hadis, selanjutnya mencoba menerapkan salah satu metode dalam syarah Hadis yaitu tahlili. Dengan memberikan pengertian dan contoh dalam penerapan diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang baik terkait syarah hadis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akidah akhlak siswa MTs Adolina Perbaungan. 2)Untuk mengetahui sikap qonaah siswa MTs Adolina Perbaungan. 3)Untuk mengetahui hubungan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dengan sikap qonaah siswa MTs Adolina Perbaungan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil Rapt mata pelajaran akidah akkhlak siswa, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTs Adonila sebanyak 30 siswa. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akidah akhlak termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh rata-rata yang berada pada interval 80,28 – 87, 08 dengan nilai 83,667. 2) Sikap qonaah siswa juga termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh rata-rata yang berada pada interval 71,19 – 84,06 dengan nilai 80,96. 3) Penghitungan rxy diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,50. Hasil tersebut kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan rtabel dengan N = 30 pada taraf signifikan 5% = 0,361. Karena rxy (0,50) > rtabel (0,361) berarti signifikan dan hipotesis diterima yaitu ada hubungan antara prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dengan sikap qonaah siswa kelas VIII MTs Adolina Perbaungan

Abstract

Recent research in the field of hadith has received more attention, both in terms of sanad and observations. Various methods are applied in an effort to understand the hadith from a different perspective. Some are still in the corridor of reasonableness, but some are too far. Like Muhammad Syahrur, who threw his methods and thoughts into observational criticism which led to pros and cons. There are those who agree and some who deny it. Educational background also affects a person's point of view. In this paper, we will discuss how Muhammad Syahrur's method is in criticizing the hadith observations. His biography and educational background were also in the spotlight. A number of figures who influenced his thinking will also be discussed in this paper. With the inductive method, the percentage of the pro and contra figures will be the conclusions in this study.
