Abstract

ABSTRAK Tanaman kayu jawa (Lannea grandis (Dennst.) Engl) yang dipercaya masyarakatampu untuk pengobatan tradisional dengan berbagai macam penyakit. Salah satu manfaat dari tanaman ini yaitu sebagai astringen, mengobati sakit perut, lepra, penyakit jantung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi senyawa kimia pada fraksi air, etil asetat dan n-heksan dan membandingkan perbedaan aktivitas antioksidan antara fraksi air, etil asetat dan n-heksan pada kulit batang kayu jawa (Lannea grandis (Dennst.) Engl). Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah penelitian analitik. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode ekstraksi, fraksinasi dan skrining fitokimia. Hasil identifikasi senyawa kimia pada fraksi air mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, terpenoid, saponin dan tannin. Pada fraksi etil asetat mengandung senyawa kimia alkaloid, flavonoid, dan tanin, sedangkan fraksi n-heksan mengandung senyawa saponin, flavonoid dan alkaloid. Hasil perbandingan pengujian antioksidan fraksi air diperoleh hasil IC50 86,86 µg/ml, fraksi etil asetat IC50 sebesar 58,41 µg/ml, fraksi n-heksan diperoleh IC50 143,7 µg/ml. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai IC50 pada fraksi etil asetat memiliki antivitas antioksidan kategori sangat kuat dengan nilai IC50 58,41 µg/ml. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai pengujian aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan pelarut dan metode lain tanaman kayu jawa (Lannea grandis (Dennst.) Engl).

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has driven transformation in the world of education, including digitalization in learning. This research explores the application of digital learning media at SMA N 6 Central Bengkulu, its impact on students, and the challenges in its implementation. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the use of digital media, such as PowerPoint, learning videos and online platforms, can increase student motivation and understanding. However, there are challenges such as limited infrastructure, lack of teacher training, and student distraction in using technology. To optimize digital learning, strategies are needed that include increasing teacher skills in technology, strengthening school infrastructure, and implementing interactive learning methods. With the right approach, digital media can increase the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process and prepare students to face the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the Human Resource Development influences on the performance of employees in the Ambon City DPRD Secretariat; to know the organizational culture influence on the employee performance in the Secretariat of Ambon city DPRD; and to learn the development of human resources and the culture of the organization influence the workforce performance in Ambon town DPRD secretariat. The type of research in this study is qualitative descriptive research, with a population and sample of 53 employees (census method). This shows that the DPRD Secretariat gives an opportunity to officials who want to improve education and provide training in accordance with the Tupoxy, and by itself to influence the disadvantage of staff performance. Each employee has demonstrated a high level of work integrity in accordance with the characteristics of the organization, striving to be responsible in work, disciplined and result-oriented, thus contributing to improved employee performance. The development of human resources and organizational culture has influenced the improvement of staff performance in the Secretariat of the DPRD City of Ambon.
