Abstract

This research is motivated by the mandate of the TNI Law Number 34 of 2004 which has been implemented by the Military Academy to play a positive role and contribute to building the nation through the management of cadets training areas. The aim of this study is to determine the joint action program of the Military Academy and the community, as well as the factors that drive and hinder them in supporting defense in Jogomulyo Village, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with primary informants coming directly from the Head of Bagter Akmil and staff, the Village Community, Community Leaders, Village Officials, Babinsa, and Babinkamtibmas. The results of the study show that the joint action program of the Military Academy with the community in the training area of Jogomulyo Village is carried out through various activities, namely community service, academic programs, and social services. The key factor that drives the success of the program to support defense is the commitment of all Military Academy leaders to always maintain a harmonious relationship with the community through various empowerment programs to improve the welfare of the community in the cadets training area. The main obstacle factor is that there is still a perception that the Military Academy's activities are only temporary, so the village government and the community are not convinced that the joint action program of the Military Academy can help improve the welfare of the community, even though field data shows a great response and enthusiasm from the community towards these activities

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji peran pengelolaan sumber daya nasional yang mencakup sumber daya manusia, sumber daya alam, sumber daya buatan, serta sarana dan prasarana nasional dalam memperkuat ketahanan nasional Indonesia. Dengan mengacu pada Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 2019 tentang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Nasional untuk Pertahanan Negara serta didukung oleh materi seminar dan makalah akademik. studi ini menguraikan konsep, mekanisme, dan tantangan implementasi pengelolaan sumber daya nasional. Pendekatan yang diterapkan meliputi upaya bela negara, penataan komponen pendukung, pembentukan komponen cadangan, serta mekanisme mobilisasi dan demobilisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara komponen utama, cadangan, dan pendukung, serta partisipasi seluruh elemen bangsa, merupakan kunci utama dalam menjaga kedaulatan dan keutuhan NKRI

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi dan faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa di Magelang tentang perekrutan warga negara sebagai komponen Cadangan TNI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian memberikan Kesimpulan bahwa pertama sebagian besar mahasiswa di Magelang mempunyai persepsi penilaian setuju atau mendukung dan sebagian kecil mempunyai persepsi tidak setuju atau tidak mendukung terhadap perekrutan warga negara sebagai Komcad TNI. Kedua, faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa di Magelang dengan penilaian setuju adalah latar belakang budaya, pengalaman masa lalu, nilai yang dianut. Sementara faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa di Magelang dengan penilaian tidak setuju adalah berita yang berkembang. Saran bagi selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggali lebih mendalam melalui penelitian tentang Dampak Media Digital Terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 3 Tahun 2021

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia pemerintah daerah sangat berperan serta di dukung dengan adanya kerjasama dengan instansi-instansi terkait. Masyarakat pada umumnya sangat mengharap pada pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya, seperti meningkatkan pendapatan melalui pemanfaatan potensi daerah yang ada. Potensi daerah Tempuran tergolong minim jenis/macamnya, karena di Desa Girirejo khususnya hanya terdapat tanaman singkong, pisang, dan jagung. Adapun mata pencaharian penduduk di Desa Girirejo Kecamatan Tempuran adalah : buruh harian lepas sebanyak 221 orang, karyawan pabrik/perusahaan swasta sebanyak 190 orang dan buruh tani sejumlah 70 orang (dari jumlah penduduk total ± 2.022 orang). Dilihat dari mata pencarian dan potensi daerah diatas, maka sangatlah tepat bila Pengabdian Masyarakat Program Studi Manajemen Pertahanan Akmil dilaksanakan di Desa Girirejo Kecamatan Tempuran Kabupaten Magelang. Selain itu Desa tersebut juga merupakan daerah latihan Taruna Akmil. Program pelatihan keterampilan diperuntukkan bagi ibu-ibu PKK, dengan membuat nugget berbahan dasar jagung. Hasil yang dicapai adalah: pelatihan pembuatan nugget berbahan dasar jagung di Ds.Girirejo Kec.Tempuran dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan meningkatkan kreaktivitas serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan (ekonomi) melalui pelatihan pembuatan nugget yang di buat oleh Ibu-ibu PKK. Jumlah hadir ibu-ibu PKK 50 orang. Kemudian dapat terciptanya komunikasi dan hubungan yang semakin harmonis serta membantu masyarakat dalam pengolahan jagung di Ds.Girirejo Kec.Tempuran Kab.Magelang. Bahan dasar jagung menjadi pilihan karena mengingat beberapa alasan yaitu : bahan dasar jagung yang sangat mudah didapat, harga jagung sangat terjangkau bagi semua lapisan masyarakat, jagung aman dikonsumsi mulai dari anak-anak sampai manula. Selain itu, inovasi pengolahan pangan sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung pemantapan swasembada pangan melalui pelatihan keterampilan yang berkualitas guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pelatihan keterampilan dasar adalah salah satu program berbasis pemberdayaan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat sebagai bekal usaha bekerja dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, karena dapat meningkatkan ekonomi rumah tangga masing-masing warga. Sehingga kemiskinan sangat tidak akan meningkat, demikian juga yang menjadi keinginan pemerintah untuk memberantasnya, dengan usaha mengadakan pelatihan–pelatihan kepada masyarakat agar dapat menambah pengetahuan dan mempraktikkan dalam kelompok PKK bahkan pada keluarganya. Seperti yang terjadi di Kecamatan Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung, dimana Desa Gandon Kecamatan Kaloran mayoritas penduduknya bekerja sebagai buruh tani (hanya mengerjakan lahan orang) dan petani. Desa Gandon Kecamatan Kaloran merupakan salah satu daerah yang masih memerlukan beberapa pelatihan, sosialisasi dan bantuan modal usaha. Kegiatan pelatihan di Desa Gandon oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat Prodi Manajemen Pertahanan dari Akmil, memberikan beberapa pelatihan salah satunya adalah pelatihan membuat hantaran lamaran, hal tersebut menjadi pilihan, karena pada umumnya tradisi di daerah pada saat menikahkan anaknya, sebelum memasuki acara pernikahan wajib menyerahkan ”Hantaran” dari pihak laki-laki, pada umumnya terdiri dari; seperangkat busana, perlengkapan mandi, seperangkat alat sholat dan perlengkapan make-up. Paket hantaran tersebut di Desa Gandon belum ada yang menjual/membuat, harganyapun sangat mahal.

Abstract

The success of archive management is determined by several factors, including; storage systems, archiving employees, archiving equipment, and of course the work environment. The archive management carried out in Kwarakan Village, Kaloran Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency is very influential on the success or failure in the retrieval of archives. The archive management carried out in Kwarakan Village Kaloran Sub district Temanggung Regency is very influential on the success or failure in the retrieval of archives. The goal in organizing PKM, to be able to present information more completely, quickly and correctly, there must be a good work system and procedures in the field of archive management. In the implementation of community service through the method of office archive management training for the Kwarakaan Village Kaloran Sub District Temanggung Regency which organized by the Akmil Defense Management Study Program Lecturer Team, in order to answer one of the problems that appeared, namely that there are still employees who have never received education and training on program so that they do not understand the program that are carried out. Problem solving or providing solutions to the community, the targets achieved The realization of office administration training for Kwarakan Village officials in Kaloran Sub-District, Temanggung Regency in improving office administration management capabilities and skills, training participants totaling 12 people. Then created more harmonious communication and relationships between Akmil personnel and the community of Ds. Kwarakan Kec. Kaloran Kab. Temanggung. Creating TNI-People unity, especially the people of Kwarakan Village, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the action program of manunggal Military Academy and the community and what factors are driving and inhibiting it in supporting defense in Jogomulyo Village, Tempuran District, Magelang regency. The research methods used are qualitative methods with primary informants coming directly from the head of Akmil and staff, village communities, community leaders, village officials, Babinsa and Babinkamtibmas. From the results of research conducted, it was concluded that the action of the Military Academy unity with the community in the Jogomulyo Village training area was carried out through various activities, namely Karya bakti, Prodi community service and social service. The main key driving factor in the success of the program to support defense is the commitment of the entire leadership of the Military Academy to always establish unity with the community through various empowerment to improve the welfare of the community in the Cadet Training Area. The main inhibiting factor is that until now there is still the impression that the Akmil activities carried out are only temporary so that the village government and the community are less convinced that the activities of aksi manunggal Akademi Militer can help improve welfare, although field data show a large public response and enthusiasm for this activity

Abstract

The development of the weapons industry at this time, the country of Indonesia is growing rapidly both weapons from domestic products and purchases appropriated by the TNI, so that in order to address these conditions, the TNI must immediately formulate standardization of shooting ranges according to KSU and weapon specifications, so that the standardization of shooting ranges can be used as a means of testing,, weapons and munitions that are really reliable and tested for accuracy, in order to realize professional soldiers, with the aim of research to determine the effect of standardization of shooting ranges in order to improve the management of shooting training units in the ranks of the TNI, the planned research methodology. research methods. this research method uses according to. Wiratna Sujarweni (2014: 39) quantitative research is a type of research that produces discoveries that can be achieved (obtained) by using statistical procedures or other means of quantification (measurement). that the weapon specifications are greater than the standardization of the firing range, it can be concluded that the weapon specifications have a greater influence on the achievement of the main task of the army than the standardization of the firing range. so that the standard firing range is very influential segnifikan achievement of the main task of the ranks of the army, thus the hypothesis that states the standardization of the Firing Range has a significant effect on the achievement of the main task of the army is accepted

Abstract

The research entitled factors that influence the success of development in the village of Sanahakan Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency. The success of Sanahakan village in carrying out development so that it can improve the welfare of its people who were once famous for their economic limitations. Therefore, the problems to be answered in this study are 1) How is the implementation of development carried out in kwarakan village, Kaloran District, Temangggung Regency?, 2) What is the development implementation strategy in Sanahakan village, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency. and ) what are the factors that affect the success of the implementation of development in the village of Sanahakan, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of village development based on experts and applicable regulations. Meanwhile, the method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interview, and documentation.with informants from the village head, the community and the sanity Village apparatus, purposive snowball sampling was carried out. From the results of the study showed the conclusion that first, the implementation of development in the village of sanity is carried out in accordance with Law No. 6 on the village and regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 114 of 2014. The weakness of this is the finding of various difficulties in understanding and explaining it at a practical level, especially for village governments and communities, so that there are still many differences in views of village officials in understanding a regulation, so that in its implementation there are variations between one village and another. Second, the strategy implemented in the development of sanity village is the creation of spatial planning, empowerment of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), improvement of human resources (HR), IT and effective communication between institutions. Third, the factors that influence the success of development in Sanity village are human resources (HR) factors,namely the competence of the village head to lead and communicate with various parties and move various existing village institutions so that the village vision to realize a prosperous, religious and cultured society is achieved.
