Abstract

Sistem pertahanan negara merupakan sumber daya nasional. Sumber Daya Nasional terdiri dari Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Sumber Daya Alam (SDA), dan Sumber Daya Buatan (SDAB) beserta Sarana Prasarana Nasional (Sarprasnas). SDM adalah warga negara yang memberikan daya dan usahanya untuk kepentingan bangsa dan negara, SDA adalah potensi yang terkandung dalam bumi, air, dan udara yang dalam wujud asalnya dapat didayagunakan untuk kepentingan negara, untuk mengetahuai Manajemen Sumber Daya Nasional Dalam Rangka Mempertahankan Kedaulatan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia Dari Berbagai Ancaman, Gangguan, Hambatan dan Tantangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif, pada penelitian kualitatif penulisan penelitian ini kami lakukan pada objek nara sumber dan peserta seminar dari beberapa perguruan tinggi yang terlibat Unnes, Undip, Universitas Akatirta, Poltekes dan Polbangtan Taruna dan Taruni secara alamiah maksudnya, objek yang berkembang apa adanya di lapangan, tidak dimanipulasi oleh penulis sebagai peneliti dan kehadiran peneliti tidak begitu mempengaruhi dinamika pada objek pada saat seminar Prodi Manajemen Kordos Akmil penulis mencari jawaban dari pertanyaan peserta seminar dan dari penulisan dari peserta dari jawaban Narasumber.bSumber Daya Nasional untuk Pertahanan Negara. penyelenggaraan Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 tetang Pertahanan negara Salah satu komponen dalam sistem pertahanan negara adalah sumber daya nasional. Sumber Daya Nasional terdiri dari Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Sumber Daya Alam (SDA), dan Sumber Daya Buatan (SDAB) beserta Sarana Prasarana Nasional (Sarprasnas). SDM adalah warga negara yang memberikan daya dan usahanya untuk kepentingan bangsa dan negara, SDA adalah potensi yang terkandung dalam bumi, air, dan udara yang dalam wujud asalnya dapat didayagunakan untuk kepentingan pertahanan negara. SDAB adalah SDA yang telah ditingkatkan daya gunanya untuk kepentingan pertahanan negara, serta Sarprasnas adalah hasil budi daya manusia yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat penunjang untuk kepentingan pertahanan negara dalam rangka mendukung kepentingan nasionalAgar terlaksananya penyelenggaraan program bidang pembinaan bimbingan dan pengasuhan Taruna guna membentuk tercapainya kepribadian, jasmani, dan nilai akademik yang bagus sesuai yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Based on existing facts in the field, it shows that there are still those who are less serious in planning their finances as in the PKM that Sundjaja (2015) has done on financial planning for employees at private educational institutions in Bandung, it shows that there are still 27% of 52 people or around 14 people who have not made a monthly financial budget, and still cause difficulties in managing their finances in old age or retirement, the purpose of delivering financial knowledge and preparing finances at the time before retirement so that after retirement they can be more prosperous and calmer. Their understanding of post-retirement income to be conveyed through counseling by the PKM Team from the Kordos Akmil Manhan Study Program in the implementation of PKM to carry out counseling and discussions related to the topic of discussion regarding Financial Knowledge of Income Results on Retirement Fund Planning Behavior of Manggis Village Mojosongo Sub District Boyolali Regency. Financial knowledge planning that a person has can make them wise in managing their finances and also provide benefits to the individual economy. The higher the level of financial knowledge a person has, the lower the level of external locus of control they have. This is because they will be more able to manage their finances well.

Abstract

Desentralisasi di sektor pariwisata muncul sebagai isu global yang penting, terutama dalam meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi regional dan peningkatan pendapatan Secara umum desentralisasi sebagai proses pengalihan kekuasaan dari pemerintahan pusat ke daerah untuk memberikan tugas mengelola sumber daya guna meningkatkan optimalisasi Pembangunan. Pariwisata semakin diakui sebagai industri vital yang mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, pertukaran budaya, dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pengembangan sektor pariwisata bertujuan untuk memperluas peluang berwirausaha, mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dan manusia, serta meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi guna mengatasi berbagai tantangan, baik di tingkat lokal maupun nasional. Untuk mengetahui solusi dalam membangun perilaku pengelolaan dibidang penataan antara pengelolaan sektor pariwisata Religi dan Taman Wisata Kebun Raya Gunung tidar Akmil dan aparatur pemerintah Kota Magelang, kebijakan Akademi Militer dan perilaku usaha dilapangan. pengelolaan lapangan dan kontribusi sektor pariwisata Religi dan Taman Wisata Kebun Raya Gunung Tidar Akmil Pengembangan Pariwisata Pengembangan pariwisata haruslah didasarkan pada kondisi dan daya dukung dengan maksud menciptakan interaksi jangka panjang yang saling menguntungkan diantara pencapaian tujuan pembangunan pariwisata, peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat dan Pendapatan Pajak pariwisata dengan mengoptimalkan PAD melalui kebijakan yang efektif.

Abstract

For improving the quality of human resources, it is necessary to train the unit/Binsat which is programmed through the management of training techniques in the unit in a systematic, gradual, multilevel and continuous manner, so that the knowledge and skills of soldiers can be maintained and can even be improved so that the mission/tasks of the unit can be carried out effectively and efficiently in achieving the main tasks of the Military Academy according to the purpose of research to determine the technique of training/Nikgarlat. Implementation of Exercise Management in the army can be evaluated in a measurable and accountable we use qualitative research methods that include goals and objectives. The results of the implementation of the exercise, before and after training were compared to determine the technique of conducting training on changes in the level of shooting ability of each soldier. This step is important because the goal of exercise management is to change the behavior or level of ability in the achievement of soldiers towards improvement through planned methods and approaches. Technical organizer of Binsat is at the Director of the Institution as one of the implementing units of the Military Academy which has a very strategic role in supporting the educational operations of the Akmil cadets, especially in organizing demonstrations and training demonstrations as well as the support of shooting trainers who are practical according to the standard level of ability. Of training management has been able to maintain and improve the level of proficiency both individually and positions in the unit, based on the results of data collection and analysis of the results of the conclusion of the Jatri shooting training products, in principle the training has been carried out correctly and the effectiveness in training management is comparable to the standard of BPUJ and BPKJ training result, but the achievement of Target results in terms of the quantity of the level of training capability has not been evenly distributed due to assignment factors, munitions support in the standard level of capability needs to be driilnis and dry shooting.

Dunia pariwisata memiliki pengaruh sekali terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui beberapa pengembangan periwisata yang dapat meningkatkan ekonomi masayarakat sekitar Akmil dan organik Akmil yang bepenghasilan atau gaji rendah distinasi wisata Propang Akademi Militer. Pengabdian Masyarakat melalui penelitian manajemen pertahanan kordos Akmil ini bertujuan sebgai sara Binter Kemanunggalan TNI dan rakyat dengan menganalisis Strategi Pemanfaatan Objek Wisata Propang Akmil Kedepan Dapat Mengembangkan Parawisata Lokal Yang Melibatkan Masyarakat Dan Organik Akimil dengan rencana kerjasama dengan Koperasi Akmil untuk memperluas perkembangan wisata Propang Akmil dengan menyusun ulang infrastruktur wisata, seperti pembangunan sarpras, toko dan tempat Jualan dan sarana rekreasi serta pemanfaatan objek wisata Proapng Akmil Sebagai wisata Edukasi anak PAUD, TK, SD, SMP dan SMA dan Masyarakat untuk mempromosikan wisata yang berkelanjutan dan menarik wisatawan siswa sekolah dan masyarakat dari berbagai daerah sekitar Panca Arga. Abstract

The development of the weapons industry at this time, the country of Indonesia is growing rapidly both weapons from domestic products and purchases appropriated by the TNI, so that in order to address these conditions, the TNI must immediately formulate standardization of shooting ranges according to KSU and weapon specifications, so that the standardization of shooting ranges can be used as a means of testing,, weapons and munitions that are really reliable and tested for accuracy, in order to realize professional soldiers, with the aim of research to determine the effect of standardization of shooting ranges in order to improve the management of shooting training units in the ranks of the TNI, the planned research methodology. research methods. this research method uses according to. Wiratna Sujarweni (2014: 39) quantitative research is a type of research that produces discoveries that can be achieved (obtained) by using statistical procedures or other means of quantification (measurement). that the weapon specifications are greater than the standardization of the firing range, it can be concluded that the weapon specifications have a greater influence on the achievement of the main task of the army than the standardization of the firing range. so that the standard firing range is very influential segnifikan achievement of the main task of the ranks of the army, thus the hypothesis that states the standardization of the Firing Range has a significant effect on the achievement of the main task of the army is accepted

Abstract

According to the standards contained in the Military Academy, all cadets of the Military Academy including cadets Level II/Sertar are required to have a good basic tripola, ranging from qualified academics, good personality and excellent physical fitness. However, in the implementation in the field, there are still found some cadets Level II / Sertar who have problems in the physical field, especially the value of the physical freshness Test (TKJ). Based on the data from the TKJ results of the first semester of Sergeant cadets in 2023, there were 190 cadets who received TKJ grades with very good predicates (BS), 221 Cadets with good predicates (B), 13 cadets could not participate in activities due to illness, and 1 Cadet who did not graduate or did not meet the requirements set by the institution. In addition to the data already mentioned, there are 13 cadets whose pull-up value is below 10 movements (below the standard set by the adult Cadet Battalion). The purpose of this study was to convey concepts and ideas after the management of Management, Management effort constraints Pasipamops in increasing the value of physical freshness Test Sergeant cadets in Battalion cadets adults. research method is defined as a scientific way to obtain data with a specific purpose and usefulness. In addition, the research method is a way to conduct an investigation using certain ways that have been determined to obtain scientific truth, so that later the research can be accounted for. Advise the battalion commander of adult cadets through Pasipamops Battalion of adult cadets in order to provide a measurable and targeted physical refresher training schedule to the sergeant cadets and reschedule the physical refresher training schedule.

Abstract

Despite Indonesia's strategic position, serious operationalisation of cross-border governance has not been placed as a top priority. In fact, the ability of a good state management (governability) can be seen from how the border area is managed. In most cases in our country, border areas not only lack the attention of the central government, the purpose of this research study is to find out the management of the border area of North Central Timor district after the release of East Timor from Indonesia. The method we use is a qualitative method so that the author collects data by utilising existing facilities at Akmil, namely the Internet, Akmil library, informants namely Akmil personnel who have served in the border area of North East Timor. It was agreed by the two countries to seek the establishment of development that can be jointly utilised by the two countries and border communities regarding economic welfare, security education and defence.

Abstract

Information technology continues to develop along with the changing times. In the military service, the benefits of information and communication technology are very pronounced, as seen in the daily tasks of the Army Information and Data Processing Service Personnel, where computers are their main tool. This research aims to analyze the influence of the development of information and communication technology on the implementation of TNI tasks. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results show that the development of information and communication technology (ICT) has a significant impact on the implementation of TNI tasks. However, in addition to the benefits, rapid technological progress also brings negative impacts, including deviations in behavior, ethics, norms, and morals due to unwise use. Thus, the positive impact of technology is highly dependent on how it is used
