This study aims to determine the practice of interfaith communication in residential communities in making efforts to preserve the environment. The research uses an ethnographic approach and is located in two cities, namely Tuban and Tulungagung Regencies. Researchers stayed for five years, starting in 2017-2021. Three years in Tuban, two years in Tulungagung. The results of this study indicate that not all housing communities are individualistic, but some are collectivist. Their interfaith communication patterns are mutually tolerant of each other. To protect the environment, they jointly make a schedule for cleaning the environment and managing waste.

This article aims to reveal the role of eco-theology in environmental journalism which has rarely been discussed by researchers. This article fills the void that is still not filled. Religion for journalists is appointed as a frame to make news raised in religious moral values. This leads to a question, what is the role of religion (eco-theology) in environmental journalism? After analyzing various objects in the form of books through literature study, this article concludes several things. Among them, has religion has laid down very deep principles of environmental ethics? however, in the reality of human life, especially in Indonesia, it is still so busy with studies of religious formalities. This has resulted in views on issues related to the environment that are less attractive to religious adherents. Second, the environmental ethical values contained in religion can be an inspiration in environmental coverage. This will, as expected by this research, make environmental journalists stand on eco-theological norms to be more pro-environmental conservation.

Information overload is more extensive in this digital era, allowing any information to bombard anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Social media algorithms can no longer contain the content that will be consumed by the public. However, they can curate content based on user preferences. Users have limited control over preventing this, including being warned about the presence of radical content. Despite that, the spread of radical content is not only done massively through the internet but can also occur in Islamic study forums. Forums that contain radical movements are widespread within Islam, happening anywhere. Therefore, it is important for society to be aware of the radicalism that threatens the values of Islamic teachings and the principles of Ahlul Sunnah wal Jamaah. One way to counteract radicalism is by sharpening critical thinking and enriching knowledge and literacy. The dissemination of knowledge can be carried out in various forums, including within mosques. Mosques themselves have many functions beyond being places of worship. Understanding these functions and maximizing them is key to addressing the spread of radicalism

This article examines the phenomenon of homeless Islamic media and the contestation of religious narratives in cyberspace. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing in-depth interviews, digital observation, and online document analysis. The findings reveal that religious contestation in the digital sphere is shaped by engagement mechanisms, algorithmic visibility, and religious personal branding rather than solely by traditional forms of legitimacy such as scholarly lineage. Religious narratives are produced, exchanged, and contested within the logic of platform ecosystems that prioritize popularity as a key metric. Under these conditions, religious authority is no longer hierarchical but becomes distributed and continuously negotiated within digital networks. These dynamics affirm that homeless Islamic media constructs a new configuration of religious contestation and legitimacy one that is plural, competitive, and network-based within cyberspace.
