Abstract

The district government of Sanggau already has a public service mall (MPP), which is used by all agencies as a place of service. SIPADU (Integrated Public Service Information and Reporting System) is the name of this application, which has various features to meet the needs of MPPs (Public Service Mall). Currently, users of the SIPADU application find it difficult to check the status of permissions. Users must first complete the authentication procedure in order to obtain the desired permission status. This research was conducted to implement a solution to make it easier for users to check the status of the submitted licensing by building a web-based system that will search for the data without requiring login authentication. The analytical methods used include Literature Study and Interview. The design method used is the waterfall method with 6 stages of the process, namely Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Verification. The result of this system is a website that can check the status of the permit being submitted. The results of the User Interface evaluation are following the provisions of the Eight Golden Rules method and the results of the evaluation of system testing using the BlackBox testing method with the results showing 100% no errors occur so that it is very suitable for use by users. This study applies the Web Scraping method using PHP scripts and using the Apache Web Server to obtain all licensing data using authentication data provided by PT Media Visual Group so that all users of the SIPADU application can track licensing.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive exploration of recent advancements in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), acknowledging its pivotal role in fostering crucial connections both within the industry and with customers at large. The study delves deeply into CRM, aiming to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The primary focus of this study centers around critical facets of CRM, encompassing strategies for managing customer relationships, applications of information technology, analysis of customer data, and approaches for customer retention. Employing a literature review methodology, this research rigorously examines the most recent journals germane to the field of CRM. A total of 46 articles sourced from reputable journal databases constitute the foundation of this investigation. The findings of this study yield an enriched comprehension of contemporary developments concerning challenges, factors driving success, relevant domains, and implementation goals within the realm of Customer Relationship Management.

Abstract

This research focuses on conducting a literature review on e-commerce. With such extraordinary developments, users demand more functions and features. This has the impact of continuous development to attract more users to transact on e-commerce platforms. The research uses a systematic literature review approach with 30 appropriate and relevant articles in the 2017 - 2022 timeframe. Findings The findings of e-commerce development occurring at this time have different backgrounds. Transaction service systems and the absence of online marketing media are the most dominant backgrounds for e-commerce development. The topic of e-commerce development that has been widely developed is the sale of clothing, followed by development for SMEs. Many system development uses the waterfall method approach. In addition to discovering 27 features designed just for online shopping. These findings may serve as an example of how future developments in e-commerce might be improved to be more user-friendly and in tune with the requirements of the customer base.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is believed to be a crucial driver and force for realizing sustainable learning, so there is an urgent need to consolidate existing research to provide a clear and structured understanding of its tangible benefits, broader impacts, and ongoing challenges. This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to fill this gap by offering a concise overview of the role of AI in supporting sustainable learning in terms of benefits, impacts, and challenges in the era of society. Through a periodic review (SLR) of studies published between 2023 to 2025, this paper summarizes evidence on how AI enhances student learning engagement. This synthesis outlines the challenges, impacts, and pitfalls of using AI. The findings reveal that AI-driven tools—including intelligent tutoring systems, chatbots, emotion recognition systems, and adaptive learning platforms—significantly enhance personalized learning experiences and student motivation. This review synthesizes the technological landscape, outlining its benefits, impacts, and persistent challenges. Despite its potential, ethical, technical, and pedagogical hurdles remain. Consequently, this study lays the groundwork for future research and development in AI-based continuous learning. This study has several limitations. The literature review does not cover the specific designs and methodologies for measuring student engagement with AI. It also focuses on explicit outcomes like engagement and motivation, potentially overlooking unintended consequences or long-term impacts of AI integration. Furthermore, the analysis is constrained by the varying methodological quality and reporting transparency of the primary studies included.

Abstract

Blockchain has been identified as a technology that can be used in healthcare systems, especially in terms of data security, privacy, and interoperability. This article explores the application of blockchain in various medical processes ranging from patient registration, visit registration, initial examination, patient examination, diagnostic input, and drug preparation. This study was conducted at a healthcare facility that utilizes blockchain as a technology to manage patient data, medical records, and drug prescriptions. This study uses a combined approach between literature studies and qualitative methods using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) technique for evaluates the impact of model blockchain. Model validation with domain experts in the health sector (doctors, nurses, administrators, IT experts, and pharmacists). The results research is a validated Model blockchain public health sector improves the security and privacy of patient data but also accelerates operational processes in the healthcare chain. This study concludes that blockchain can be a transformational solution for addressing major problems in the healthcare sector, although cross-sector collaboration is needed to ensure successful implementation.

Abstract

Berbagai kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa di sekolah dalam pembelajaran yang dianggap monoton  dan belum adanya sistem pembelajaran berkelanjutan berbasis AI yang diterapkan di setiap sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Tangerang maka perlu dibuat sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis AI untuk membantu guru dan siswa agar lebih personalisasi, dan keterlibatan serta motivasi siswa meningkat. Tujuan kegiatan sharing session ini dilakukan untuk memonitor dan mengevaluasi progress rancang bangun aplikasi pembelajaran berkelanjutan berbasis AI yang akan diimplementasikan di sekolah SLTA di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dengan berdiskusi secara interaktif mengenai progess pembuatan aplikasi yang dipimpin langsung oleh ketua tim. Hasil dari sharing session ini adalah penambahan beberapa fitur dan penyesuaikan logo yang telah dibuat sebelumnya yang telah di cek plagiasinya. Selain itu hasil sharing session juga adanya penambahan beberapa konten video tutorial untuk tampilan di dashboard (Front end) dan penambahan fitur pada menu virtual tutor. Hasil sharing session dituangkan dalam bentuk notulen untuk ditindaklanjuti dan dilakukan perbaikan sesegera mungkin dengan target awal bulan Oktober semua aplikasi telah selesai dan siap untuk ujicoba dan validasi dengan domain expert dan calon user. Kegiatan akan dilanjutkan di minggu berikutnya dan anggota tim tetap memberikan progress tindak lanjut melalui group WhatsApp
