Abstract

The hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and High Care Unit (HCU) systems are very important systems and are always used, so it is necessary to know the extent of their performance. Thus, the study aims to provide reference for xyz hospital regarding the condition (performance) of the current ICU and HCU patient systems. COBIT 5 is an information system capability evaluation framework with the build, acquire and implement (BAI) domain. Domain BAI focuses on developing, acquiring, and implementing information systems, applications, and services. It covers the entire IT project life cycle, starting with the planning and requirements gathering phases and continuing through the design, development, testing, and deployment phases. This study also uses qualitative approach with literature studies and quantitative approach for data analysis to measure capability level. Research respondents were heads and staff from the IT, ICU, and HCU divisions. The results of this study describe the level of capability achieved by hospitals in the BAI Domain, with an average score of 3.30 at the established level. This level illustrates that the application of information technology can achieve process results that are in accordance with the wishes of raft xyz management. This stage also illustrates that the xyz hospital has an information technology process that has been standardized thoroughly to achieve all processes. The results of this evaluation can also be guideline for the xyz raft house to make improvements and improve the performance of the ICU and HCU patient systems in meeting the needs of intensively treated patients.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive exploration of recent advancements in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), acknowledging its pivotal role in fostering crucial connections both within the industry and with customers at large. The study delves deeply into CRM, aiming to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The primary focus of this study centers around critical facets of CRM, encompassing strategies for managing customer relationships, applications of information technology, analysis of customer data, and approaches for customer retention. Employing a literature review methodology, this research rigorously examines the most recent journals germane to the field of CRM. A total of 46 articles sourced from reputable journal databases constitute the foundation of this investigation. The findings of this study yield an enriched comprehension of contemporary developments concerning challenges, factors driving success, relevant domains, and implementation goals within the realm of Customer Relationship Management.

Abstract

This research focuses on conducting a literature review on e-commerce. With such extraordinary developments, users demand more functions and features. This has the impact of continuous development to attract more users to transact on e-commerce platforms. The research uses a systematic literature review approach with 30 appropriate and relevant articles in the 2017 - 2022 timeframe. Findings The findings of e-commerce development occurring at this time have different backgrounds. Transaction service systems and the absence of online marketing media are the most dominant backgrounds for e-commerce development. The topic of e-commerce development that has been widely developed is the sale of clothing, followed by development for SMEs. Many system development uses the waterfall method approach. In addition to discovering 27 features designed just for online shopping. These findings may serve as an example of how future developments in e-commerce might be improved to be more user-friendly and in tune with the requirements of the customer base.

Abstract

Purchase intention arises in a person planning to buy a product which includes the goods or services to be used. Several factors can influence purchase intention, including price, consumer reviews, and brand image, which can affect customer trust. The population of this study is Sociolla users, while the sample of this study is individuals who have the Sociolla application and have made purchases through Sociolla at least once. Data was collected using a questionnaire filled out by respondents who met the sample criteria. This study uses the path analysis method by measuring the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results show that consumer reviews and brand image positively and significantly influence trust. Meanwhile, price and brand image positively and significantly influence purchase intention. Price doesn't affect trust, and consumer reviews don't influence buying intent. The researcher recommends that Sociolla price wisely and maintain brand image.

Abstract

Kabupaten Tangerang menjadi salah satu kota/kabupaten terpadat nomor empat di Indonesia dan penyokong sampah rumah tangga rata-rata 2.250 – 2.500 ton setiap harinya. Sampah rumah tangga menjadi persoalan yang sampai hari ini belum terselesaikan. Meskipun tersedia beberapa tempat pembuangan sampah (TPS) di Kabupaten Tangerang, namun belum sepenuhnya menjadi solusi dalam pengelolaan sampah di Kabupaten Tangerang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan secara daring melalui zoom meeting dengan harapan jangkauan peserta lebih banyak dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga menjadi lebih maksimal. Mengubah dan mengurai sampah rumah tangga menjadi emas dan barang kerajinan untuk menambah income rumah tangga menjadi topik kegiatan PKM. Tujuan kegiatan PKM adalah memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman mengenai mengurai sampah rumah tangga dengan memilah-milah sesuai dengan jenisnya dan memanfaatkan sampah yang dapat didaur ulang menjadi emas. Menukar sampah rumah tangga dengan tabungan emas dan beberapa sampah dimanfaatkan untuk kerajinan tangan dalam bentuk bingkai, souvenir dan lainnya yang memiliki nilai ekonomi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat Kabupaten Tangerang untuk memanfaatkan sampah rumah tangga bernilai ekonomi.

Abstract

Promosi kenaikan jabatan bagi perusahaan merupakan rutinitas dan sebagai salah satu bentuk penghargaan kemampuan karyawan selama bekerja. Selama ini promosi jabatan di PT. XYZ masih berdasarkan ikatan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan dan kedekatan personal karyawan dengan pimpinan. Sering sekali terjadi permasalahan dalam perekrutan promosi jabatan yang berakibat terjadinya kecemburuan diantara karyawan. Masih adanya sikap like dislike yang memungkinkan karyawan yang memiliki kompetensi merasa tidak dihargai. Belum adanya sistem yang mengakomodir keputusan promosi jabatan sehingga penilaian promosi jabatan belum sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan termasuk tanggung jawab, disiplin, kerjasama dan perilaku/atitude karyawan. Metode yang digunakan Analytical Hierarcy Proses (AHP) dimana keputusan diambil berdasarkan kriteria dan alternatif yang telah ditentukan. Dilakukan proses Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dalam proses penilaian karyawan yang dipromosikan jabatannya. Sistem ini dibuat untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dan membantu pimpinan dalam menentukan keputusan promosi jabatan agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan berdasarkan tanggung jawab, disiplin, kerjasama dan perilaku atau attitude karyawan.

Abstract

Aquaculture is a vital sector in global food production, providing essential protein sources. However, the industry faces significant challenges, including high energy consumption and environmental impact. The integration of renewable energy, particularly solar power, with automation and IoT systems offers a promising solution to enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and productivity in aquaculture operations. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of solar powered autonomous systems in reducing energy usage, improving operational efficiency, and promoting environmental sustainability in aquaculture. Literature Review: Recent research has explored various technologies, such as Digital Twins (DTs) and Precision Fish Farming (PFF), which integrate IoT sensors for real time monitoring and optimization of fish farming operations. The combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), known as AIoT, has further advanced the industry by enabling automated decision making and predictive analytics. Solar power integration with IoT systems has been shown to significantly reduce operational costs, minimize carbon emissions, and enhance the sustainability of aquaculture practices. These advancements have the potential to address the challenges of energy consumption and environmental degradation in the industry. Materials and Method: This research utilizes a hybrid solar powered IoT system for aquaculture, integrating solar panels, IoT sensors, and automated control systems. The system monitors key water quality parameters, such as pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, and temperature, to maintain optimal conditions for aquatic life. Data is collected through IoT sensors and analyzed through a cloud-based platform. A pilot study is conducted on a small scale aquaculture farm to evaluate the system's performance, including energy consumption, water quality management, and fish health. Energy savings, operational efficiency, and environmental impact are assessed. Results and Discussion: The integration of solar powered IoT systems significantly reduced energy consumption compared to traditional systems, with a notable decrease in grid electricity reliance. The system successfully maintained optimal water quality conditions, enhancing fish health and growth. Solar powered systems proved reliable, even in regions with variable sunlight, and demonstrated improvements in operational efficiency through automation. The environmental benefits were evident, with a reduction in carbon emissions and lower operational costs. The study highlights the feasibility of solar powered IoT systems as a sustainable solution for modern aquaculture operations.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with thermal optimization in Waste-to-Energy (WtE) systems to enhance both energy recovery and emission control. Introduction: The growing need for sustainable urban waste management has highlighted the importance of optimizing WtE systems. AI technologies, including machine learning and deep learning, have shown potential in improving the efficiency of WtE processes, especially in reducing emissions and enhancing energy recovery. Literature Review: Previous research indicates that AI has been successfully applied to various WtE technologies such as pyrolysis, gasification, and incineration, yet the integration of AI specifically for thermal optimization remains underexplored. Most studies focus on predictive models for emission reduction rather than real time thermal optimization. Materials and Method: The study proposes the development of an AI-driven framework that integrates real time data collection from IoT sensors, predictive modeling, and real time control algorithms. The system optimizes key parameters such as combustion temperature and fuel flow to enhance energy recovery and minimize emissions. The method includes data collection from operational WtE plants, followed by model development using machine learning algorithms. Results and Discussion: Initial simulations and pilot testing showed significant improvements in energy efficiency and emission reduction. AI-driven systems outperformed conventional WtE systems by optimizing operational parameters in real time. The study identifies gaps in AI integration for thermal optimization and suggests future research directions, including the integration of AI with smart grids and carbon credit systems for more sustainable WtE operations.

Abstract

Blockchain has been identified as a technology that can be used in healthcare systems, especially in terms of data security, privacy, and interoperability. This article explores the application of blockchain in various medical processes ranging from patient registration, visit registration, initial examination, patient examination, diagnostic input, and drug preparation. This study was conducted at a healthcare facility that utilizes blockchain as a technology to manage patient data, medical records, and drug prescriptions. This study uses a combined approach between literature studies and qualitative methods using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) technique for evaluates the impact of model blockchain. Model validation with domain experts in the health sector (doctors, nurses, administrators, IT experts, and pharmacists). The results research is a validated Model blockchain public health sector improves the security and privacy of patient data but also accelerates operational processes in the healthcare chain. This study concludes that blockchain can be a transformational solution for addressing major problems in the healthcare sector, although cross-sector collaboration is needed to ensure successful implementation.
