Abstract

A Power Breaker is a mechanical switch that is able to open to allow current to flow under normal conditions and close when there is a disturbance under abnormal conditions, such as a short circuit current disturbance. Damage to the Power Breaker has a considerable influence on the operation of the electric power system, resulting in losses and the operating system of the electric power being disrupted. For this reason, it is necessary to periodically test Power Breaker performance in order to meet operating standards, improve reliability, guarantee quality, and maintain the continuity of electric power distribution. This research was limited to testing before and after the Power Breaker 20 kV Net Cubicles Maintenance located at the Senayan PLTMG Substation during February 2023 in the form of contact resistance testing, Insulation resistance testing, simultaneity testing, and trip relay testing. By testing the performance of the Power Breaker, it is hoped that it can prevent malfunctions that result in damage to the Power Breaker and other components at the Senayan PLTMG Substation

Abstract

English structure is one of the most difficult parts of learning grammar. This is because students also have to know when to use it. When students already know the structure of English, it will be easier to master grammar. The easiest way to test students' grammar is by using the quillbot application. However, researchers using the quillbot application are still limited and know little about how students perceive it. This study aims to improve students' grammar skills by using quillbot application to check their grammar writing. The researcher used quantitative method and survey design, and to collect information the researcher used questionnaire. This study was conducted at University in Asia by taking a sample of 35 students majoring in English Department. The findings revealed that these students expressed some positive responses. Some students already know that this quillbot application can be relied upon to check students' grammar writing and make students easier and more practical in checking grammar so that it is free from grammatical errors. Therefore, the researcher said that the use of quillbot application is useful to improve students' grammar skills.

Abstract

Background. PAI learning tends to focus on abstract concepts that feel far from everyday life, making it difficult for students to interpret and understand the values in PAI learning. Therefore, it is very important for teachers to prepare and pay attention to teaching materials well, because this has a significant influence on improving the quality and competence of students.. Purpose. The ultimate goal of this research is to improve the quality of PAI learning and provide a more holistic understanding to students or learners. By gaining a more complete and integrated understanding of religion, science and technology, it is expected that students will be able to better integrate this knowledge in their daily lives. This will help students make better decisions, solve complex problems, and face modern challenges with a richer and deeper understanding. Method. the type of research is research (research) and development (development), while the research model is descriptive development through the ADDIE development model, namely analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating. Results. The development of PAI teaching materials based on science and technology integration in class X M.A An nur Rambipuji Jember is still not running optimally, and effectively so that there needs to be special guidance to educators, so that PAI teaching materials based on science and technology integration can run more effectively. Conclusion. Science and technology cannot be separated in Islamic education learning in educational institutions, so from it, there is a need for improvement and optimization regarding the development of science and technology-based Islamic religious education (PAI) teaching materials, with science and technology-based teaching materials the institution will get the expected results or goals, because currently formal institutions must be prepared with advances in technology and science which are increasingly becoming an interest for students and are also able to compete with the increasing number of other formal institutions.
