Abstract

Completing cat products in meeting consumer demand is something that must be addressed. Sales are very important for sales. The amount of demand for goods increases, it will get a large income. The purpose of this study is to predict the sales revenue of paint products at UD. Masdi Related, makes it easy for the leadership of the company to find out the amount of money obtained quickly. This research also makes it easy for companies to take business strategies quickly and optimally. The data used in this research is the data of paint product sales for January 2016 to December 2018 which is processed using the Monte carlo method. Income prediction will be done every year. In addition to predicting revenue, the sales data is also used to predict product demand every year. To predict the sales of paint products using the Monte Carlo method. The results of this study can predict sales revenue of paint products very well. Based on the results of tests conducted on the system used to predict sales revenue of cat products with an average rating of 89%. With a fairly high degree of accuracy, the application of the Monte Carlo method can be estimated to make an estimate of the income and demand for each paint product every year. Necessary, will facilitate the leadership to choose the right business strategy to increase sales of cat product sales.

Abstract

Sistem dashboard pasien BPJS yang sedang berjalan pada Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Barat belum terkomputerisasi masih manual sehingga detail pasien BPJS tidak terlihat dan menjadi kurang bermakna. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan cara manual banyak ditemukan kekurangan-kekurangan seperti detail informasi pasien tidak terlihat, kesalahan menginput data, kesalahan penulisan dan lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan. Sehingga mengakibatkan penyajian laporan data pasien BPJS yang dihasilkan belum akurat. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan data pasien BPJS yang akan dimasukan kedalam sistem, dibutuhkan ketelitian yang tinggi untuk mengatasi permasalahan sistem. Untuk itu, akan dirancang sistem informasi dashboard pasien BPJS yang akan mempermudah dalam mengatasi pengawasan terhadap pasien BPJS secara cepat dan efisien, pengolahan data dan penyajian laporan secara cepat, tepat dan lengkap. Penulis mengusulkan dengan menggunakan tools Visual Basic dan Database Ms Access serta metode waterfall diantaranya Analisa, Desain, Coding & testing, penerapan dan pemeliharaan

Abstract

The current development of Information Technology has increased the need for effective and efficient financial transaction recording. Yatim Piatu Ar-Ruhama Foundation needs to have a financial information system that can assist in managing and reporting their finances. This research aims to develop a Financial Information System to enhance the organization's stability of Ar-Ruhama Foundation. The research methodology includes software requirement analysis, such as budget management, financial transaction recording, financial reporting, donation management, and data security. This Financial Information System will enable the foundation to record financial transactions, manage budgets, generate accurate financial reports, and handle received donations. The findings of this research are expected to help Ar-Ruhama Foundation in preparing transparent and accurate financial reports and improving organizational stability through efficient financial management.

Abstract

Several bank institutions in Indonesia often experience obstacles in the process of processing data and information monitoring ATM rentals. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the process of processing data and monitoring related to ATM rentals to be more practical, efficient, and accurate in order to reduce errors that often occur when using the previous system. The data collection method used in this study is by observing and interviewing with parties involved in the administration of the ATM rental process. Based on the problems in the bank that is still doing manual data collection for ATM rental activities, namely by processing data in Microsoft Excel. In designing the system, the method used in this study is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and uses the Codeigniter PHP Framework. Web-based ATM rental monitoring information system using the SDLC method is able to provide solutions to problems that often occur in the ATM rental process, and with this web-based monitoring system, it can maximize the monitoring process and improve the data collection process for the better. ATM rental activities can also run effectively and efficiently and are able to solve problems that often occur in the bank. This web-based monitoring information system using the SDLC method can also be developed again according to the needs desired by the user.

Abstract

The importance of improving the quality of human resources in the Kepulauan Seribu Regency through organized and coordinated human resource management training in order to build the Kepulauan Seribu Regency tourism opportunity to become an idol of tourist attractions in Indonesia. Because the determination of good or bad performance will depend on the quality of human resource management. In this case, the participants are employees of the district head's office, the community, and all related elements in the Kepulauan Seribu Regency, DKI Jakarta Province. The purpose of this community service is that with this activity it can improve the quality of existing human resources so that they are able to provide knowledge and insight about the quality of human resources that are able to compete with other regions. Finally, an organized and coordinated quality of human resource management was formed which opened up opportunities for the Kepulauan Seribu Regency, DKI Jakarta Province to become an idol of tourist attractions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research explored the application of the K-Means algorithm in the marketing field to increase the effectiveness of ABC Cosmetic Store marketing strategies. Sales data can be processed using data mining to be used as decision making at ABC Cosmetic Stores. One of the techniques in data mining is Clustering, which is used to categorize data. The K Means algorithm is used to identify hidden patterns in the data. By using bodylotion sales data, this research aims to classify consumers into several groups. The data group in question is sales data that is of great interest to consumers and data that is of little interest to consumers. The results of clustering using k=2 show that cluster 1 consists of 5 products with product transactions sold being 1295 products. In this case, it shows that cluster 1 is a group of product data whose quantity sold has increased and can provide profits at the ABC Cosmetic Store. Meanwhile, cluster 2 has 1 data with 214 product transactions sold and is grouped as data with products that are less popular with consumers so there is no need to increase the stock available in the warehouse by ABC Cosmetic Shop. The results of this research show that K Means-based customer segmentation can increase personalization in marketing communications and increase the efficiency of marketing resource allocation. This study provides new insights into how data mining techniques can be involved in marketing strategies to determine product availability for the future.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the effectiveness of tax consultant services at PT Alfa Jaya Jasa by designing and implementing a web-based Client Monitoring System. Tax services that were previously carried out manually using Excel tended to be inefficient and had a high risk of errors. This system was developed using the Agile method, starting with analysis using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, as well as applying PHP technology, the Laravel framework, and the MySQL database to create a system design. As a result, this system is able to integrate the process of inputting tax data, tax reporting, service bills, and verifying proof of payment for services. System implementation shows increased efficiency, reduced risk of errors, and accelerated data processing. Testing using the black box method ensures the system operates according to the specified specifications. With this new system, data management is better and service to clients is more optimal. In the future, further development may include adding features according to company needs and changes in tax regulations.

Abstract

This research explores the development of a company profile website with a holistic approach using Bootstrap, CodeIgniter 3, Apache, and MySQL as the technological foundation. The main focus is to optimally integrate the frontend and backend. The research methodology includes in-depth analysis of requirements, responsive design, implementation with CodeIgniter 3 for backend logic, utilization of Apache as a server, and MySQL for efficient database management. Active observations, interviews, and thorough documentation resulted in concrete solutions for this project. The results include not only successful implementation of the latest technology but also strengthened website performance and responsibility. This research has a positive impact by increasing the effectiveness of company website development and creating an integrated and optimally responsive environment for user needs.

Abstract

Dalam industri perhotelan, efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses reservasi kamar merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan performa operasional hotel. Fresh Hotel, menghadapi tantangan dalam proses reservasi dan pengolahan data karena masih mengandalkan metode manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan inefisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi reservasi hotel berbasis web. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah proses pemesanan kamar, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan meminimalisir potensi kesalahan dalam pengolahan data. Metodologi penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan stakeholder terkait untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan spesifik dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Fresh Hotel. Dalam pengembangan sistem, penelitian ini mengadopsi metode Agile untuk memastikan fleksibilitas dan adaptasi yang cepat terhadap perubahan kebutuhan, serta menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai teknologi pengembangannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi sistem informasi reservasi hotel berbasis web yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan Fresh Hotel dalam memodernisasi proses reservasi mereka tetapi juga menawarkan platform yang user-friendly untuk pelanggan. Sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui proses pemesanan yang lebih mudah dan pengolahan data yang lebih akurat, sekaligus meningkatkan performa operasional hotel.

Abstract

Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan gedung yang berlokasi di Jakarta selatan mengalami kendala dalam pengelolaan inventory IT miliknya. Pencatatan manual menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian data yang berakibat ketersediaan barang tidak update. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi pengelolaan inventory pada perusahaan tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi,wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil analisa dari penelitian ini adalah sistem inventory dengan penerapan metode Extreme Programming karena proses pengembangan sistem ini mengutamakan kesederhanaan code sehingga sistem ini lebih cepat, efisien, adaptif dan sangat fleksibel terhadap perubahan yang terjadi selama pengembangan perangkat lunak. Dengan adanya sistem inventory ini, maka data pengelolaan inventory menjadi terpusat dan ketersediaan barang menjadi update karena pencatatan dilakukan menggunakan sistem inventory.
