Quality of medical image has an important role in constructing right medical diagnosis. This paper recommends a method to improve the quality of medical images by increasing the size of the image pixels. By increasing the size of pixels, the size of the objects contained therein is also greater, making it easier to observe. In this study medical images of Brain CT-Scan, Chest X-Ray and Panoramic X-Ray were processed using Line-Column Interpolation (LCI) Method. The results of the treatment are then compared to Nearest Neighbor Interpolation (NNI), Bilinear Interpolation (BLI) and Bicubic Interpolation (BCI) processing results. The experiment shows that Line-Column Interpolation Method produces a larger image with details of the objects in it are not blurred and has equal visual effects. Thus, this method is expected to be a reference material in enlarging the size of the medical image for ease in clinical analysis.

Panoramic X-Ray produces produces the most common oral digital radiographic image that it used in dentistry practice. The image can further improve accuracy compared to analog one. This study aims to establish proximal caries edge on enhancement images so they can be easily recognized. The images were obtained from the Department of Radiology, General Hospital of M. Djamil Padang Indonesia. Total file of images to be tested were 101. Firstly, the images are analyzed by dentists who practiced at Segment Padang Hospital Indonesia. They concluded that there is proximal caries in 30 molar teeth. Furthermore, the images were processed using Matlab software with the following steps, i.e. cropping, enhancement, edge detection, and edge enhancement. The accuracy rate of detection of edge enhancement images being compared with that of dentist analysis was 73.3%. In the edge enhancement images proximal caries edge can be found conclusively in 22 teeth and dubiously in eight teeth. The results of this study convinced that edge enhancement images can be recommended to assist dentists in detecting proximal caries.

Scholarships are one of the factors that can increase learning motivation for students. This scholarship is one of the school programs to help parents of students to ease the burden of education costs of the students. In determining the scholarship recipients who meet the requirements and eligibility at the MA Raudlatul Ulum a decision support system is using the Weighted Product method. Decision making in the Weighted Product method is done by multiplication to connect the rating of each attribute, where the rating of each attribute must be raised by the weight of the attribute in question. In this study there are several criteria used in decision making, namely Average Value, Behavior, Extracurricular, Parent Income, and Dependents of Parents. The research carried out begins with determining the weight of each criterion, then the ranking process is carried out which will produce the most optimal alternative. Based on the results of testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the system is able to provide accuracy of 90% if compared with the results of testing manually.

Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) UNAND adalah suatu lembaga yang berada di Universitas Andalas, yang tupoksi utamanya adalah bidang Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Setiap tahun secara rutin LPPM menerima dan menyeleksi proposal dari 15 Fakultas, 45 Prodi yang ada di Universitas Andalas. Proses seleksi yang terjadi pada LPPM UNAND, prosesnya masih dilakukan secara manual, sering mengalami human error, sehingga kurang efektif dengan apa yang diinginkan oleh pimpinan, untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut digunakan sistem penunjang keputusan dengan menerapkan metode AHP dalam penetepan keputusan. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, metode AHP dapat menentukan perengkingan proposal penelitian yang layak untuk didanai sesuai kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.

Completing cat products in meeting consumer demand is something that must be addressed. Sales are very important for sales. The amount of demand for goods increases, it will get a large income. The purpose of this study is to predict the sales revenue of paint products at UD. Masdi Related, makes it easy for the leadership of the company to find out the amount of money obtained quickly. This research also makes it easy for companies to take business strategies quickly and optimally. The data used in this research is the data of paint product sales for January 2016 to December 2018 which is processed using the Monte carlo method. Income prediction will be done every year. In addition to predicting revenue, the sales data is also used to predict product demand every year. To predict the sales of paint products using the Monte Carlo method. The results of this study can predict sales revenue of paint products very well. Based on the results of tests conducted on the system used to predict sales revenue of cat products with an average rating of 89%. With a fairly high degree of accuracy, the application of the Monte Carlo method can be estimated to make an estimate of the income and demand for each paint product every year. Necessary, will facilitate the leadership to choose the right business strategy to increase sales of cat product sales.

The availability of red bricks on the market is a problem that must be addressed. Because the availability of red brick affects sales revenue. The purpose of this research in the Small and Medium Micro Business of the Red Brick City of Pariaman is to predict the production of red bricks to find out income and find out the next production. So this research can make it easier for business owners to find out how much it will cost for the next production cost. The data used in this study are production data from 2017 to 2019 which are processed using the Monte Carlo method. Based on the results of production prediction testing that has been done, it is found that the average accuracy is 90%. With the results of a high degree of accuracy, the application of the monte carlo method is considered to be able to predict production annually. Making it easier for business owners to determine the costs incurred in the next production process.

Farmers sell corn kernels in the company of PT Charoen Pokphan Indonesia Tbk Medan, corn kernels are used to mix feed ingredients to meet the protein values and nutrition of these feeds to be of high quality. The company PT Charoen Pokphan Indonesia Tbk Medan buys corn kernels to farmers by specifying the best quality corn kernels, so they know the total price of corn kernels is in accordance with the quality needed. This research determines the criteria of the best quality types of corn kernels and how to apply the Multi Attribute Utility Theory to decision support systems to determine the quality of corn kernels, to be able to help the company PT Charoen Pokphan Indonesia Tbk Medan in determining the quality of corn kernels. Based on the criteria set out in the company PT Charoen Pokphan Indonesia Tbk Medan to obtain the best quality corn kernels using grade 1 to grade 4 and ranking. The results of testing these methods are produced a decision on an alternative with a total value of 86.7%. So this method is needed to evaluate the determination of the best quality corn kernels to produce the best decisions

Sales are a source of life for a company. Predicting the number of sales is important in analyzing the development of sales. Analysis of sales development is an important factor in increasing sales. Vocational High School Student Competency Competition (Vocational School LKS) is a series of activities conducted by the Education Office. This activity is carried out as one of the means and ways to measure the success of the education process in Vocational Schools. LKS is held as a vehicle for competition in promoting students' abilities to the business world and industry. For the determination of the winning contestants correctly and precisely requires a good decision system. The method that used in this study is TOPSIS on report card grades in 2018. The results of this study are participants who qualify with a value of V = 0.7978. Participants who qualify for this place rank first in the match with 80% conformity to the participants sent in the match. So that this method is a recommendation to dismiss the process of determining the next LKS contest participant.

Minutiae is part of the fingerprint, which is the point where the fingerprint line stops or branches, which can be observed by scanning at a resolution of 500 pp. a fingerprint has minutiae that range from 50-100 pieces scattered throughout the surface of the fingerprint. To clarify the fingerprint can be done by extracting the minutiae contained in the fingerprint. With this extraction process, fingerprint images can be clarified, so identification of a fingerprint will be easy to do. This research extracts minutiae objects in the fingerprint image, so that the fingerprint line object can be seen clearly. The first stage in this research is object detection and edge detection using morphological methods. The next step is the extraction of minutiae objects with the gabor filter and minutiae extraction . The results obtained can display the fingerprint line of the fingerprint image clearly. From the results of testing 10 fingerprint images proved that the minutiae object in the image can be extracted, so that the fingerprint line of the image is clearer than the original image.
