Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the digital capacity of women-led social communities in Kranggan, Bekasi, through content management training and storytelling techniques. In the digital era, the ability to create and manage content is essential for maintaining visibility and increasing engagement in online spaces. Conducted on May 25, 2025, the program involved 30 female participants from local social organizations. The training focused on developing compelling content, impactful narratives, and utilizing platforms like Instagram and TikTok to support community initiatives. The results indicate improved participant understanding of digital content and storytelling concepts, as well as greater confidence in using social media positively and productively. This program contributes significantly to digital-based community empowerment and opens up creative opportunities for women to be actively involved in public discourse through online platforms.

Abstract

Web management and cloud based information management for an organization, including small organizations, is very necessary so that the organization's website, data and information can be well maintained and can be displayed and used at any time for various organizational needs. In the current digital era, conveying information in the form of announcements via messaging applications such as WhatsApp is no longer effective because often, because of the large amount of information, messages become piled up and difficult to find. Conveying information quickly and efficiently is what is an obstacle in this organization, for this reason the PKM team of lecturers and students was moved to provide training on cloud-based web and information management to administrators of the Poris Residence Catholic community organization, Tangerang City as a solution to overcome this obstacle. After attending this training, organizational administrators have better web and information management skills, they are even able to manage web-based information media that can be accessed by all members of the organization. The results of the training can be felt by the entire organization because important information can now be conveyed more quickly, clearly and efficiently.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Raudhatul Jannah menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi koding dan Kecerdasan Artifisial (AI) ke dalam kurikulum pembelajaran akibat keterbatasan infrastruktur dan kompetensi guru. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan tersebut melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif bagi tenaga pendidik. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang meliputi fase sosialisasi, workshop teknis, pendampingan kelas (co-creation), serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya eskalasi kompetensi digital guru yang signifikan, dengan peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 42,0 menjadi 88,7. Transformasi paling menonjol terlihat pada kemahiran Prompt Engineering dan penggunaan platform kreatif. Selain itu, implementasi metode Game-Based Learning (GBL) terbukti efektif sebagai solusi substitutif atas keterbatasan perangkat keras, meningkatkan retensi pemahaman siswa hingga 65%. Program ini juga berhasil membentuk kemandirian institusional melalui Kelompok Kerja (Pokja) Teknologi dan penyerahan aset repositori digital. Kesimpulannya, melalui pendekatan pedagogik yang adaptif, madrasah mampu mentransformasi keterbatasan sarana menjadi peluang inovasi pembelajaran digital yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Manual asset management still used at the Pasundan Christian Church Kampung Sawah Congregation has led to various challenges, including recording errors, data duplication, and limited capabilities for real-time reporting and monitoring. This study aims to design and develop a web-based asset management information system to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in church asset administration. The system development process adopts the Agile methodology with a Scrum approach, enabling iterative and collaborative development between the development team and stakeholders. The Scrum method includes stages such as User Story, Product Backlog, Sprint, Sprint Backlog, and Daily Scrum. The system is web-based, developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The framework used is PHP. The system comprises 14 core features, including asset recording, modification, deletion, search, printing, and management of asset borrowing and returning. Three types of users are identified: the Household Commission as the primary administrator, the Church Council as borrowers, and the Pastor as a passive user. Testing was conducted using the black-box method to evaluate the performance of each feature. The results show that all 14 features (100%) functioned as expected. Overall, the system successfully improves reliability and transparency in asset management and supports a more organized and efficient organizational service.

Abstract

Keterbatasan sarana pembelajaran dan kebutuhan penguatan keterampilan digital guru menjadi tantangan bagi MIS Raudhatul Jannah dalam menyusun materi ajar yang interaktif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan ChatGPT dan Canva untuk mendukung penyusunan serta visualisasi bahan ajar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di MIS Raudhatul Jannah, Serpong Utara, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 22 orang dan seluruh peserta hadir dalam pelaksanaan program. Metode kegiatan meliputi observasi kebutuhan mitra, sosialisasi teknologi kecerdasan buatan, pelatihan penggunaan ChatGPT, praktik visualisasi materi ajar dengan Canva, pendampingan, dan evaluasi deskriptif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menyusun prompt pembelajaran, mengembangkan ide materi, membuat pertanyaan pemantik, merancang Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, dan memvisualisasikan bahan ajar melalui platform digital. Dampak kegiatan terlihat pada terbentuknya alur kerja awal yang membantu guru menyusun bahan ajar secara lebih cepat, variatif, dan mudah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kelas. Program ini menghasilkan rancangan bahan ajar digital, dokumentasi kegiatan, publikasi media, dan rencana pengajuan hak cipta. Kegiatan lanjutan disarankan melalui komunitas praktik guru, pendampingan berkala, dan evaluasi berbasis instrumen yang lebih terukur.

Abstract

Pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah memerlukan penguatan visibilitas digital agar informasi usaha lebih mudah ditemukan oleh calon pelanggan melalui pencarian lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengevaluasi hasil pendampingan Profil Bisnis Google, pemetaan kata kunci, media sosial, dan analitik sederhana pada komunitas usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi, demonstrasi, praktik terpandu, pendampingan, serta evaluasi berbasis kuesioner dan observasi. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 30 pelaku usaha dari berbagai sektor. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan kepuasan peserta berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,7 dari skala 5. Pemahaman tertinggi terdapat pada pendaftaran Profil Bisnis Google dengan skor 4,7, disusul dasar optimisasi mesin pencari 4,6, penggunaan media sosial 4,5, dan Google Analytics 4,3. Dampak kegiatan paling kuat terlihat pada peningkatan visibilitas daring dengan skor 4,7 dan interaksi pelanggan 4,6. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan berbasis praktik langsung dapat membantu peserta memahami langkah awal penguatan kehadiran digital, meskipun peserta masih membutuhkan sesi lanjutan untuk analisis data, iklan berbayar, dan pengelolaan konten secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Mitra Indonesia Ramah Lansia telah memiliki kegiatan pengenalan teknologi imersif bagi lansia, tetapi pemanfaatannya masih perlu diperkuat melalui pendampingan yang ramah usia, evaluasi pengalaman peserta, dan penyusunan rekomendasi keberlanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat literasi digital lansia melalui pendampingan Virtual Reality berbasis wisata virtual, reminiscence, permainan ringan, dan panduan penggunaan aman. Kegiatan dilaksanakan bersama mitra di Kelurahan Tanjung Duren Utara, Jakarta Barat, dengan peserta sebanyak 30 lansia. Metode kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pengembangan materi sederhana, demonstrasi perangkat, praktik simulasi interaktif, pendampingan personal, observasi, kuesioner kepuasan, dan diskusi umpan balik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kehadiran peserta mencapai 100%, skor kepuasan rata-rata sebesar 4,8 dari skala 5, sebanyak 90% peserta memahami penggunaan perangkat, dan 85% peserta mampu mengikuti simulasi tanpa kesulitan berarti. Wisata virtual menjadi aktivitas yang paling diminati karena mudah diikuti dan memberi pengalaman rekreatif. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa Virtual Reality dapat digunakan sebagai media pendampingan digital lansia apabila dirancang sederhana, aman, bertahap, dan didukung fasilitator.

Abstract

This study presents the design and development of ProManageTI, a web-based integrated system for managing and monitoring Internship (KP), Final Project Proposals (Proposal TA), and Final Projects (TA) in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Universitas Dian Nusantara. The research problem addressed is the inefficiency and lack of integration in the manual process using Google Workspace tools, which led to fragmented data, delays in academic workflows, and limited real-time progress tracking. The objective of this study is to provide a structured digital platform that enhances effectiveness, transparency, and accountability in academic process management. The system was developed using the Agile methodology with the Scrum framework, implemented with PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap, and designed through Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams. It integrates features such as title submission, supervision monitoring, scheduling, document verification, notifications, and centralized document storage. Functional testing applied the Black Box method with Equivalence Partition and Boundary Value Analysis techniques, confirming that all features met requirements. The findings indicate that ProManageTI improves operational efficiency, data accuracy, and coordination among students, supervisors, and program administrators. The contribution and novelty of this research are the provision of a scalable and adaptable model for integrated academic management, enabling structured, accountable, and responsive academic services that can be replicated in broader higher education contexts.
