Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the Communication Strategy of the National Legal Development Agency (BPHN) supports and hinders the implementation of legal socialization through online media. The method used is qualitative with interviews. The informants in this study were Mr. Gunawan as the Coordinator of the Legal Cultivation Division of the BPHN Center, Mrs. Asiyah Budiarti as BPHN Junior Expert Legal Counselor and Mr. Ahmad Noval as a private employee. Using the theory of diffusion of innovation. The results of this study BPHN in developing a communication strategy in legal outreach during the Covid-19 Pandemic used two methods, namely direct legal counseling by going directly to the field assisted by obligatory parties, then using the indirect method by strengthening BPHN's social media such as Instagram, YouTube, websites containing legal content.

Abstract

Penurunan citra dan kepercayaan pelanggan PT. Eigerindo (“Eiger”) setelah adanya konflik antaraEiger dan Youtuber Dian Widiyanarko yang mengulas salah satu produk Eiger pada channel Youtubenya “Dunia Dian” yang direspon oleh manajemen Eiger dengan melayangkan surat keberatanatas ulasan tersebut. Penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui strategi Public Relations Eiger dalam pemulihan citra dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang dialami perusahan Eiger dalam memulihkan citranya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, teori yang digunakan yaitu pemulihan citra dari William Benoit. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Adaptive Strategysangat berperan dalam pemulihan citra Eiger dengan melakukan evaluasi, pengkajian ulang, perbaikan pelayanan, serta melakukan kompromi dan permintaan maaf, juga sangat berperan dalam pemulihan citra Eiger melalui media yang digunakan, baik online maupun cetak guna mendapatkan kembali simpati masyarakat. Pelayanan yang lebih baik dan maksimal adalah kunci dan tujuan dalam mendapatkan kembali citra positif perusahaan, karena kepercayaan, kepuasaan dan loyalitas pelanggan merupakan prioritas.

Abstract

This research examines the news discourse on carbon trading policy through carbon exchange on Kompas.com online media. The efforts made by Indonesia to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by organizing carbon trading through carbon exchanges. Referring to the network context of policy implementation proposed by Barry Markovsky, the dimensions emphasized in the network exchange theory (NET) perspective are the structure and relations of actors. In line with this, Paul A. Sabatier said the advocacy coalition framework (ACF) focuses on actors each having a position on an issue. Based on the discourse of the two theories, this research has an argument that the process of making public policy from the issue of carbon trading to the implementation of the policy in technical regulations on the Otoraritas Jasa Keuangan Regulation Number 14 of 2023 concerning Carbon Trading through Carbon Exchange (POJK 14/2023) with Circular Letter of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Number 12/SEOJK.04/2023 concerning Procedures for Implementing Carbon Trading through Carbon Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to find out if there is an impact of Cyberbullying on Instragram Social Media on the self-confidence of Gunadarma University students Batch 2020. This research is a library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique was in the form of interviews from several students at Gunadarma University Class of 2020. Cyberbullying is bullying using digital technology. This can happen on social media, chat platforms, gaming platforms, and mobile phones. The results of research that has been conducted through interviews with several informants can be concluded that the impact of Cyberbullying behavior on Instagram social media results that the interaction between the perpetrator and the victim disturbs the victim's mind. On Instagram social media, this is still recognized by victims as Cyberbullying and victims choose to deal with it on their own without telling those closest to them, because there is no self-defense, then Cyberbullying will continue to develop in social life. Even the phenomenon of Cyberbullying is considered normal by some people due to the lack of application of laws governing Cyberbullying. Keywords: Cyberbullying, New Media, Instagram
