Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) semakin meluas, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. AI dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mengembangkan potensi siswa, terutama dalam hal kreativitas. kegiatan PkM yang dilaksanakan di SMA Tunas Harapan Jakarta diikuti oleh 156 siswa. Salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) yang berbasis AI. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memahami secara mendalam proses metakognisi siswa SMA dalam memecahkan masalah integral dengan menggunakan aplikasi Photomath melalui E-Learning AI. Aplikasi Photomath berperan sebagai alat bantu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan metakognisi siswa dalam memecahkan masalah integral serta membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan yang diperlukan sesuai dengan kurikulum sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan PkM ini meliputi pengenalan konsep integral, penggunaan aplikasi Photomath, dan pembagian kelompok diskusi. Untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan kegiatan PkM ini, sebelum PkM dilakukan, semua peserta diberikan kuesioner untuk mengetahui pemahaman awal mereka. Setelah kegiatan selesai, peserta diminta mengisi kuesioner untuk menilai tingkat pemahaman mereka Dari hasil kegiatan PkM ini, diketahui 91.6% siswa mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan dianggap relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa sebesar 89.4%. Kepuasan siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan PkM ini tercermin dalam pencapaian presentasi sebesar 90.9%.Abstract: The use of artificial intelligence (AI) is also becoming more prevalent in education. With the help of AI, we can improve the quality of learning and foster students' potential, especially in terms of creativity. 156 students participated in his PkM activities at SMA Tuna Harapan Jakarta. One of the approaches used is the AI-based Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The purpose of this non-profit activity is to gain a deeper understanding of the metacognitive process of high school students solving integral problems using Photomath applications through e-learning AI. The Photomath application serves as a tool to improve students' metacognitive skills in solving synthetic problems and helps develop skills needed in the school curriculum. Methods used to implement this PkM include the introduction of integral concepts, the use of Photomath applications, and the division of discussion groups. To assess the success of this PkM activity, all participants were given a questionnaire to assess initial comprehension before performing the PkM. After completing the activity, participants were asked to complete a questionnaire to assess their knowledge level. The outcome of this PkM activity was that 91.6% of students improved their knowledge and 89.4% considered it relevant to their needs. . Student satisfaction in participating in this PkM activity is reflected in a presentation grade of 90.9%.

Abstract

The effective allocation of educational resources is crucial for enhancing the quality of education. This study explores the development and application of a decision support system (DSS) using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. Various entities are evaluated based on a set of critical criteria. Using the TOPSIS approach, entities were systematically ranked, offering a clear directive for optimal resource allocation. This study provides a significant tool for resource management, offering a transparent, objective, and data-driven process. However, DSS should complement other qualitative and contextual considerations in the decision-making process. Future research directions include the integration of temporal data, broadening the set of criteria, and the inclusion of machine learning for dynamic decision-making. Ultimately, this study underscores the value of systematic and data-driven processes in resource allocation, contributing to the improvement of the quality of education

Abstract

To improve teacher performance and education quality at ITB Swadharma, this research explains the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS). The qualitative case study research focuses on ITB Swadharma's Quality Assurance Institute (QAI). Data collection methods include direct observation, document and archival searches, and interviews. The research shows that IQAS at ITB Swadharma improves education through research and innovation. ITB Swadharma can improve inclusivity, relevance, and comprehensiveness by focusing on program evaluation, student empowerment, technology implementation, industry collaboration, internal quality monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and best practices adoption. The institution can better adapt to education sector and student needs with IQAS. ITB Swadharma can improve educational quality by incorporating students, alumni, staff, the local community, and industry partners. According to ITB Swadharma's QAI's academic and quality documents, the IQAS Cycle implements IQAS policies and ideas. Leadership commitment, auditor shortages, and IQAS routineness are issues. Quality assurance expertise, auditor training, and a culture of quality assurance address these issues. The results of annual IQAS examination are used to promote quality. Quality management criteria from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN PT) and the Independent Accreditation Agency (LAM) influence IQAS implementation.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to various sectors, including logistics and the supply chain. The Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data are two key technologies that have attracted the attention of many researchers and practitioners due to their potential to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in logistics processes and supply chain management. This study explores the integration of IoT and big data for optimizing logistics and supply chains, as well as identifying related benefits and challenges. The research methodology used is a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected through literature reviews, interviews, questionnaires, and field observations. The results show that the integration of IoT and big data can improve operational efficiency, demand forecasting accuracy, route optimization, risk management, and customer satisfaction. Real-time tracking with IoT devices reduces the risk of lost goods by up to 30%, while process automation reduces the need for human intervention and increases operational efficiency by 25%. Big Data analysis helps in more accurate demand forecasting with a 15% improvement in accuracy, and route optimization reduces average delivery time by 10% and fuel consumption by 15%. Predictive maintenance with IoT data reduces vehicle downtime by up to 20%, and risk analytics reduce risk incidents by 18%. Although there are challenges regarding data security, device interoperability, and effective data management, solutions such as data encryption, the development of universal industry standards, and the use of cloud computing technology can address these issues. This study concludes that the integration of IoT and big data has great potential to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and supply chains, making a significant contribution to this industry in Indonesia..Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk logistik dan rantai pasokan. Internet of Things (IoT) dan Big Data merupakan dua teknologi utama yang menarik perhatian banyak peneliti dan praktisi karena potensinya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam proses logistik dan manajemen rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi integrasi IoT dan Big Data untuk optimasi logistik dan rantai pasokan, serta mengidentifikasi manfaat dan tantangan yang terkait. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan metodologi campuran yang menggabungkan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi IoT dan Big Data dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi peramalan permintaan, optimasi rute pengiriman, manajemen risiko, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pelacakan real-time dengan perangkat IoT mengurangi risiko kehilangan barang hingga 30%, sementara otomatisasi proses mengurangi kebutuhan intervensi manusia dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sebesar 25%. Analisis Big Data membantu peramalan permintaan yang lebih akurat dengan peningkatan akurasi sebesar 15%, serta optimasi rute pengiriman yang mengurangi waktu pengiriman rata-rata sebesar 10% dan konsumsi bahan bakar sebesar 15%. Pemeliharaan prediktif dengan data IoT mengurangi waktu henti kendaraan hingga 20%, dan analitik risiko mengurangi insiden risiko hingga 18%. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam hal keamanan data, interoperabilitas perangkat, dan manajemen data yang efektif, solusi seperti enkripsi data, pengembangan standar industri, dan penggunaan teknologi cloud computing dapat mengatasi masalah ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi IoT dan Big Data memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas logistik dan rantai pasokan, serta memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi industri ini di Indonesia.

Abstract

Endpoint device management has a significant impact on organizational efficiency and productivity. Companies in the information technology sector must be ready to face the challenges of managing endpoint devices that are increasingly complex and varied. This research aims to design a Software-as-a Service (SaaS) solution using Citrix Endpoint Management to overcome these challenges. This research adopts a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews and observation of existing IT infrastructure. A literature study was also conducted to obtain information about the concepts of endpoint device management, SaaS, and Citrix endpoint management. The result of the research is a SaaS design using Citrix Endpoint Management that will manage endpoint devices centrally and efficiently. This SaaS solution will provide features such as security policy enforcement, device monitoring, and automatic software updates. The SaaS implementation is expected to reduce the cost and time needed to manage endpoint devices, thereby increasing the productivity and focus of companies on their core business. This research contributes to the development of an endpoint device management system using a SaaS approach with Citrix Endpoint Management. The results are expected to provide guidance to other companies facing similar challenges in optimizing the management of their endpoint devices. Pengelolaan perangkat endpoint memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap efisiensi dan produktivitas perusahaan. Perusahan dalam bidang teknologi informasi harus siap dalam menghadapi tantangan mengelola perangkat endpoint yang semakin kompleks dan bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah solusi Software as a Service (SaaS) menggunakan Citrix Endpoint Management guna mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara serta observasi infrastruktur IT yang ada. Studi pustaka juga dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang konsep pengelolaan perangkat endpoint, SaaS, dan Citrix Endpoint Management. Hasil penelitian berupa desain SaaS menggunakan Citrix Endpoint Management yang akan mengelola perangkat endpoint secara terpusat dan efisien. Solusi SaaS ini akan menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti penerapan kebijakan keamanan, monitoring perangkat, dan pembaruan perangkat lunak otomatis. Implementasi SaaS diharapkan dapat mengurangi biaya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengelola perangkat endpoint, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan fokus perusahaan pada inti bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem pengelolaan perangkat endpoint menggunakan pendekatan SaaS dengan Citrix Endpoint Management. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan perangkat endpoint mereka.
