Abstract

This study examines the effects of Cost Control, Leverage Policy, and Liquidity Risk Management on Financial Growth in construction companies in East Java. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected from 180 respondents using a Likert scale (1-5), and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that Cost Control has the most significant impact on Financial Growth, followed by Leverage Policy, and Liquidity Risk Management. The study highlights the importance of efficient cost management and prudent leverage practices in promoting financial stability and growth in the construction sector. The findings underscore the need for construction companies to implement strategic financial management practices to enhance their competitive advantage and long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Abstract

Pembangunan Ruang Praktik Siswa (RPS) merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan vokasi. Namun demikian, pembangunan RPS sering kali menemui kendala seperti keterlambatan dan kelebihan anggaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengelolaan waktu dan biaya tenaga kerja dalam pembangunan RPS di SMK Negeri Maritim Banggai dengan skenario standar dan skenario cepat (crashing). Pendekatan yang dilakukan meliputi evaluasi jalur kritis (Critical Path Method/CPM), penilaian efisiensi tenaga kerja, dan analisis finansial baik untuk kondisi reguler maupun kondisi dipercepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jalur kritis proyek terdiri dari tugas A-B-C-D-E-F-J-K-L-M-N-O-P-Q-R-S-T-U, dengan total waktu 113 hari. Jika dibandingkan dengan waktu standar 120 hari, percepatan proyek menghasilkan penghematan waktu 7 hari dan pengurangan biaya sebesar Rp2.056.866.737. 66 menjadi Rp2.052.067.382. 40. Oleh karena itu, percepatan aktivitas utama sepanjang jalur kritis terbukti efektif mengurangi durasi proyek sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi biaya.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health is crucial in construction to protect workers and prevent accidents. However, in projects such as the MAN 2 Banggai Building, OHS implementation, particularly in first aid and near miss incidents, remains inadequate. The increasing number of occupational fatalities in Central Sulawesi highlights the urgent need to improve the OHS evaluation system in the field. To address this challenge, this study uses the Countenance Stake Model linked to the ISO 45001 standard. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the extent of workers' understanding of OHS principles, assess strengths and weaknesses in their implementation, and provide data-based recommendations for improvement. The evaluation results indicate that although workers are quite strong in risk identification, there are weaknesses in OHS policies and worker technical competencies. While resources and communication are adequate, aspects of documentation, internal audits, and management reviews still need to be improved. Organizations should raise worker awareness through regular evaluations and targeted training.

Abstract

Perumahan Antara Residence dibangun oleh PT. Haji Satir, sejak tahun 2010 hinga saat ini. Fasilitas Umum Perumahan merupakan syarat yang harus terpenuhi guna memberikan kepuasan bagi penghuninya. Ketersediaan fasilitas umum Perumahan Antara Residence fasilitas umum jalan, sanitasi, drainase, air bersih dan pembuangan sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fasilitas umum yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan penghuni perumahan antara residence, mengetahui kesesuaian ketersediaan fasilitas umum yang disediakan pengembang perumahan antara residence, mengetahui pengaruh ketersediaan fasilitas umum terhadap kepuasan penghuni perumahan antara residence. Dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan dua data yang bersifat berbeda, yaitu data kuantitatif (jawaban dari kuesioner) dan data kualitatif (jawaban dari wawancara). Dan diolah data dengan menggunakan uji statistik, dengan 5 klasifikasi skort, kemudain data disajikan dengan distribusi frekuensi relatif dan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas umum yang memberikan oleh pihak pengembang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan penghuni di Perumahan Antara Residence. Faktor yng paling dominan mempengearuhi kepuasan penghuni adalah faktor fasilitas umum jaringan listrik dengan nilai rata-rata tingkat nilai 4,518. Masing-masing faktor dengan tingkat kesesuaian ketersediaa fasilitas umum berpengaruh positif, kecuali pada fasilitas umum sanitasi (-0,085), drainase (-0,245), dan pembuangan sampah (-0,085). Sedangkan pengaruh ketersediaan secara simultan telah memberikan pengaruh 63,5% terhadap kepuasan penghuni kepuasan konsumen Perumahan Antara Residence.

Abstract

The Regional Government of Banggai Regency is currently building the Banggai Amiruddin Amir Luwuk Banggai Thanksgiving Airport with the goal of enhancing facilities and infrastructure to support air transportation, and one of the things being done is to continue the construction of the talud. According to PPRI No. 22 Th. 2021 and PermenLHK No. 18 Th. 2021, waste material management can be done utilizing the 4R approach, which stands for (1) Reduce, (2) Reuse, (3) Recycle, and (4) Repair, respectively. Formwork, excavation, building an embankment, installing reinforcement, casting, and talud plastering are the stages of the project. The identification's findings demonstrate that errors in construction management and budget management commonly result in residual materials including cement, wood, dirt, iron, sand, and gravel at all stages of the job. Utilizing the reduction technique, project implementers minimize the existence of residual material by managing the construction process and project budget effectively. While cement can only be minimized through the reduce process, management of the ensuing residual materials, such as wood, soil, iron, sand, and gravel, is carried out using the reuse and recycle approach.
