Abstract

An Islamic broadcasting and comunication study is one of the oldest programs in STAIN Curup. As the oldest Program, Many challenged have been faced by it. One thing became an urgent is organization culture which is influenced by the culture of communication strategies in Prodi KPI. For thet matter, the problem of communication strategy becomes very essential considering that communication strategy also have an impact on job satisfactions of individuals who take shelter under the organization/institution. There are two things might be cause people are nort satisfied with this job. Firstly, because incase the person does not get the information needed to perform their jobs. Secondly, the relationship with partner in jobs does not run well ot in other words job satisfication is related to communication problems.

Abstract

The development of STAIN Curup has shown a significant improvement both in terms of the number of students and the institutional aspect. The existence of STAIN Curup began to be felt as part of the world of education not only for the environment but also for the nearest regency areas such as Lubuk Linggau, Kepayang, Lebong, Bengkulu City, Palembang, Bukit Tinggi and even from Java Island. This development is not directly proportional to the growth of the number of new students each year in the Communication Studies and Islamic Broadcasting Program (Prodi KPI), which is still far tertiggal compared with other Prodi-Prodi in STAIN Curup. Therefore, this research tries to find a solution about it, by focusing on two research problems (1) How is the perception of MA students about KPI Study, Department of Propagation, STAIN Curup? (2) What factors influence students perception about KPI Prodi Major Dakwah STAIN Curup? This research sees information about the KPI Prodi obtained from family / friends / neighbors who are currently or have completed education at STAIN Curup, mass media that is through advertisement acceptance new newspaper Daily Newspaper Radar Pat Petulai, and Radio Pesona FM, and from brochure of student admission new. Then the information will be organized and interpreted. Based on the result of the research, the perception of MAN Curup and MA Ar-Rahmah students toward KPI Study Program of STAIN Curup Dakwah, among others: Prodi KPI is good enough, KPI Prodi still doubt, and not too familiar with Prodi KPI. The formation of MA students perceptions of KPI study is influenced by several factors. Factors that influence the perception of MA students include: experience, motivation, interests and needs, expectations, and stereotypes.

Abstract

This study is a study focused on finding meaning towards the behavior of internet usage as reference of STAIN Curup students. In line with the concept of an active audience, this research would focus on the internet as a mass media. With the advancement of information technology and mass media, providing various facilities in accessing information especially through the internet. STAIN Curup students are required to keep updating their knowledge and information especially with regard to their studies. This need is what makes the student must continue to add the supporting reference study. In addition to books, print journals and modules, the internet becomes one of the reference sources used by students. Therefore, it needs to be studied further about how the use of internet as a reference STAIN Curup students? how is the impact of internet use as a reference of STAIN Curup students? To answer the problems, this research uses the uses and gratifications theory and the moderate effect model, which is expected to give meaning and peel the phenomenon of internet usage on the students. In line with the uses and gratifications theory, satisfaction will arise if needs are met. In this case, the satisfaction of internet usage as reference of student is seen from the functioning of mass media, among others: information function, entertainment function, persuasion function, cultural transmission function and social inheritance, correlation function (linking). While the impact of internet use as a reference of students, among others, cognitive impact, affective impact, and behavioral impact. The impact of internet usage is also supported by individual factors; such as selective attention, selective perception, and selective retention, motivation and knowledge, beliefs, opinions, values, and needs, persuasion, personality and adjustment. And social factors, among others; age, sex, education and training, occupation and income, religion, residence.

Abstract

Creativity is an ability to generate new ideas that are useful in solving problems or challenges faced in everyday life. Learning Islamic religious education is learning that is done by connecting several subjects related to everyday life. Learning outcomes are changes in behavior as a result of the educational process in accordance with educational goals. The aims of this study were to: (1) determine teacher creativity which can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education class IV Lubuklinggau State Special School, (2) determine student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education learning class IV Lubuklinggau State Special Special School. To achieve some of the above objectives, researchers used field research with a qualitative descriptive approach and data sources were primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that, (1) teacher creativity that can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education learning includes: in opening lessons in class doing ice breaking, presenting learning using learning media, appreciating student work by displaying it in class, and when closing learning motivate students. (2) Student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education class IV Lubuklinggau State Special School, previously the average student daily test score was 77,38 and now has increased the student's average daily test score to 80,3.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan yang memegang kunci dalam pembangkitan dan pengembangan daya kreativitas anak itu adalah seorang guru. Seorang guru yang ingin membangkitkan kreativitas pada anak-anak didiknya, harus lebih dahulu berupaya supaya ia sendiri kreatif. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah sulitnya meningkatkan minat belajaran siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar pada anak SMP IT Rabbi Rahiyyah Rejang Lebong dan untuk mengetahui kesulitan guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar pada anak SMP IT Rabbi Rahiyyah Rejang Lebong.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah menggunakan ada tiga langkah yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan data. dan subjek penelitian ini Guru pendidikan agama islam. Sumber data primer penulis dari hasil wawancara dengan guru pendidikan agama islam kellas VII, sedangkan data skunder penulis dari hasil dokumentasidokumentasi dari pihak sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini di lapangan menunjukan bahwa, 1) kesulitan fasilitas dari sekolah. 2) Kreativitas guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar dengan keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana di SMP IT Rabbi Rahiyyah Rejang Lebong berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode Jibril dalam proses menghafal Al-Qur'an oleh para santri di Pondok Pesantren Tahfiz Al-Kautsar Curup serta kelebihan dan kekurangan dari penerapan metode tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Tahfiz Al-Kautsar Curup. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk menyajikan hasil temuan dengan jelas dan mendalam serta menghasilkan kesimpulan yang solid terkait dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang implementasi metode Jibril dalam penghafalan Al-Qur'an oleh para santri di Pondok Pesantren Tahfiz Al-Kautsar Curup, serta memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran Al-Qur'an di lembaga serupa di masa depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Metode Jibril yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh Qur’an Al-Kautsar Curup melibatkan langkah-langkah terstruktur, termasuk pembacaan ayat oleh guru, peniruan oleh santri, dan penilaian terhadap kemampuan bacaan. Ini membentuk dasar yang kuat untuk pembelajaran Al-Qur'an yang efektif. Meskipun demikian, penilaian dan pemantauan terus-menerus diperlukan untuk memastikan setiap santri menguasai hafalan dengan baik. Selain itu, jadwal terstruktur lima kali sehari yang diterapkan Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh Qur’an Al-Kautsar Curup juga mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar. (2) Metode Jibril di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh Qur’an Al-Kautsar Curup memiliki kelebihan dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur'an, seperti adanya audio murattal yang memfasilitasi pemahaman dan motivasi yang diberikan oleh guru. Namun,terdapat kekurangan juga seperti kesulitan siswa dalam menangkap bacaan guru, variasi latar belakang kemampuan, dan kendala waktu memengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research is motivated by instilling student discipline through the PAI teacher method at SMA Negeri 3 Lebong. The problem that often occurs is that there are still many students who are less disciplined in going to school. The aims of this study were: (1) To find out the methods of PAI teachers in instilling discipline in students at SMA Negeri 3 Lebong. (2) To find out what are the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for PAI teachers in instilling discipline in students at SMA Negeri 3 Lebong. This research is field research (Field Research) that is descriptive and qualitative in nature. The subjects of this study were Islamic Religious Education Teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Lebong, and students at SMA Negeri 3 Lebong. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis technique uses triangulation of sources and techniques (methods).
