Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi, dan kinerja dosen di STAIN Palopo, (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dosen STAIN Palopo, (3) Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen STAIN Palopo, (4) Pengaruh kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja dosen STAIN Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk melakukan analisis data. Uji t digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara parsial, dan uji F digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara simultan. Penulis menggunakan teknik analisa data korelasi product moment setelah diketahui nilai R squarenya (R²), kemudian ditetapkan koefisien determinasinya. Untuk mengolah data digunakan perangkat lunak Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan di STAIN Palopo cenderung pada kombinasi gaya partisipatif dan demokratis dengan indeks sebesar 43,76, variabel iklim organisasi dengan rata-rata indeks sebesar 41,89, sedangkan kinerja dosen memiliki rata-rata indeks 42,70; (2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen STAIN Palopo dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,141 > t tabel sebesar 1,671 pada tingkat signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,03; (3) iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen STAIN Palopo dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,338 > t tabel sebesar 1,671 pada tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,00; (4) kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen STAIN Palopo dengan nilai F hitung 119,486 > F tabel 3,17 pada tingkat signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,000. Nilai koefisien Determinasi (R2) atau R Square adalah sebesar 0,824.Artinya, sebesar 0,824 kontribusi variabel kepemimpinan dan iklimorganisasi memengaruhi variabel kinerja dosen. Dari analisis regresi linier berganda, variabel kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi memiliki arah koefisien positif terhadap kinerja dosen. Koefisien kepemimpinan memberikan nilai sebesar 0,351 yang berarti jika kepemimpinan semakin baik dengan asumsi variabel lain tetap (konstan) maka kinerja dosen akan mengalami peningkatan. Sedangkan Variabel iklim organisasi memberikan nilai sebesar 0,622 yang berarti jika iklim organisasi semakin baik dengan asumsi variabel lain tetap (konstan) maka kinerja dosen akan mengalami peningkatan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah: pertama, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dengan demikian, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Palopo khususnya dan lembaga pendidikan Islam pada umumnya harus mempertahankan dan bahkan meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinannya. Kedua, iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen.  Melihat kecenderungan ini, maka civitas akademika Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Palopo khususnya atau lembaga pendidikan Islam pada umumnya harus menciptakan iklim organisasi yang kondusif sebagai perwujudan centre of excellence pilar peradaban umat manusia

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada dasarnya, setiap organisasi sangat memerlukan pegawai karena bagi mereka, pegawai adalah aset paling berharga. Namun beberapa pegawai mengalami permasalahan salah satunya mereka tidak termotivasi untuk melakukan apa yang harus mereka lakukan, yang mengakibatkan mereka tidak memenuhi standar produktivitas kerja kantor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada kantor UPBU kelas III Seko-Masamba Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 responden dan metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode penentuan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. ABSTRACT Basically, every organization really needs employees because for them, employees are the most valuable asset. However, some employees experience problems, one of which is that they are not motivated to do what they have to do, which results in them not meeting office work productivity standards. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of performance appraisal and work motivation on employee work productivity at the UPBU class III Seko-Masamba office, North Luwu Regency. The population and sample in this study were 38 respondents and the sample determination method used the saturated sample determination method, where the entire population was sampled. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that performance appraisal had no significant effect on employee work productivity and work motivation had a significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Background: Islamic education within the family is the primary foundation in shaping children's character and religious values. Amidst complex social and cultural challenges, women’s organizations such as Aisyiyah hold great potential in supporting family education based on Islamic principles. However, the strategic role of Aisyiyah in this context has not been thoroughly studied, especially at the local level, such as in Palopo City. Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the role of the Aisyiyah organization in developing Islamic education within families in Palopo City, with a focus on implemented programs, family involvement strategies, and their impact on strengthening Islamic values in household life. Methods: This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a phenomenological design. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews with Aisyiyah administrators and family members, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing with triangulation validation. Results: Findings indicate that Aisyiyah plays an active role in Islamic family education through religious activities, Islamic parenting training, and the empowerment of housewives as primary educators. Formal programs such as TK Bustanul Athfal and non-formal activities such as family religious gatherings help increase collective awareness and create a domino effect within the community. The involvement of both parents, including fathers, signifies the success of Aisyiyah’s inclusive approach. Conclusions: Aisyiyah makes a significant contribution in forming religious and resilient families through a community-based Islamic education approach. The practical implications of this study highlight the importance of synergy between religious organizations and educational institutions in reinforcing family spiritual resilience. Further research is recommended to explore replication models in other regions and to adopt quantitative approaches for broader impact measurement.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the impact of technology proficiency, self-confidence, and entrepreneurial orientation on self-motivation and performance of female MSME employees. Methodology: Quantitative analysis of 240 respondents using PLS-SEM. Results and Findings: Technology proficiency significantly affects self-motivation but not directly performance. Self-confidence positively impacts both self-motivation and performance. Entrepreneurial orientation affects self-motivation but not directly performance. Self-motivation mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, technological proficiency, and self-confidence with employee performance. Novelty and Originality: The study introduces a model linking digital proficiency with motivational and performance outcomes among female MSME employees, a relatively unexplored area. Conclusion: Self-motivation is a crucial mediating factor, emphasizing the need for technological training and confidence-building initiatives. Type of Paper: Empirical research article.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of work balance, work discipline, and employee motivation on the performance of Palopo city car automotive employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM), a multivariate analysis technique used to help understand complex relationships between observed and latent variables. Multivariate analysis is to analyze the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. This research was tested using SMARTPLS4. The sample used in this research is 50 employees, and the population is all employees of Palopo City Car Autos. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRAK Zakat menggambarkan ketaatan seorang muslim terhadap Allah SWT dan merupakan solidaritas seorang muslim dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, aspek halal-haram, dan kesadaran hukum terhadap zakat sebagai pengurang pengurang penghasilan kena pajak. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak muslim yang bekerja sebagai guru pada sekolah di Kota Palopo. Jenis data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas, aspek halal-haram, dan kesadran hukum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap zakat sebagai pengurang penghasilan kena pajak   Kata Kunci: Religiusitas, Aspek_Halal-Haram, Kesadaran_Hukum, Zakat, Pajak. ABSTRACT Zakat reflects a Muslim's obedience to Allah SWT and is a form of solidarity among Muslims in society. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of religiosity, halal-haram aspects, and legal awareness on zakat as a deduction for taxable income. The population and sample of this research are Muslim taxpayers who work as teachers at schools in Palopo City. This type of research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS). The results showed that religiosity, halal-haram aspects, and legal awareness had a positive and significant effect on zakat as a deduction from taxable income.   Keywords: Religiosity, halal-haram_Aspect, Legal_Awareness, Zakat, Tax.
