Abstract

Human resources are a very important part of the organization in achieving its goals and objectives. The purpose of this research is to find out whether competency training and development affect the work effectiveness of employees at the XYZ sub-district office. This study used a quantitative approach, by applying observation and questionnaires to 36 XYZ sub-district office employees, using SPSS 22 statistical software. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously the Training and Competency Development variables had a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness in XYZ district office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market orientation on employee learning at PT. XYZ. This study used a simple random sampling technique, the sample used in this study amounted to 100 samples. The data collection method uses a system of primary data, namely observations, interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data, namely literature study. Instrument testing used validity and reliability tests, and for data analysis methods used quantitative data frequency distribution analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and t test analysis. the result is the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable, namely: Market orientation has a tcount value of 4.027 with a significant 0.05, namely 0.00 the t-tube value shows greater than the t-table value of 4.027 1.984. The results of the partial test (t statistical test) on the market orientation variable have a t-count value of 4.027 with a significant 0.05, namely 0.00. It can be concluded that market orientation influences employee learning. This shows that the higher the market orientation, the higher the learning orientation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Engagament terhadap kinerja tenaga outsourcing di Perum Peruri. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik asosiatif ini dilakukan di Perum Peruri dengan populasi berjumlah 60 orang karyawan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,643 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar R = r2 = 0,413. Pengujian signifikasi terhadap korelasi diperoleh thitung (6,394) > t tabel (2,00) pada a = 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi signifikan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan terdapat hubungan antara Employee Engagement dengan kinerja karyawan dapat diterima. Artinya semakin tinggi Employee Engagement akan diikuti oleh tingginya kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu, koefisien determinasi 0,413 menunjukkan bahwa 41,3% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi Employee Engagement, sisanya sebanyak 58,7% ditentukan oleh faktor lain diluar Employee Engagement

Abstract

The current individual phenomena reveal that performance is impossible to achieve maximum results if there is no motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the Application of Leadership Style and Motivation in improving the performance of Office Boy (OB) and Security Units (SATPAM). This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects used in the research were sources from the OB division and the Pertiwi Group Security Guard using primary data, namely interviews. The results of the study show that the Role of Leadership Style is successful in Improving the Performance and Performance Motivation of Office Boy and Security Guard Pertiwi Group Educational Institutions.

Abstract

Marketing is an effort to meet consumer needs through creating products and/or services which are then enjoyed or purchased by those who need them through an exchange process that must be fulfilled by a company in order to be successful in achieving the goal of creating consumers and retaining customers. There is a problem formulation, namely what is the quality of the product, what is the purchasing decision and how much influence does product quality have on purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to find out the formulation of the problem, this research method is quantitative with the population, namely consumers at the penyet mugo mulyo chicken restaurant, with a sample of 60 respondents. With a sampling technique using a quota sampling technique. The results of the research were that the positive influence was very strong, obtaining an r value of 0.836 and providing a contribution of 69.9%. on product quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in the era of globalization requires human resources (HR) to develop themselves proactively. The influence of work quality based on the welfare and justice provided by the company, the influence of work quality in the absence of career development within the company also triggers a decline in worker morale and quality. PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia is engaged in manufacturing in the automotive industry, producing components for four-wheeled or more motorized vehicles. There is a phenomenon at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia regarding career development where employee recruitment is done through outsourcing which sometimes causes more harm to employees because of the large number of deductions from employee salaries. This research aims to examine the influence of career development on employee performance at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia, especially in the Quality Control Department. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 45 employees of the Quality Control Department at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that this research instrument is valid and reliable. There is a positive influence between career development and employee performance. The results of the analysis show that an increase in career development contributes to an increase in employee performance. In 2021, when companies reduced new recruitment during the COVID-19 pandemic, there was an increase in the status of contract employees to permanent employees. Therefore, career development has a positive impact on employee performance at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan factor penting dalam pencapaian kinerja organisasi, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive pada departemen Body Section Assembling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaf dengan observasi terhadap 80 orang karyawan di Seiction Asseimbling deipartmeint body. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify differences in engagement of health workers in government hospitals and private hospitals to improve the quality of health services in hospitals. The study is a qualitative study with data collection through Forum Group Discussions in two private hospitals and one government hospital. The result of the study found that the level of engagement of health workers in private hospitals was higher than in government hospitals. The study recommends efforts to improve the engagement of health workers in government hospitals, especially in indicators of vigor, loyalty, concern to productivity, loyalty, and absorption by strengthening the implementation of organizational culture in daily activities and improving servant leadership.

Abstract

Disiplin telah memberikan dampak positif di banyak perusahaan, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Inti Mas Perkasa. Motode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Inti Mas Perkasa sehingga mendapatkan informasi-informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk melanjutkan penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik Uji t. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Disiplin dan Kinerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Dengan kata lain, hasil ini memberikan bukti kuat bahwa Disiplin memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam konteks produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Inti Mas Perkasa, dan hal ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan strategi manajemen yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memainkan tugas tertinggi dalam urusan seluruh perusahaan, sehingga manusia adalah satu komponen utama dari kegiatan perusahaan mana pun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RS Sentra Medika Cikarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menerapkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 80 karyawan RS Sentra Medika Cikarang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan software statistic SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil nilai t hitung (5,77) lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel (1,66) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
