Abstract

NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF POOR AND NON-POOR HOUSEHOLDSNutritional status is a body health condition of a person or a group of people resulting from the consumption, absorption, and utilization of nutrients in food. This study aimed to asses nutritional status of children under five years, husbands, and wives in highland and coastal areas. This study used a case control group design. Case was poor household while control group was nonpoor household. The collected data from poor and nonpoor and from the highland and coastol areas were compared. Weight was measured using digital bathscale and height uses microtoise. The results indicated that most husbands and wives were in normal category, less than 15% had low nutritional status. Prevalence of overweight occured more frequently in nonpoor households. The prevalence of nutritional problems of children under five was greater in poor households than that in nonpoor households. The children’s under five years old nutritional status were similiar in both boys and girls.Keywords: nutritional status, children, poverty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa SMA Negeri 03 Bombana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah expost facto. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain to factorial dengan variabel bebas kemandirian belajar dan variabel terikat kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dari populasi dengan pertimbangan calon sampel diajar dengan guru yang sama dan mempunyai karakteristik yang sama. Untuk menjamin keterwakilan dari masing-masing sampel maka dilanjutkan dengan teknik kestratified sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak dari populasi sehingga di bagi-bagi terlebih dahulu menjadi kelompok yang relatif homogen. Dimana dari empat (4) kelas dipilih 50% dari setiap siswa yang ada di kelas tersebut. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket kemandirian belajar dan tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa SMA Negeri 3 Bombana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh kemandirian belajar matematika terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa.

Abstract

 Integrated service post in Indonesia known as Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) is a meeting place between professional services from Posyandu health workers and Posyandu's role in improving the quality of maternal and child health, Posyandu is also a center for public health information. The aim of this outreach activity to the community is to increase public knowledge and awareness about the utilization of health services at posyandu. The method used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and question and answer. Respondents in this study were posyandu cadres, Dusun PKK cadres, medical personnel, and the community, especially mothers with toddlers with a total of 90 participants. The results of the study show that the community's perception of the Posyandu program is quite positive, Posyandu has an important role in improving the quality of maternal and child health through the health service process, and Posyandu has become a center for public health information

Abstract

Palm sugar is an abundant natural resource in Cikadu Hamlet. Most of the people of Cikadu Hamlet only produce palm sugar, there is no development of palm sugar products which have great potential if they dare to start, because a market can be created. The method used for the development of the palm sugar business in Cikadu Hamlet is primary data, namely data obtained directly from informants. This study of the development strategy for the palm sugar processing industry uses a survey approach, in the form of direct observation. Collecting data in this study using literature study techniques, field observations, and interviews. Interviews were conducted with related parties. Based on research data that has been conducted by researchers, dried palm sugar brownies products can have good results in the market
