Abstract

Communication is the process of exchanging information both verbally and nonverbally to others, so that it can be understood and stimulates action or encourages other people to be able to provide understanding or same understanding. This study discusses how organizational communication is at Rumah Qur'an Ar-Rahma Batang Kuis. This study aims to find out how the functions, principles and forms of communication in the Rumah Qur'an Ar-Rahma Batang Kuis take place. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, the data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely methods that analyze with words. The results of this study indicate that 1) the communication function carried out by the teacher to students during the learning process takes place, the teacher gives punishment to students who do bad behavior regardless of the student's age and student status. 2) the principles of communication that the teacher teaches to students are the principles of mutual respect, having empathy, and being humble to fellow students, as well as the teacher's communication function in conveying subject matter that is easy to hear and understand and clear. 3) the form of communication carried out by the teacher during the lesson takes place by using forms of verbal and non-verbal communication simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the character building of students at MIS Bina Insan through the application of school culture. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at MIS Bina Insan with research subjects namely the head of the madrasa, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the research show that schools instill cultural values ??that can improve student character with several activities that are usually carried out at schools, namely the morning call program, Friday alms sharing, Duha and midday prayers in congregation, commemoration of religious and national holidays, and activities teaching and learning process in class.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' digital communication ethics, factors influencing communication behavior, and the role of schools in fostering and improving digital communication ethics in social media use. This study used a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The research subjects consisted of teachers and students. The results indicate that most students have a fairly good understanding of the importance of using polite language, respecting others, and being responsible in online interactions. Internal factors, such as personality, self-control, and an understanding of digital ethics, as well as external factors, such as family, school, and peer environments, influence students' communication behavior on social media. Schools play an active role through character education, digital literacy, teacher role models, and collaboration with parents. However, some students are still inconsistent in implementing digital communication ethics, requiring ongoing guidance. This research is expected to serve as evaluation material and a reference for improving the quality of digital communication ethics guidance in educational environments

Abstract

Teologi Islam yaitu ilmu ketuhanan yang mengulas tentang ketuhanan bagi ajaran agama Islam. Pendidikan teologi Islam di sekolah dasar menjadi salah satu upaya membangun kepribadian Islami yang kuat sehingga peserta didik memiliki keimanan yang kokoh, akhlak mulia, dan mampu menghadapi tantangan zaman. Bagi anak sekolah dasar, teologi Islam diajarkan secara sederhana melalui pengenalan Allah sebagai Pencipta, kecintaan kepada Rasulullah saw., pembiasaan ibadah, dan pembentukan akhlak mulia. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang teologi Islam; (2) Meningkatkan perilaku keislaman di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat tentang sosialisasi teologi islam dalam meningkatkan perilaku keislaman di kalangan siswa/i SD Negeri 101876 Tanjung Morawa berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku islami pada siswa/i. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap penguatan karakter membentuk akhlak mulia.
