Communication is the process of exchanging information both verbally and nonverbally to others, so that it can be understood and stimulates action or encourages other people to be able to provide understanding or same understanding. This study discusses how organizational communication is at Rumah Qur'an Ar-Rahma Batang Kuis. This study aims to find out how the functions, principles and forms of communication in the Rumah Qur'an Ar-Rahma Batang Kuis take place. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, the data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely methods that analyze with words. The results of this study indicate that 1) the communication function carried out by the teacher to students during the learning process takes place, the teacher gives punishment to students who do bad behavior regardless of the student's age and student status. 2) the principles of communication that the teacher teaches to students are the principles of mutual respect, having empathy, and being humble to fellow students, as well as the teacher's communication function in conveying subject matter that is easy to hear and understand and clear. 3) the form of communication carried out by the teacher during the lesson takes place by using forms of verbal and non-verbal communication simultaneously.

This study aims to determine the character building of students at MIS Bina Insan through the application of school culture. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at MIS Bina Insan with research subjects namely the head of the madrasa, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the research show that schools instill cultural values ??that can improve student character with several activities that are usually carried out at schools, namely the morning call program, Friday alms sharing, Duha and midday prayers in congregation, commemoration of religious and national holidays, and activities teaching and learning process in class.

This study aims to analyze students' digital communication ethics, factors influencing communication behavior, and the role of schools in fostering and improving digital communication ethics in social media use. This study used a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The research subjects consisted of teachers and students. The results indicate that most students have a fairly good understanding of the importance of using polite language, respecting others, and being responsible in online interactions. Internal factors, such as personality, self-control, and an understanding of digital ethics, as well as external factors, such as family, school, and peer environments, influence students' communication behavior on social media. Schools play an active role through character education, digital literacy, teacher role models, and collaboration with parents. However, some students are still inconsistent in implementing digital communication ethics, requiring ongoing guidance. This research is expected to serve as evaluation material and a reference for improving the quality of digital communication ethics guidance in educational environments

Teologi Islam yaitu ilmu ketuhanan yang mengulas tentang ketuhanan bagi ajaran agama Islam. Pendidikan teologi Islam di sekolah dasar menjadi salah satu upaya membangun kepribadian Islami yang kuat sehingga peserta didik memiliki keimanan yang kokoh, akhlak mulia, dan mampu menghadapi tantangan zaman. Bagi anak sekolah dasar, teologi Islam diajarkan secara sederhana melalui pengenalan Allah sebagai Pencipta, kecintaan kepada Rasulullah saw., pembiasaan ibadah, dan pembentukan akhlak mulia. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang teologi Islam; (2) Meningkatkan perilaku keislaman di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat tentang sosialisasi teologi islam dalam meningkatkan perilaku keislaman di kalangan siswa/i SD Negeri 101876 Tanjung Morawa berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku islami pada siswa/i. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap penguatan karakter membentuk akhlak mulia.

This study investigates how Human Resource Development (HRD) practices influence learning quality, with teacher digital competence positioned as a mediating factor in madrasah education in Medan City, Indonesia. The study employed a quantitative explanatory design with a cross-sectional survey approach. Data were collected from 212 madrasah teachers using structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS to assess the measurement model, structural relationships, and mediation effect. The results show that HRD practices have a positive and significant effect on learning quality and teacher digital competence. Teacher digital competence also has a positive and significant effect on learning quality. Furthermore, the mediation analysis confirms that teacher digital competence partially mediates the relationship between HRD practices and learning quality. These findings indicate that HRD practices improve learning quality both directly and indirectly by strengthening teachers’ digital capabilities. study is limited to madrasah teachers in Medan City and uses a cross-sectional design, which may restrict generalizability and causal interpretation. Future research should involve broader geographical coverage, longitudinal data, and additional variables such as institutional support, leadership, or digital infrastructure. This study contributes to the HRD and educational technology literature by integrating HRD practices, teacher digital competence, and learning quality into a unified empirical model within the underexplored context of Indonesian madrasah education. The study highlights digital competence as a strategic mechanism through which teacher development programs enhance learning quality in religious-based educational institutions.

This study aims to describe the synergy between classroom teachers and Guidance and Counseling teachers in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile at SD Islam ‘Uluwwul Himmah, identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of the collaboration, and analyze its impact on students' character development. This study employed a qualitative approach using the phenomenological method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the synergy between classroom teachers and Guidance and Counseling teachers is carried out through communication, coordination, collaboration in character development, evaluation meetings, and cooperation with students' parents. Classroom teachers play a role in instilling the values of the Pancasila Student Profile through classroom learning, exemplary behavior, and habituation activities, while Guidance and Counseling teachers provide counseling services and guidance for students who require special assistance. Supporting factors include the principal's support, effective communication among teachers, religious habituation programs, and regular evaluations. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors consist of limited coordination time, unequal understanding of Guidance and Counseling services, and differences in students' characteristics. To overcome these obstacles, the school strengthens regular coordination, improves communication among teachers, and involves parents in students' character development. This synergy has a positive impact on students' character, as reflected in improved discipline, responsibility, respect for teachers and peers, cooperation skills, and the practice of religious values, enabling the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile to be carried out more effectively and sustainably.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk permasalahan psikososial yang dialami siswa serta strategi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam dalam pembinaan karakter siswa di MTs Alwashliyah Insanul Kamil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dilaksanakan di MTs Alwashliyah Insanul Kamil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa menghadapi berbagai permasalahan psikososial berupa merokok, membolos, bullying verbal, kecanduan gadget, dan konflik antarsiswa, yang dipicu oleh lemahnya regulasi emosi, pengaruh teman sebaya, pola asuh keluarga yang kurang harmonis, serta paparan media sosial yang tidak tersaring. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, guru BK Islam menerapkan strategi komprehensif yang meliputi konseling individual dan kelompok dengan pendekatan restoratif, pembiasaan keagamaan rutin, keteladanan (uswah hasanah), serta model moral knowing–moral feeling–moral action yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai Islam, dan dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif bersama seluruh warga madrasah. Strategi tersebut terbukti efektif, ditandai dengan berkurangnya frekuensi pelanggaran, perubahan perilaku nyata pada siswa, dan membaiknya relasi sosial antarsiswa, meskipun masih terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan jam layanan BK, inkonsistensi dukungan orang tua, dan pengaruh lingkungan pergaulan di luar sekolah.
