Abstract

During the current pandemic, education in Indonesia is less focused. Students who do not understand the use of virtual applications and parents who are busy with their work make learning using virtual applications a very constraint. These obstacles are not only felt by students and parents, but also by educators. The purpose of this research is to find a solution to get the right learning model or method for educators, students, and parents during the current covid-19 pandemic. Qualitative Research Methods are the choice in evaluating character education learning at a time like this. This study focuses on planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating systems in this study. The data taken using triangulation and data processing using descriptive analysis. Studies related to learning management, educators have not planned a learning system that supports student learning. In the implementation of learning, it is necessary to have a guidebook related to character education so that during the evaluation of learning there is an evaluation of the progress of the students. Thus, success in learning character education can be done repeatedly.

Abstract

The competence of life skills training graduates in the industrial era 4.0 must be in line with the needs of work competencies and adapt 21st century skills, but the results of the evaluation of training programs at the Institute of Courses and Training (LKP) show that the absorption of training graduates is still low, ranging from 35%-44%. The research objectives are (a) to identify the validity and reliability of indicators of factors that play a role in the competence of graduates of life skills training; (b) to obtain a causal relationship model of determinant factors on the competence of graduates of life skills training based on partnerships with industry. The research method uses a quantitative approach designed with expost facto research. Data collection techniques with a scaled questionnaire. The research population was graduates of life skills training at the Semarang City Course and Training Institute (LKP) in the last 3 years. The sampling technique used simple random sampling 163 respondents. Data analysis using structural equation modeling with Confirmatory Factor Analysis to obtain overall model fit. The results of the research compiled a determinant model of the competence of graduates of life skills training is the alignment factor of the soft skills and hard skills learning outcomes curriculum integrated with industry competency needs, learning methods apply internship systems, product based training, on the job training with industrial partners, alignment of learning facilities and infrastructure based on information technology and process evaluation factors and the end of training learning with competency certification tests. Abstract

Background: Education plays a crucial role in improving a country's economy, particularly through entrepreneurship education. With rapid technological advancements, the traditional entrepreneurship model has evolved into technopreneurship, which focuses on digitalization and industrial transformation. However, many educational institutions lack a clear and adequate understanding of this concept, necessitating effective learning methods that enable students to grasp and apply the principles of technopreneurialism. Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of a multimodal-based learning model in technopreneurship education to enhance entrepreneurial creativity among equality education students. Research Method: The research employs a qualitative case study method. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, and interviews with 10 participants, consisting of students and teachers from an equality education school. Research Findings: The findings indicate that the multimodal-based learning model successfully created a more interactive, communicative, and active learning environment. In the context of technopreneurship, this model was shown to increase students' confidence and communication skills, allowing them to engage in discussions and interact effectively. Research Conclusion: Multimodal-based learning effectively enhances students' creativity and multimodal literacy, which has a positive impact on the innovation, development of ideas, and products with high commercial value. The curriculum for technology-based entrepreneurship education must continuously adapt to the needs of the business market to fully leverage this potential. Research Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the application of a multimodal-based learning model within the specific context of technopreneurship education in equality schools. This study demonstrates that this method not only improves technological literacy but also significantly boosts students' creativity and self-confidence in developing innovative business ideas.
