Abstract

Pentingnya peran seorang Tutor dalam Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan begitu penting sebab perannya dalam memberikan pembelajaran langsung bagi peserta didik. Hal yang demikian juga berlaku dalam pembelajaran komputer sebagai bagian dari kerangka kurikulum pendidikan yang memiliki peran penting, mengingat komputer merupakan kebutuhan fundamental dalam sektor kehidupan manusia diera serba digital seperti sekarang ini. Sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran Tutor dalam memberikan Layanan Pembelajaran Komputer di Lembaga Kursus Pelatihan Elmuna Klirong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Tutor di LKP Elmuna Klirong telah melaksanakan peran mereka diantaranya sebagai Informator, Organisator, Motivator, Pengarah/Director, Inisiator, Transmitter, Fasilitator, Mediator, dan Evaluator dengan cukup baik.

Abstract

BBPVP plays a role in organizing training and professional competency tests as an effort to improve the quality of human resources, but the implementation of competency tests carried out there are trainees who are not competent because they fail to master the standard competency units set. The purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of the program in terms of (context, input, process, product). The research used a descriptive qualitative approach and the research data was obtained through observation of training activities, interviews with organisers, instructors and trainees, and documentation from institutional profile books, institutional websites and photographs of training activities. The results show that the context of the training programme is in line with the needs and objectives of the participants, namely their interests and professional needs. According to the input of the programme, the participants are of productive age (17-64 years old) and the participant are civil servants, graduates of fashion vocational training, who follow basic education and have a certificate of sewing expertise methodology. The curriculum is based on SKKNI and the source of funding comes from the state budget. The infrastructure includes machines, rooms and other supporting facilities. Process, schedule according to the total duration of 260 jp, instructor and participant activities are active in theory, discussion, practice and assignments. There is a weekly target as a strategy to adjust the programme to the plan set. By the end of the course, participants will be competent in sewing and will have increased self-confidence. Participants are declared passed when they have mastered the specified training competency units. In conclusion, the sewing training programme can be continued because it has been successful in providing competence to the trainees in terms of the CIPP aspects. The implication of this research is that when implementing training programmes, it is necessary to apply CIPP evaluation so that the implementation process can proceed in accordance with the planned programme objectives.

Abstract

Graphic design training is one of the training courses available at the Gorontalo Regency Work Training Center with the highest interest, so that it can help reduce the unemployment rate in Gorontalo Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of graphic design training programs during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Gorontalo Regency Work Training Center. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection uses observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The subjects are Tu Sub-District, Instructor, training manager and trainee. The validity of the data used is the triangulation of the source. The result of the research is the management of the graphic design training program at the Gorontalo Regency Work Training Center consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, assessment, and development referring to SKKNI that has been developed according to needs. The conclusion of this study is that the management of the graphic design training program at the Gorontalo Regency Work Training Center is carried out in accordance with the theory of experts. This research is carried out to provide understanding to the public regarding the correct management of training programs and in accordance with the theory of experts so that it can be used as input and development on training programs. The advice that can be given should the training manager be able to conduct further checks on the training facility and can cooperate with the company or form an independent business group to distribute graduates.

Abstract

Background: Education plays a crucial role in improving a country's economy, particularly through entrepreneurship education. With rapid technological advancements, the traditional entrepreneurship model has evolved into technopreneurship, which focuses on digitalization and industrial transformation. However, many educational institutions lack a clear and adequate understanding of this concept, necessitating effective learning methods that enable students to grasp and apply the principles of technopreneurialism. Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of a multimodal-based learning model in technopreneurship education to enhance entrepreneurial creativity among equality education students. Research Method: The research employs a qualitative case study method. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, and interviews with 10 participants, consisting of students and teachers from an equality education school. Research Findings: The findings indicate that the multimodal-based learning model successfully created a more interactive, communicative, and active learning environment. In the context of technopreneurship, this model was shown to increase students' confidence and communication skills, allowing them to engage in discussions and interact effectively. Research Conclusion: Multimodal-based learning effectively enhances students' creativity and multimodal literacy, which has a positive impact on the innovation, development of ideas, and products with high commercial value. The curriculum for technology-based entrepreneurship education must continuously adapt to the needs of the business market to fully leverage this potential. Research Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the application of a multimodal-based learning model within the specific context of technopreneurship education in equality schools. This study demonstrates that this method not only improves technological literacy but also significantly boosts students' creativity and self-confidence in developing innovative business ideas.
