In the era of globalization, the development of technological sophistication is growing rapidly which is an aspect that can be utilized to achieve convenience, especially in the flow of information. This technological sophistication by all accounts is increasingly spreading with the use of computers which are currently very popular in various areas of life. For example in the fields of education, entertainment, health, especially in the business sector. Top Store is a store that is engaged in selling clothes, however, of the various types of clothes that are sold, of course, not all of them are selling very well, and some are not selling well. Sales data, purchase of goods and unexpected expenses at Top Shop is not structured, so the data are only serves as an archive for the store and not be utilized for the development strategy of marketing. Therefore, it is necessary to apply Clustering of Clothing Sales Data in Top Stores with the K- Means Method . The K-means method can be applied to Top Stores to determine which clothes are selling very well, selling well and not selling well. The application of the K-Means method in Top Stores, namely by grouping clothing stock data. Then choose 3 clusters randomly as the initial centroid. After the data in each cluster does not change, it can be seen that the final result is that there are 21 best-selling articles, 17 articles that are selling well and 12 articles that are not selling well. Then applying the K-means method to Rapidminer is done by entering product stock data, namely initial stock, sold stock and final stock which will become a database on Ms. Excel, the data is then connected to the Rapidminer Tools , and will be processed and formed K-means.

The “Product UMKM Online” website is a marketplace or e-commerce that is used as a medium to facilitate UMKM actors in Indonesia in marketing their products and helping UMKM actors to further increase their product sales and help play an important role in the UMKM business process in Indonesia. however, the author found on the website there are still some shortcomings, so the author researched. this study aims to provide recommendations as reference material in the form of a prototype design so that it can be developed in the future. in this study, the author uses a Design Thinking method approach to be able to produce a UI/UX design that fits the user’s needs. There are several processes in the research method that the author uses, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The prototype stage goes through several stages, namely understanding a problem, designing a solution than making a prototype which is then tested on several users. The application of the Design Thinking method in this research is expected to improve the user’s experience better than before.

has several interesting tours, one of which is Situ Pasir Maung, a place in the form of a natural tourism park located in Dago Village, Parung Panjang District, Bogor Regency. However, ticket purchases can only be made by buying directly on the spot when entering the tourist spot. This can make it difficult to order tickets due to the large number of visitors. So here a design for an e-ticket application will be made using the design thinking method to analyze and design a mobile application for online ticket ordering at Dago Tourism. In this design the editing software used is Figma, and in this study will only make UI/UX designs related to online ticket purchases. UI/UX design of the Design Thinking method for Situ Pasir. The Maung tourist ticket application was created and a prototype of the application was tested by sending a questionnaire to 20 respondents with an average score of 4.021 and most of the responses from potential users said that the tour ticket prototype was easy to understand and use. So here we will try to make an e-ticket application design. E-tickets can make it easier for buyers or visitors to get them because there is no need to come directly to tourist attractions. Having a Human Resources (HR) quality is required by the company to improve the productivity performance of a company. PT. Sarana Inti Persada (SIP) is a company engaged in telecommunications. In the employee performance evaluation is still subjective, because the limited time and the limited ability to accurately view all aspects often led to errors in decision making. Therefore, in assessing the performance of employees needed some aspects in order to obtain accurate results. Necessary Decision Support System (DSS) for the selection of the performance appraisal performing employees. In a profile matching, identification of the employee groups for better or worse. The employees in the group are measured using several assessment criteria. If pelakasana good obtaining different scores from implementing bad or a characteristic, then the variable is beneficial to choose a good executor.

Dalam setiap perusahaan, instansi, organisasi atau badan usaha akan memberikan gaji sebagai kompensasi dari kinerja seorang karyawan. Hal ini dikarenakan karyawan merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang digunakan sebagai alat penggerak dalam memajukan suatu perusahaan. Disamping itu banyak perusahaan yang memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawannya melalui pemberian bonus berdasarkan kinerja karyawan yang dianggap memuaskan perusahaan dengan tujuan untuk memotivasi karyawan supaya dapat bekerja lebih giat lagi. Pada Rumah Sakit Buah Hati Ciputat sendiri perhitungan kriteria untuk penerimaan bonus karyawan masih secara subjektif atau perorangan. Sehingga membuat pemberian keputusan dalam pemberian bonus masih dirasa belum tepat, sedangkan dengan jumlah karyawan yang begitu banyak dapat memakan waktu yang relatif lebih lama. Setelah melakukan penelitian mengenai sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), penulis telah menarik beberapa kesimpulan, diantaranya terdapat 4 kriteria perbandingan berpasangan yang digunakan Rumah Sakit Buah Hati Ciputat dalam proses pemberian bonus, yaitu: Keahlian, Sikap & Perilaku, Loyalitas, dan Tanggung Jawab.

PT. Virtus Venturama adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi food packaging & disposables berkualitas tinggi. Latar belakang penelitian ini karena Sulitnya menentukan pelamar mana yang benar-benar berkompeten dan layak menjadi kayawan PT. Virtus Venturama, penempatan karyawan pada departemen yang tersedia kurang efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitytical hierarchy process (AHP), sebagai model sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan metode tersebut, hasil akhir yang didapat bahwa Karyawan E (27,6%), berbanding dengan Karyawan B (27,1%), Karyawan A (17,1%), Karyawan C (10,1%), Karyawan F (10,1%), dan Karyawan D (8,5%).

Laptop is a basic need for people, either for education or for business activities. However, choosing the right laptop according to customer needs, specifications of the laptop and the right price is not easy.One way to help the prospective buyer in order to determine a laptop that will be purchased in accordance with the requirements is the decision support system. Decision support system designed to support all stages of decision making ranging from identifying the problem, selecting the relevant data and determine the approach used in the decision making process to evaluate the alternatives that exist. The method used in this decision support system is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to assist in the selection of laptop. AHP is a method which is the main input of human perception. To complete this method, aided by application of Expert Choice 11.

PT . BIT Technology Nusantara is a company engaged in telecommunications . In its operations the company is in dire need of Information Technology ( IT ) to solve daily operational tasks . Even at this time Information Technology (IT ) plays an important role in enhancing the perceived competitive advantage of an organization. IT has proven to create value for the organization. Organizations are increasingly dependent on IT to remain competitive with other organizations. With the right IT management expected the application of information technology can run optimally. Good IT management is done by assessing the compatibility between the application of IT and business processes of the organization. For that Luftman method is used for measuring the alignment of business and IT strategy by using six criteria: Communicationz, Competency / Value Measurement, Governancz, Partnership, Scopes & Architecture, Skills.

PT. BIT TECHNOLOGY NUSANTARA need a laptop for the operations of the company because there are many laptop brands, PT. BIT difficulty in choosing a laptop brand that will be used for the operations of the company in accordance with the wishes and budget. In connection with this, then designed a decision support system for selecting a laptop using Hierarchy Analytical Process ( AHP). In making this decision the authors conducted several stages: Intelligent, Modelling, Choice. The tools that I use in this study is the Expert Choice (EC ) EC 2000 is a software application that can be used as one tool to assist decision makers in determining the decision.

In education, the advancement of information technology has also contributed significantly. This study aims to provide an assessment of IT governance exists and provide an IT management model proposed for SMKN 5 Tangerang created by the study authors refer to the standard COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) Version 4.0. Methodology The study was conducted through the analysis and identification of the vision, mission and goals of the organization SMKN 5 Tangerang, further identification of the function of the IT asset management awareness in support of the achievement of the vision and mission of the company through a questionnaire. From these data, we can both see the target maturity ( maturity level expected ) corresponding to 5 SMKN Tangerang. This study was followed by assessing the maturity level of current through questionnaires and interviews relating to the management of IT respondents. Expected and current data of each IT process maturity level and then analyzed to see gaps, and further defined the steps that must be done to address this gap .
