Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna mengetahui dampak yang diberikan oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen afektif terhadap altruism dan civic virtue. Desain kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian. Responden ialah 270 pegawai Bakti Timah Medika dari berbagai profesi. Pengambilan sampel melalui sampel jenuh dengan tingkat respon 17,21% dari populasi. Metode analisis data yang dipakai ialah PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berdampak pada altruism maupun civic virtue. Komitmen afektif masing-masing berdampak positif signifikan terhadap altruism dan civic virtue. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan komitmen organisasi sebagai penghubung antara kepuasan kerja dengan altruism dan civic virtue. Pihak manajemen diharapkan lebih memperhatikan komitmen dari pekerjanya karena dapat membuat mereka sukarela dalam membatu rekan kerja yang kesulitan serta lebih mendahulukan kepentingan orang lain ketimbang diri sendiri.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness of organizations that employ millennial workers. This research aims to determine the influence of affective commitment on aspects of organizational citizenship behavior such as altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy and civic virtue. The respondents were 100 millennial workers in Indonesia who were taken using convenience sampling. The method for analyzing data was carried out using PLS SEM. The research results found that affective commitment had a positive effect on all dimensions of OCB such as altruism, prudence, sportsmanship, courtesy and civic virtue. Future research can limit workers of a certain gender, using the mediation of knowledge sharing and the moderation of emotional intelligence on the relationship between affective commitment and OCB in millennial workers. This research contributes to increasing OCB dimensions through affective commitment in millennial generation workers.

Abstract

Intrinsic motivation plays a pivotal role in shaping various dimensions of nursing practice. This study investigates how intrinsic motivation influences altruism, civic virtue, affective commitment, and work engagement among Bakti Timah Medika nurses. A sample of 134 nurses was selected through accidental sampling. This research uses a quantitative approach to analyze Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between intrinsic motivation and altruism, civic virtue, affective commitment, and work engagement. Notably, work engagement demonstrates the most substantial impact of intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, this study suggests a potential mediator role of work engagement between inherent motivation and altruism, civic virtue, and affective commitment. By shedding light on the influence of intrinsic motivation on essential work outcomes (altruism, civic virtue, affective commitment, and work engagement) within the health sector, this research contributes to enhancing nursing practices.

Abstract

The millennial generation is less attached to work and tends to want to leave work. This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, resilience, work experience on affective commitment. Research was conducted on 100 millennial workers in Indonesia. Sampling was carried out using convenience sampling. The data analysis method was carried out using PLS SEM. Data collection was carried out via Google form via various social media. The research results show that job satisfaction, resilience, and work engagement each have a positive effect on the affective commitment of millennial workers. Future research could also be limited to worker status and organization type. This research contributes to increasing affective commitment through factors such as job satisfaction, resilience and work engagement among millennial workers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui besar pengaruh yang diberikan oleh learning agility terhadap komitmen afektif dan turnover intention pada pekerja generasi milenial. Desain kuantiatif kausalitas dipakai dalam penelitian ini. Responden ialah 100 pekerja milenial di Indonesia yang dipilih secara convenience sampling. PLS SEM dipakai sebagai metode analisa data. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa learning agility berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pekerja milenial. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan komitmen afektif dalam memediasi pengaruh learning agility terhadap turnover intention. Populasi penelitian dapat dibatasi pada sektor swasta atau publik aja. Peneitian ini berkontribusi bagi upaya peningkatan komitmen afektif dan penurunan turnover intention melalui learning agility pada pekerja milenial di Indonesia.

Abstract

Turnover Intention needs attention because it can have a negative impact on an organization. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the impact that affective commitment and psychological empowerment have on millennial worker turnover. The respondents were 100 millennial workers. Sampling was carried out using convenience sampling. Data analysis process with SEM PLS. The research results found that affective commitment has a negative effect on turnover of millennial workers. Interestingly, psychological empowerment actually has a positive effect on turnover among millennial workers. Future researchers can use moderating variables on the influence of psychological empowerment on turnover intention. This research contributes to efforts to reduce turnover of millennial workers through affective commitment and psychological empowerment.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the extent to which subjective norms influence students' entrepreneurial intentions through the mediation of entrepreneurial attitudes, perceptions of behavioral control, and opportunity recognition. Respondents were 149 students aged 17 to 25 years. Sampling was done by accidental sampling. PLS SEM is used as a data analysis method. The results of the study found that subjective norms did not have a direct effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Subjective norms will have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions if through the mediation of entrepreneurial attitudes, perceived behavioral control, and opportunity recognition. This research contributes to efforts to increase students' entrepreneurial intentions in Indonesia through increasing entrepreneurial attitudes, perceived behavioral control,  opportunity recognition and subjective norms

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui Disiplin Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik kabupaten Bima. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Populasi pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik kabupaten Bima sebanyak 55 orang pegawai yang terdiri dari PNS sebanyak 35 pegawai, pegawai honor daerah sebanyak 11 pegawai dan pegawai tidak tetap sebanyak 9 pegawai. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang pegawai yang berstatus PNS dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, studi pustaka. Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan spss versi 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial kemampuan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan disiplin kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan bangsa dan Politik kabupaten Bima

Abstract

Niat berpindah kerja terkait dengan meningkatnya biaya seperti anggara rumah sakit dan berkurangnya kualitas dari perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh komitmen afektif, role conflict, dukungan rekan kerja terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh stres kerja. Responden merupakan 134 perawat di Pertamina Bina Medika. Sampel dipilih melalui convenience sampling. Metode analisis data yang dipakai berupa PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa stres kerja memediasi pengaruh komitmen afektif, role conflict, dan dukungan rekan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan mediasi work-family conflict dan job embeddedness. Penelitian ini berkontribusi bagi praktik keperawatan dalam mengurangi tingkat turnover intention perawat.
