Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The problem in this research is “How to Develompent of learning media for big ball games by using GaNeRi (Gawang, Net, Ring) tool for Junior High School student”. This research is a research and development or R&D. The research steps is a follows: 1) Potential and problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Product deign, 4) Design validation (1 big ball game expert and 2 learning expert), 5) Design revisions, 6) Small-scale trial (20 students), 7) Product revision, 8) Large-scale trials (40 students), 9) Product revisions, 10) Mass production that produce GaNeRi tool to facilitate the learning of the big ball games for Junior High School. The results of expert validation of the initial product of the study obtained an average percentage of 83% (very good), with some revisions such as the addition of several height variations on the net and ring. Then the product is tested on a small scale with an average percentage of 81,34% (very good). After that the product was revised by an expert and declared very usable. Then the produtc is tested on a large scale obtained average of 86,67% (very good). Conclusion of the research analysis, GaNeRi (gawang, net, ring) tool can be used as a means of learning big ball games in junior high school. Suggestions for physical education teachers are expected to be able to used this toolas a solution to overcome the problem of limited facilities and infrastructure for learning big ball games owned by schools.

Abstract

The background in this study is the lack of development of the basketball learning process in schools. The purpose of this research is to produce a Basgedor game model in basketball learning. The research method used is development research that refers to Brog & Gall, namely: (1) Needs analysis. (2) Initial product development planning (3) Initial product manufacturing, (4) Small group trial, (5) Initial product revision (6) Large group trial, (7) Final product. Based on the results of the small group trial, the evaluation data obtained from the PE and learning experts were 89.23% (good), and the overall average results of student responses in the small group trial obtained a percentage of 88.83% (good). The results of the large group trial obtained evaluation data from PE experts and learning experts, namely 95% (very good), and the overall average results of student responses in the large group trial obtained a percentage of 95% (very good). Based on the results of the development of the learning model, it can be concluded: (1) The Basgedor game model that has been produced in this study is feasible and can be used for grade VII junior high school students. (2) The Basgedor game model can be an effective and fun alternative model of learning PE for junior high school students

Abstract

This study evaluated the effectiveness of effriction massage in reducing pain and increasing range of motion (ROM) in patients with knee injuries based on the duration of injury. Using a prospective controlled clinical trial involving 20 participants aged 20 to 40 years, participants were grouped into two groups: acute (10 days) and chronic (1 month) injuries. The effriction massage intervention was performed for 15 minutes, and outcomes were measured using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for pain and the goniometer for ROM. Results showed significant pain reduction in both groups, with the chronic group obtaining a greater reduction (58.33%) than the acute group (44.44%). However, the increase in ROM showed significant variation, with the chronic group increasing ROM by 21.64%, while the acute group increased by 21.02%. Analysis showed that duration of injury had no significant effect on pain (p=0.334), but did affect ROM (p=0.035). These findings confirm the importance of early intervention and the implementation of rehabilitation tailored to the chronicity of the injury, opening up opportunities for developing more individualized therapy guidelines. This study recommends the integration of additional modalities for longer injury cases to improve rehabilitation outcomes.
