Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas khusus olahraga SMP N 1 Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas khusus olahraga (KKO) SMP N 1 Kendal. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia anak usia 13-15 tahun. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia siswa KKO SMP N 1 Kendal bahwa dari 55 siswa yang memperoleh kategori sangat baik tidak ada satupun, terdapat 7 siswa yang masuk kategori baik (12,7%), terdapat 30 siswa yang masuk kategori sedang (54,5%), terdapat 18 siswa yang masuk kategori kurang (32,7%) dan tidak ada yang masuk kategori sangat kurang. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebugaran jasmani siswa KKO SMP N 1 Kendal yaitu faktor latihan, faktor makanan dan faktor istirahat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu rata-rata tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa KKO SMP N 1 Kendal berada pada kategori sedang. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebugaran jasmani siswa pada kelas khusus olahraga yaitu faktor latihan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan pengembangan Senam Membara dalam pembelajaran senam ritmik. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Pengembangan Borg & Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu diperoleh dari kuesioner validasi ahli terdiri dari 1 ahli senam dan 2 ahli pembelajaran dan juga kuesioner yang diberikan kepada siswa yang diteliti. Hasil persentase rata rata dari validasi ahli yaitu mendapatkan rata rata 85,75% (sangat baik) dengan adanya masukan mengenai musik dan gerakan dalam pengembangan Senam Membara. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMA/SMK di Kecamatan Windusari Kabupaten Magelang Provinsi Jawa Tengah, terdapat 2 sekolah yaitu MA Windusari dan SMKN 1 Windusari. Hasil rata rata uji skala kecil yaitu 75,93% dengan kriteria Baik dan hasil rata rata uji coba skala besar yaitu 82,63% dengan kriteria Sangat Baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan Senam membara ini, maka dapat disimpulkan pengembangan Senam Membara dapat diterapkan dalam model pembelajaran aktivitas senam ritmik pada siswa MA Windusari dan SMKN 1 Windusari.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif sangat penting untuk keberhasilan pendidikan, terutama dalam pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran senam ritmik yang lebih menarik bagi siswa sekolah menengah pertama di Kecamatan Karanganom, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah, dengan menciptakan produk senam “Sahaja Renjana”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Hasil uji coba skala besar menunjukkan bahwa aspek kognitif peserta didik memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 63,75% (Cukup Baik), meskipun siswa cenderung bermain sendiri dan kurang memperhatikan saat praktik. Pada aspek afektif, siswa mencapai presentase 64,57% (Cukup Baik), menunjukkan bahwa senam sahaja renjana efektif dalam mengajarkan sikap kerjasama, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan sportifitas. Aspek psikomotorik menunjukkan presentase 68,4% (Cukup Baik), menandakan bahwa senam sahaja renjana diterima dengan baik oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memandu para guru dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang inovatif dan efektif pada peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP).

Abstract

Pembelajaran senam ritmik di tingkat sekolah dasar masih perlu pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pengembangan Senam Animal Ceria pada pembelajaran senam ritmik siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu dari Borg & Gall. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang diperoleh dari 1 ahli senam dan 3 ahli pembelajaran, serta data kuisioner dan pengamatan yang didapat dari uji coba skala kecil yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas III di SD N Beku dan uji coba skala besar dilakukan pada siswa kelas III dan IV di SD N 2 Karangan dan SD N 2 Gledeg. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner uji coba skala kecil, diperoleh rata-rata hasil kuisioner sebesar 91,83% (sangat baik). Sedangkan pada uji coba skala besar diperoleh rata-rata hasil kuisioner sebesar 87% (sangat baik). Dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: (1) hasil penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk senam dengan nama “Senam Animal Ceria” yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran senam ritmik. (2) model Senam Animal Ceria layak diterapkan pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani siswa sekolah dasar kelas III dan IV di Kecamatan Karanganom Kabupaten Klaten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rangkaian gerak keterampilan jump shoot dalam permainan bola basket pada pemain putra di klub Narayani Basketball, berdasarkan prinsip biomekanika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis, serta memanfaatkan perangkat lunak Kinovea untuk menganalisis data gerak. Populasi penelitian terdiri 30 atlet putra Narayani basketball, dengan lima orang sampel yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian diketahui rentang sudut lengan berada pada 72,7⸰ hingga 142,9⸰, lebar kaki memiliki jarak 12,17 cm hingga 26,14 cm, sedangkan sudut badan dan kaki membentuk gerakan ekstensi maksimal sebesar 180⁰, yang menunjukkan posisi vertikal tubuh saat melakukan tembakan sehingga menghasilkan tinggi maksimal bola sebesar 373,09 cm hingga 412,05 cm. Pada saat melakukan jump shoot sudut lengan, posisi tubuh dan tinggi lompatan memiliki peranan penting terharap arah pelepasan bola lurus pada keranjang. Sesuai dengan prinsip BEEF sudut lengan membentuk gerakan fleksi sebesar 90⁰ dan sudut badan mebentuk gerakan ekstensi maksmial 180⁰. Tingi maksimal bola sebesar 3,83meter memiliki peluang besar untuk menghasilkan skor, sedangkan jika lebih rendah cenderung menghasilkan airball. Tinggi lompatan turut memengaruhi keberhasilan jump shoot, namun harus disertai dengan timing tepat dan kekuatan otot lengan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan jump shoot dipengaruhi oleh keselarasan antara sudut tubuh, tinggi lompatan dan kekuatan otot lengan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of parental support for the training motivation of beginner fencing athletes in Kendal Regency. The method used is a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 45 beginner fencing athletes selected through quota sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that parental support was in the moderate category with an average score of 2.54 or 56%, while athlete training motivation was in the good category with an average score of 2.72 or 60%. These findings indicate that although parental support is not yet optimal, athletes still show strong enthusiasm and commitment in their training. This study highlights the importance of parental involvement, particularly in the form of emotional and instrumental support, in enhancing motivation and athletic performance among beginners. It is recommended that parents become more actively involved in their children’s training activities and maintain regular communication with coaches.

Abstract

Competition anxiety in basketball athletes can be influenced by poor performance. Good performance can boost self-confidence, thereby reducing anxiety before a match. Religiosity is another factor that may alleviate competition anxiety. This study aims to examine the relationship between religiosity and performance on Competition anxiety among male basketball athletes of the POPDA team in Brebes Regency. The research employs a correlational quantitative approach with total sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires for religiosity and anxiety, as well as performance tests (physical and technical skills). The results indicate: A strong correlation between religiosity and anxiety (r = 0.678; p = 0.05). A strong correlation between performance and anxiety (r = 0.788; p = 0.00). Simultaneously, religiosity and performance significantly influence anxiety (F = 124.637 > F-table = 3.81; p = 0.00). Partial t-tests further confirm that both religiosity (t = 3.841) and performance (t = 2.595) positively and significantly affect anxiety. Overall, 75% of anxiety variability is influenced by religiosity and performance. Showed that religiosity and athlete performance had a significant role in reducing male basketball athletes’ match anxiety. Higher levels of religiosity and better performance were strongly associated with lower levels of anxiety prior to competition. Together, these two factors accounted for 75% of the variability in athletes’ anxiety levels, highlighting their substantial combined impact.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of Gen Z towards using the STRAVA application as a way to maintain fitness in Rembang district. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. In this study, 60 people who are Gen Z were taken as research samples. The results of the minimum score of 20, the maximum score of 80, the average score of 54.59, and the standard deviation of 11.880. The distribution of motivation levels shows that most respondents are in the high category, as many as 29 respondents (47.5%). In addition, 7 respondents (11.5%) had very high motivation, while 24 respondents (39.3%) were in the low category, and only 1 respondent (1.6%) had very low motivation. From these results, it is known that the majority of Gen Z in Rembang Regency have strong motivation in maintaining fitness by utilizing the STRAVA application to support their physical activities. In other words, the activity tracking feature, social interaction in the STRAVA community, and personal goals in maintaining a healthy body are additional motivational drives for Gen Z. Thus, Gen Z motivation tends to be high in using the STRAVA application as a way to maintain physical fitness in Rembang Regency.

Abstract

Background: This study discusses how physical education is taught in inclusive schools in the context of physical education teachers, inclusive/disabled students, and its application in inclusive schools. Research Objective: The objective of this study is to examine the implementation of physical education in inclusive schools based on findings from various literature. Methodology: The PRISMA standards were used for a systematic review and meta-analysis covering the period from 2020 to 2025. The keywords “Implement”, “Physical”, “Inclusive”, and “School” were used in the search procedure. The search engine utilized a total of 348 articles were obtained from Scopus databases. After applying the Inclusion criteria, only 8 articles remained. Findings/Results: Various studies highlight the role of physical education teachers and understanding the factors influencing students with disabilities as key factors for success and effectiveness in promoting inclusive physical education implementation. Conclusion: The role of physical education teachers in inclusive schools is a frequently discussed topic in this review. Some limitations inherent in this review should be noted. For future research, it would be interesting to add new keywords or topics related to coaches and athletes.

Abstract

The scope of physical education in independent curriculum includes games and sports, developmental activities, gymnastics activities, rhythmic activities, aquatic activities, extracurricular education, health, and others. Physical education in elementary school consists of three stages, namely Stage A consists of grades 1 and 2, Stage B consists of grades 3 and 4, and finally Stage C consists of grades 5 and 6. This research aims to develop gymnastics movements in rhythmic movement learning at the elementary school level. The development model used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) which is a research method used to produce products, and test the effectiveness of products. This research approach involves need analysis, model design, and evaluation. This research stage starts from initial observation with interview technique then continued with planning, product development, trial, revision to dissemination. The results of large-scale trials showed that the cognitive aspects of students obtained 82.91% which were included in the Very Good category. In the affective aspect, students obtained a presentation of 82.01% which was included in the Very Good category. And in the psychomotor aspect, students obtained a presentation rate of 82.21% which was included in the Very Good category. The result of this research is in the form of a "Luyung" gymnastics development product designed to increase students' interest in learning and become a reference for sports teachers to design rhythmic gymnastics movements that are more creative and efficient in improving the quality of learning.
