Abstract

The ease of transactions at financial institutions has now been facilitated by the existence of technology that is updated on an ongoing basis. This is also what makes Islamic banking innovate on its products, one of which makes people's business credit (KUR) sharia accessible through a digital platform in collaboration with the telecommunications service company "Telkomsel". This easy access to Sharia KUR financing can be accessed through platforms available on your cellphone under the name DigiPOS and 99%Usahaku. With this innovation, it is hoped that business actors can increase their capacity to go digital so they can compete with established businesses. The existence of this phenomenon, the author will discuss about how the mechanism of KUR Syariah and implementation of digital-based KUR Syariah. The research method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative research using field research. The data source used is primary data collected using direct interview techniques with Indonesian Islamic Banks. And secondary data were taken from various literatures related to research.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan terutama perbankan tentunya mempunyai visi dan misi dalam memasarkan produk atau jasanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk strategi pemasaran dan untuk mengetahui bentuk keefektivan strategi pemasaran digital banking Bank Syaria Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan troei strategi promosi dan teori efektivitas pemasaran yang di dalamnya membahas tentang analisis sebuah strategi pemasaran dan membahas keefektivan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Bank Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, diskusi kritis dari sudut pandang penulis, serta dukungan untuk pencarian literatur, kutipan pendapat ahli, dan temuan sebelumnya pada subjek. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Bank Syariah Indonesia berhasil memasarkan Digital Banking dibuktikan jumlah pengguna digital banking semakin meningkat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi pemasaran sudah dilakuakan Bank Syariah Indonesia dan Strategi pemasarannya sudah efektif.

Abstract

The Grameen Bank is a financing model to provide capital from banks to economically disadvantaged communities. Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia are among the banks that developed this product which was later called the Future Package (PMD). PMD is financing intended for women entrepreneurs or prospective entrepreneurs who belong to the poor group without collateral. In addition to providing financing, PMD also provides training to improve knowledge and entrepreneurial skills as well as monitoring debtor businesses. The purpose of this study is to be able to understand the marketing communication model that has been applied by Islamic banks to female customers, the majority of whom do not have financial literacy and are poorly educated so that they are interested in joining PMD products. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Then it produces the fact on the ground that Sharia Banks in marketing PMD products for women's empowerment are with an offline and online marketing mix. Product promotion tactics include events and experiences that include a variety of marketing communication tools.

Abstract

Perencaan keuangan penting dilakukan oleh setiap individu terlebih bagi kaum wanita yang sudah mempunyai keluarga. Mereka harus melakukan pengelolaan terhadap keuangannya dengan menyesuaikan dana yang dikeluarkan dan pendapatan yang didapat. Disamping itu, diharapkan bisa membuat skala prioritas dengan memprioritaskan kebutuhan primer. Maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan wali murid KB TK Bunga Harapan yang sebagian besar ibu rumah tangga dalam melakukan manajemen keuangan individu dan keluarga agar menciptakan kesejahteraan bersama. Metode yang dilakukan dibagi mendadi tiga tahapan. Pertama, tahap persiapan meliputi penyusunan rundown dan materi. Kedua, tahap pelayanan meliputi penyampaian materi dan sesi tanya jawab. Ketiga, tahap evaluasi meliputi sharing pengalaman dan evaluasi peneriman materi oleh peserta. Hasil penyampaian materi peserta antusias dan sharing pengalaman terkait pengelolaan keuangannya serta saling memberikan penyelesaian pada kesulitan dalam manajemen keuangannya.

Abstract

The sophistication of information technology today has an important role in all aspects of life and it is undeniable that technology has become something that is very much needed in carrying out daily activities. In the business field, for example, this will also be very influential for someone who has a business, starting from fulfilling capital, creating a product, distribution process, to marketing all require technological intervention. However, with the lack of literacy related to the use of technology from business actors, socialization is needed. The purpose of this service activity is to provide literacy to the community, especially business actors regarding the use of digital platforms in the financing process. This community service activity is carried out in the form of counseling/socialization with the target of the activity being the community of the Ngaliyan sub-district, Semarang city. And found the result that people who are generally dominated by business actors still have very minimal knowledge about the use of digital platforms, they know that the financing process can only be done in the conventional way, namely coming directly to the bank. It is hoped that this activity can add information to the community.

Abstract

Purpose - The aim of this study is to investigate how Return on Asset (ROA) and Earnings per Share (EPS) impact stock prices, while considering dividend policy as a mediating factor.Method - This research uses 6 samples of pharmaceutical companies listed on ISSI during the period of 2017-2021 using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used in this research is SEM-PLS with the help of WarpPLS software version 7.0.Result - The findings indicate that dividend policy does not act as a mediator between ROA and share prices; however, it does serve as a mediator between EPS and share prices. The direct effects reveal that ROA has a non-significant positive impact on dividend policy, whereas EPS demonstrates a significant positive influence on dividend policy. Both ROA and dividend policy exhibit a significant negative impact on share prices, whereas EPS has a positive and significant influence on share prices. In addition, this research reveals that dividend policy is unable to mediate the relationship between ROA and share prices but is proven to mediate the relationship between EPS and stock prices.Implication - The concept of signaling theory in general can still be used in carrying out financial analysis even when anomalies occur in economic conditions.Originality - This research is research conducted on pharmaceutical companies which are different from other companies which have experienced negative impacts, but pharmaceutical companies have experienced an increase in share prices and profits during the pandemic.

Abstract

Investment is a term that is always related to finance and economics. As the times develop, investment is increasingly adjusting to people's interests. One of them is the development of sharia investment. In investing, it is certainly not always profitable, sometimes experiencing ups and downs to losses. This is the background for the birth of investment risk management, so that later every investment risk that will occur investors can be prepared to take further steps to prevent losses. Meanwhile, the deliberations of both parties contributed. The investment that is risky between the two is mudharabah. This is because if the investment suffers a loss, the bank will be fully responsible for everything. Coupled with other risks that can still occur such as default. Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional serta penciptaan lapangan kerja. Namun, keterbatasan akses pembiayaan menjadi salah satu hambatan utama dalam pengembangan UMKM di Indonesia. Bank syariah, dengan prinsip-prinsip keuangan yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam seperti keadilan, kemitraan, dan keberlanjutan, memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi alternatif pembiayaan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi yang diterapkan oleh bank syariah dalam mendukung pembiayaan UMKM, baik dari sisi produk, kebijakan, maupun pendekatan pelayanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan analisis kasus pada beberapa bank syariah di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi utama bank syariah meliputi pengembangan produk pembiayaan berbasis akad seperti mudharabah dan musyarakah, peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah bagi pelaku UMKM, kemitraan strategis dengan lembaga pendamping, serta digitalisasi layanan untuk menjangkau pelaku UMKM di daerah terpencil. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi penguatan peran bank syariah dalam ekosistem pembiayaan UMKM dan mendukung inklusi keuangan yang berkeadilan.

Abstract

Perbankan syariah merupakan pilar penting dalam sistem keuangan nasional yang beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip syariah, seperti keadilan, transparansi, dan larangan riba. Penghimpunan dan penyaluran dana menjadi dua aktivitas utama yang menentukan efektivitas fungsi intermediasi bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi perbankan syariah dalam menjalankan dua fungsi tersebut. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan, ditemukan bahwa peluang besar muncul dari meningkatnya literasi keuangan syariah, potensi sektor UMKM dan industri halal, serta dukungan regulasi pemerintah. Namun, berbagai tantangan juga dihadapi, seperti rendahnya indeks inklusi keuangan syariah, keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, serta tingginya risiko pembiayaan kemitraan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi yang komprehensif dan kolaboratif dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk memperkuat peran bank syariah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Purpose - To study in more depth by identifying the factors that influence customer decisions in taking murabahah financing at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Methods - The methods used are quantitative research with data collection through distributing questionnaires. Method - The method used in this study is qualitative, which is a research approach used to understand social phenomena in depth, from a complex and contextual perspective. In qualitative research, data is collected in a way that allows researchers to explore the feelings, thoughts, and experiences of respondents, and to understand the context in which the phenomenon occurs. Result - The results obtained are that the margin variables, customer knowledge and financing procedures, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant positive influence on customer decisions in taking murabahah financing at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Implication - By understanding the factors that influence customer decisions, banks can expand the inclusion of sharia financing to unreached groups, especially in areas with low sharia financial literacy. Efficient and targeted murabahah financing can encourage the growth of the real sector and support an economy based on Islamic ethics. Originality - Specifically examines customer decisions on murabahah products at Bank Muamalat Indonesia as the first Islamic bank in Indonesia using a combination of relevant and contextual variables combined with the use of actual primary data based on direct customer experience. With the hope of filling the gap in previous research that has not linked these factors comprehensively in Islamic financial institutions.
