Abstract

The Portal Bacaleg PKN is a website-based application created by PT. Internusa Cipta Solusi Perdana is used by one of the political parties participating in the 2024 election to process voting data during the election period. In order to support the update and implementation of the next nomination stage, the author proposes to measure the level of usability on the Portal Bacaleg PKN at PT. Internusa Cipta Solusi Perdana so that it can be realized in the next nomination stage. Therefore, to determine the level of usability, usability testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method using 10 questions, resulting in a SUS score of 96.03, which means the SUS score grade is at grade A with a Very Good rating because it is above average. -The average and Acceptability measurement values include Acceptable, which means that the PKN Bacaleg Portal is accepted and suitable for use by respondents.

Abstract

The New Student Admission (PPDB) process plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of academic activities at SDN Sukmajaya V Depok. However, the manual implementation of PPDB, from registration to data processing, creates a number of obstacles such as the risk of data loss, time inefficiency, and errors in recording. These conditions encourage the need for technology-based solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the PPDB process. This research aims to design a web-based PPDB information system to facilitate registration, student data management, and report generation. The research method includes data collection through observation, interviews, and literature review, with a system design approach using the Waterfall model. The research stages include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the PPDB information system designed was able to meet the needs of schools in the process of admitting new students. The system is equipped with main features such as online registration, automatic data validation, and fast report generation, which can reduce errors and speed up the workflow. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the PPDB administration process at SDN Sukmajaya V Depok will be more efficient and provide convenience for prospective students and parents.

Abstract

Pada era modern saat ini teknologi berkembang dengan sangat pesat khususnya dalam bidang komputer yang telah didukung dengan teknologi artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence sebuah studi tentang bagaimana membuat komputer dapat melakukan hal-hal yang pada saat ini dapat dilakukan lebih baik dari apa yang telah dilakukan oleh manusia. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi AI, saat ini pengguna atau developer tidak perlu lagi menuliskan kode. Dalam rangka melaksanakan kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Nusa Mandiri akan menyelenggarakan pelatihan dengan tema “Pelatihan Transformasi Digital Organisasi melalui Implementasi AI Tanpa Coding Pada Remaja Islam Al Hikmah (RISMAH)”. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan kemahiran peserta untuk membuat aplikasi artificial intelligence dengan mudah tanpa menggunakan coding, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan 3 tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan yang terakhir evaluasi dan monitorin dengan hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah adalah peserta memiliki keterampilan untuk membuat aplikasi artificial intelligence dengan mudah tanpa menggunakan coding.

Abstract

Aplikasi PrimaKu-IDAI berfungsi sebagai sarana edukasi dan monitoring tumbuh kembang anak, mulai dari pencatatan data tinggi badan, berat badan, hingga status gizi. Melalui platform digital ini, orang tua dapat dengan mudah memantau perkembangan anaknya dan memperoleh informasi kesehatan anak yang akurat. Pemanfaatan aplikasi PrimaKu di masyarakat masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama terkait literasi digital dan keterbatasan pengetahuan sebagian orang tua. Sebagai daerah perkotaan, masyarakat Ragunan dihadapkan pada tantangan gizi seimbang, pola asuh anak, serta keterbatasan waktu orang tua dalam memantau tumbuh kembang anak karena kesibukan bekerja. Kader-kader PKK memiliki peran penting dalam menjangkau langsung masyarakat di tingkat RT dan RW, memberikan penyuluhan, serta menjadi penggerak partisipasi masyarakat dalam setiap kegiatan. Dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi PrimaKu, kader PKK Ragunan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kapasitas dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital, sehingga dapat menjadi mitra strategis pemerintah dalam upaya menurunkan angka stunting dan mewujudkan generasi yang lebih sehat dan berkualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of four artificial intelligence models—CodeT5, CodeBERT, StarCoder, and GPT-4 (simulated)—in the code summarization task, which involves generating summaries or documentation for simple Python code snippets. The dataset consists of Python comment and code pairs, processed into documentation–code format to support the summarization process. The evaluation was conducted using BLEU and ROUGE-L metrics to measure the agreement between the model-generated summaries and the original documentation. The results show that GPT-4 (simulated) performed best with a BLEU score of 0.61 and ROUGE-L of 0.72, indicating superior context understanding capabilities. Among the open-source models, CodeT5 achieved the highest performance (BLEU 0.42 and ROUGE-L 0.55). CodeBERT produced an intermediate score, while StarCoder obtained the lowest score because its optimization is more geared towards code completion than code summarization. This study concludes that model selection should be tailored to the needs. CodeT5 is recommended for implementing open-source automated documentation systems, offering a good balance between performance and accessibility. Meanwhile, GPT-4 can be used as a reference model for high-accuracy applications. This research contributes to the field of software engineering by highlighting the potential of AI models to improve the efficiency and automation of code documentation processes.
