Abstract

Knowledge, skills, and confidence in financial management for women are essential given the complexity of their more frequent role in managing financial resources in a family. The implementation of community service aims to increase the financial resilience of pre-prosperous women's families through increased financial literacy in Palopo City. The approach to implementing community service uses the Sustainable Livelihood Approach (SLA), which is oriented toward the sustainability of the family economy so that the family is stronger. The results of the pre-test implementation confirmed that the participants' level of financial proficiency was shallow. With financial literacy counseling and simulated treatment of financial management on family financial decisions related to skills taking into account the 5M (controlling, spending, building, setting aside, and developing), there was a significant increase in proficiency in financial management in the post-test evaluation carried out by the team. In these results, there is an increase in knowledge, skills, and commitment to improving financial literacy and good behavior so that family financial resilience increases.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how competency certification has an impact on company performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Kolaka Substation Smelter. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. This study involved 27 people. The results of the analysis show that the regression coefficient shows a positive relationship between competence and business performance. With a significance value well below the threshold, competency certification has a significant influence on a company's performance, according to a partial test. In addition, the analysis of the F test shows that the regression model is significant overall, indicating that competency certification has a significant influence on the performance of the company simultaneously. Therefore, the company's performance at the Kolaka Smelter Substation PT. PLN (Persero) is greatly influenced by competency certification. Keywords : Competency, Performance Certification.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan saat ini menghadapi tantangan besar berupa degradasi moral dan krisis karakter di kalangan peserta didik yang dipicu oleh masifnya kemajuan teknologi tanpa penguatan fondasi etika yang memadai. Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sering kali terjebak dalam pendekatan kognitif-tekstual yang monoton, sehingga tercipta kesenjangan antara pemahaman keagamaan dan perilaku nyata di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi dan efektivitas model pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Qur’ani melalui metode Experiential Learning sebagai upaya transformasi karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis di sebuah institusi pendidikan di Kota Palopo. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ini mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai utama Al-Qur'an seperti Shiddiq, Amanah, Fathonah, Tabligh, Ta’awun, serta Sabar dan Syukur ke dalam empat siklus pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Proses internalisasi nilai dimulai dari Concrete Experience sebagai stimulan akhlak, diikuti Reflective Observation melalui mekanisme muhasabah, Abstract Conceptualization sebagai kristalisasi ibrah berbasis wahyu, dan diakhiri dengan Active Experimentation dalam bentuk amal shalih yang nyata. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan praktis singkat bagi guru PAI bahwa keterlibatan emosional dan praktik langsung meningkatkan retensi perubahan perilaku secara signifikan dibandingkan metode konvensional. Model ini berhasil menciptakan "jembatan emosional" yang mengubah nilai-nilai teologis menjadi karakter yang istiqomah, menjadikan PAI lebih humanis, aplikatif, dan relevan dalam menjawab tantangan zaman.
