This study aims to identify and describe classroom management, in terms of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuatin/implementing, and (4) controlling, as an effort to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data sources in this study were the Principal and 10 Teachers. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive model through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions (Miles et al, 2014). Validation of the data in this study using source triangulation techniques. Results showed that in general the classroom management implemented at SMPN 2 Palangka Raya went well and was able to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process as well as have an impact on improving student learning outcomes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Ekstrakurikuler Duta Sekolah pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Palangka Raya di Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data yaitu: kepala sekolah, guru pembina ekstrakurikuler duta sekolah, ketua ekstrakurikuler duta sekolah, dan duta sekolah (putra dan putri). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan cara: 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data, dan 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan Ekstrakurikuler Duta Sekolah yaitu: penentuan pembina ekstrakurikuler duta sekolah, perencanaan pemilihan duta sekolah, penyusunan rencana program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler duta sekolah, penetapan bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler duta sekolah, dan penentuan dana untuk pelaksanaan program kerja ekstrakurikuler duta sekolah. 2) Pengorganisasian Ekstrakurikuler Duta Sekolah yaitu: kepala sekolah sebagai penasihat, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan sebagai penanggung jawab ekstrakurikuler, guru pembina ekstrakurikuler duta sekolah, ketua ekstrakurikuler duta sekolah, duta sekolah dan atribut duta sekolah lainnya sudah baik dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. 3) Pelaksanaan Ekstrakurikuler Duta Sekolah yaitu: terdiri dari program kegiatan wajib dan tambahan yang secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan berjalan dengan baik. 4) Pengawasan Ekstrakurikuler Duta Sekolah yaitu: dilakukan secara langsung oleh guru pembina ekstrakurikuler duta sekolah bekerja sama dengan stakeholder sekolah agar duta sekolah dapat di jaga perannya sesuai dengan aturan sehingga tidak terjadi penyimpangan.

This study aimed to empower lecturers in the PGSD program at University Muhadi Setiabudi with ICT skills to enhance their teaching profession. The focus was on integrating technology effectively into the teaching and learning process. The research addressed the limited ICT skills among lecturers and aimed to bridge the gap through targeted training and professional development initiatives. Through comprehensive data collection and analysis, the study identified lecturers' specific ICT training needs and evaluated existing training programs. The findings highlighted areas where lecturers needed more proficiency in ICT tools and identified challenges in utilizing technology in their teaching practices. Based on the results, recommendations were made for improving ICT training programs for lecturers. These recommendations included providing hands-on workshops, ongoing support and mentoring, access to relevant resources and tools, and collaboration among lecturers to share best practices. The study emphasized the significance of empowering lecturers with ICT skills in preparing future primary school teachers for the digital era. The research made notable contributions to the field by filling the gap in the existing literature and providing insights into the specific context of the PGSD program at the University of Muhadi Setiabudi. Today's education has developed very rapidly, also supported by technological developments which are increasing day by day. It is undeniable that people are competing with each other to gain knowledge wherever and whenever. Advances in technology are really very helpful in the educational process. With the development of technology, of course, this is not too bothered, because technology has solved this problem. Through technology, various social media appear that can support the learning process, both directly and distance and open learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of social media in supporting distance and open learning. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a research design in the form of a survey. The data in this study were obtained by filling out a questionnaire on the Google form link. The results of this study are that the role of social media in supporting distance and open learning plays a very important role. Because social media has a variety of applications that support distance and open learning. The conclusion from this study is that social media plays a very important role in supporting distance and open learning. Through social media, students can carry out online learning without having to be in the same place as the teacher so that they can study anytime and anywhere, because this is a hallmark of distance and open learning. The limitation in this study is that the researcher only conducted research at the school level. The researcher also hopes that further researchers will expand research to a higher level and the researcher also hopes that in the future other researchers will emerge who can develop this research and focus on one part of social media.

Education is a process of reducing the number of ignorance and poverty in the world. Through education a person can change his life, far more advanced than people who are not educated. In today's advanced and sophisticated era, education is supported by the presence of various technologies. With technology, one can create interactive and creative education. Various kinds of technology emerged and developed. This rapidly developing technology also encourages the birth of a process of change in the world of education. The presence of this technology provides many benefits in the world of education. The purpose of this study is to find out the benefits of augmented reality technology in creating deep learning. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a survey design. Data for this study were obtained by filling out a questionnaire via the Google Forms link. The results of this study are that the benefits of augmented reality technology in creating in-depth learning have a significant influence and impact on the learning process. Through Augmented Reality Technology has the opportunity to improve the learning process in high school. Learning that uses AR technology allows students to learn in a more exciting, fun and interactive way. In addition, AR technology can also make students better understand the concept of learning. The limitation of this research is that the researcher only investigated at the school level. The researcher also hopes that future researchers can take this research to a higher level and he also hopes that in the future there will be other researchers who can advance this research.
