Abstract

The type of research used in this research is field case study research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings from this study are that, first, management innovations carried out by school principals are in the areas of curriculum management, infrastructure management, and staffing management. Second, the leadership innovations carried out by the principal seem to be reflected in the principal as an innovative leader, with the dominant character being a friendly, democratic, intelligent principal who is good at seeing opportunities and building relationships. Third, innovation is carried out by school principals through three stages, namely initiating innovation programs, compiling innovation programs, and implementing innovations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memahami (1) pengaruh secara langsung kecerdasan emosional pada pengelolaan stres kerja guru (2) pengaruh langsung perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah pada pengelolaan stres kerja guru (3) pengaruh langsung iklim kerja pada pengelolaan stres kerja guru (4) pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap iklim kerja (5) pengaruh langsung perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap iklim kerja. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei serta tehnik analisa jalur (path analysis). Hasil kajian menunjukkkan jika (1) kecerdasan emosional memberi pengaruh langsung positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan stress kerja guru SD Negeri (2) perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberi pengaruh langsung positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan stress kerja guru SD Negeri (3) iklim kerja memberi pengaruh langsung positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan stress kerja guru SD Negeri (4) kecerdasan emosional memberi pengaruh langsung positif serta signifikan pada iklim kerja pada SD Negeri serta (5) Perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberi pengaruh langsung positif serta signifikan pada iklim kerja di SD Negeri. Para penulis menyarankan supaya dijalankan usaha yang maksimal untuk mengendalikan pengaruh stres kerja yang dialami oleh guru dan perlu dijalankan pengembangan kajian lebih lanjut guna memahami variabel lainnya yang memberi pengaruh pengelolaan stres kerja guru serta dampaknya pada siswa.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of work-life balance, telecommuting, job satisfaction, sleep duration, and stress management on the physical and mental health of workers outside the Jakarta area. 400 workers were taken as samples in the survey, and regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Results showed that work-life balance, telecommuting, job satisfaction, sleep duration, and stress management were all significantly associated with physical and mental health. In particular, better work-life balance, telecommuting, job satisfaction, longer sleep duration, and effective stress management practices are linked to better physical and mental health. The findings suggest that organizations should prioritize policies and procedures that support work-life balance, telecommuting, job satisfaction, adequate sleep duration, and stress management to improve their workers’ physical and mental health.

Abstract

This research study employs a comprehensive bibliometric approach, enhanced by the utilization of VOS viewer, to map the expansive landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) research. Through the meticulous collection, pre-processing, and analysis of a diverse dataset, this study uncovers the multifaceted dimensions that define AI research. The analysis encompasses publication trends, authorship dynamics, citation patterns, and emergent research themes. The integration of VOS viewer’s visualization capabilities enriches the exploration by offering intuitive representations of collaboration networks, citation maps, and thematic clusters. The results highlight the growth trajectory of AI research, the collaborative networks among researchers and institutions, the influence of seminal works, and the emergence of thematic trends. Moreover, the study contextualizes the findings, discussing their implications for interdisciplinary collaboration, ethical considerations, and the societal impact of AI research. Ultimately, this research contributes to a comprehensive understanding of AI research dynamics, guiding future exploration, collaboration, and innovation within this rapidly evolving domain.

Abstract

In the era of globalisation and rapidly growing information technology, business communication has become one of the critical aspects of management science that plays an important role in the success of an organisation. Efficient business communication can lead to better collaboration, faster decision-making, and improve overall organisational productivity and performance. This research aims to investigate in depth about the role of ChatGPT in improving the efficiency of business communication in management science. The current research type is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study results show that in the ever-evolving era of technology and digitalisation, ChatGPT has proven itself as an effective tool in improving the efficiency of business communication in management science. From improving the responsiveness and availability of communication, data analysis, strategic support, to facilitating collaboration, development, and innovation, ChatGPT provides organisations with a variety of advantages in various aspects of their operations.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is an important aspect of the success of an organization or company. Effective and efficient HR management can help organizations better achieve their goals and ensure optimal performance from each team member. However, HR management is also faced with various complex challenges, including the management of large teams, diverse needs and expectations of team members, and rapid changes in the business and technological environment. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness and potential use of ChatGPT as a decision-support tool in HR management. This research is a literature review that adopts a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyze and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that the use of ChatGPT as a decision-support tool in Human Resource Management offers great potential in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of HR processes. Artificial intelligence models such as ChatGPT can act as virtual assistants that provide text-based responses, assisting in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee support processes. ChatGPT can gather valuable data and insights about employees and the work environment, and help HR managers make more informed decisions.

Abstract

When open the training or learning window, there are still many training processes that do not use technology. In today's increasingly competitive era, there are still educational institutions that do not use technology in their teaching and learning activities. It is believed that schools are currently taking advantage of new technologies that make the work of teachers or students easier. AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology is developing very quickly from year to year. Its presence with new functions, functions and perspectives increasingly influences many areas of human life, including the field of education. Artificial intelligence is increasingly finding its way into learning activities in schools and universities. Artificial intelligence is an integral part of the development of educational technology. Of course, this had a significant impact on a person's further professional life. The goal of this research is to use artificial intelligence to promote adaptive learning. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a survey design. Data for this study were obtained by filling out a questionnaire via the Google Forms link. The results of this study are that the use of artificial intelligence to enhance adaptive learning provides excellent feedback to students. Through artificial intelligence, schools use applications or media that can automate tasks such as giving suggestions, selecting appropriate teaching materials or adapting the curriculum to student needs. The limitation of this research is that the researcher only investigated at the school level. The researcher also hopes that future researchers can take this research to a higher level and he also hopes that in the future there will be other researchers who can advance this research.

Abstract

Education is a process of reducing the number of ignorance and poverty in the world. Through education a person can change his life, far more advanced than people who are not educated. In today's advanced and sophisticated era, education is supported by the presence of various technologies. With technology, one can create interactive and creative education. Various kinds of technology emerged and developed. This rapidly developing technology also encourages the birth of a process of change in the world of education. The presence of this technology provides many benefits in the world of education. The purpose of this study is to find out the benefits of augmented reality technology in creating deep learning. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a survey design. Data for this study were obtained by filling out a questionnaire via the Google Forms link. The results of this study are that the benefits of augmented reality technology in creating in-depth learning have a significant influence and impact on the learning process. Through Augmented Reality Technology has the opportunity to improve the learning process in high school. Learning that uses AR technology allows students to learn in a more exciting, fun and interactive way. In addition, AR technology can also make students better understand the concept of learning. The limitation of this research is that the researcher only investigated at the school level. The researcher also hopes that future researchers can take this research to a higher level and he also hopes that in the future there will be other researchers who can advance this research.

Abstract

This study examined how consumer happiness and customer loyalty are affected by the quality of e-services, product prices, and promotions. This study aims to identify if a variable has a direct or indirect impact. A questionnaire with 40 questions that was sent using Google Form was used to gather the data for this investigation. A non-probability selection technique was used to select 100 participants as respondents for this investigation. Path analysis utilizing statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) is the analysis method used in this study. According to the study's findings, client loyalty and partial and simultaneous effects of e-service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction are both favorable. Customer loyalty is impacted by product prices, which also have a detrimental impact on customer satisfaction. Customer loyalty is indirectly impacted by consumer happiness, which is influenced by e-service quality, product prices, and incentives.
