Abstract

Doorsmeer, the Nasution Family, which is located on Jl. Medan Padang Aek Godang Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency, provides services in the form of car and motorcycle washing. Bookkeeping at the Nasution Family Doorsmeer is still done manually, allowing for loss of important transaction data, as well as a lack of business promotion in the community resulting in slow business development. The purpose of this study is generally to apply Web-based Customer Relationship Management with the K-means algorithm method for marketing/transactions at the Nasution Family Doorsmeer. This research is a combined type, using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. From the research results it is known that with the existence of Web-based Customer Relationship Management it can simplify and assist in managing good marketing strategies so as to increase sales revenue, and by providing the best service will encourage customer loyalty. In determining loyal customers the fields used are the customer's name, vehicle license plate, number of visits and total transactions for 2 months, then the data will be processed with the k-means clustering algorithm. The final result with 20 samples of transaction data is the final result with 2 clusters, namely, cluster 1 (C1) with 13 disloyal customers, cluster 2 (C2) with 7 loyal customers. By implementing Customer Relationship Management with K-Means, you can build customer clustering to categorize customers who use services so that service providers can identify the characteristics of their customers. With Customer Relationship Management with K-Means, promotions can be directed to customers who are entitled to get them. With the implementation of Customer Relationship Management reaches more new customers through a system that has been directly integrated with the internet network, so that new visitors or those who do not know Doorsmeer Nasution Family, both those around the business location and those who are far away, will find it easy to get to know Doorsmeer Nasution Family through internet searches so that the number customers who transact with the Nasution Family's Doorsmeer business have increased.

Abstract

Such quick change in information technology and computers have required changes in the educational paradigm, particularly in teaching and learning methods. Computer applications are software services that use computers as the medium. Programming language is the language used in computing to create programs. An algorithm, a systematic sequence of steps, is used to solve a problem, and an example of one of these is the Winnowing algorithm. The Winnowing algorithm is a document fingerprinting method that utilizes hashing to detect text similarities. In an essay exam, an instructor must carry out a manual assessment by checking and correcting each participant's answers. Currently, automatic assessment is still generally limited to multiple choice questions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which previous studies have examined the assessment of essay questions using the Winnowing algorithm. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Winnowing algorithm in automatic evaluation of essay responses on online learning platforms (e-learning) provides good and stable results, and has a high degree of accuracy.

Abstract

The development of a sophisticated era means that we cannot be separated from electronics and the sophistication of the times and their electronics. UD.Rizky Tani is a kiosk selling fertilizer, herbicides, pesticides and others. This kiosk was founded by Mrs. Ros Mintana Nasution, located in Sayur Mahincat Village, Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra. This lady is the wife of Mr. Jimmi Bugis Lubis as the owner of UD Anugrah Jaya Tani so the two of them set up two kiosks. At this kiosk, it is necessary to know what the best pesticides are to make it easier for the kiosk and the people who need it, and so that people can be sure that the best pesticides have been created. A decision support system has been created to make it easier to determine the best pesticides. The method used is the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a popular multi-criteria analysis decision and is a multi-criteria decision making method. Like all FMADM methods, WP is a finite set of decision alternatives described in terms of some decision criteria.

Abstract

Currently we cannot escape the influence of information technology. Because like it or not, the development of science and the application of technology is experiencing an increasingly rapid increase, especially in every work environment such as business practitioners.Computer/information technology is the technology that is most widely used in various agencies, both government and private. The rapid development of technology over time means that human work can generally be completed quickly. Technology is a tool that is often used in human activities. The role of technology today makes information processing easier because processing is necessary so that the resulting information can be useful for its users. Competition in the business world requires developers to find a pattern that can increase sales and marketing of goods, one of which is by utilizing transaction data. The availability of abundant data, the need for information to support decision making to create business solutions, and infrastructure support in the field of information technology are the reasons for the birth of data mining technology. Problems that occur at UD. Martua is lacking in reviewing the products being sold, what products consumers need and less effective data storage. With data mining, it is intended to provide real solutions to UD. Martua can find out which items are selling well and which items are not selling well, then can compare sales from year to year to become an effective medium for developing sales at UD.Martua. In grouping sales data, the fields used are item name, quantity purchased, quantity sold for 1 week, then the data will be processed with the k-means clustering algorithm. The final result with 20 grouping data samples was the final result with 2 clusters, namely, cluster 1 (C1) with 10 best-selling items, cluster 2 (C2) with 10 non-selling items. With data mining using the K-Means algorithm, losses for UD.Martua..speeding up decision making to restock goods that are selling well so that consumers who want to buy don't have to wait long. Providing information from sales data to find out what causes profits or losses at UD.Martua. Providing convenience for UD.Martua in determining which products are selling and which are not selling so that there is no accumulation of goods that are not selling and resulting in losses for UD.Martua.

Abstract

The Kuantan Singingi Regency General Election Commission Office is a government agency that organizes general elections in Indonesia, including members of the DPR/DPD/DPRD, General Elections for President and Vice President as well as General Elections for Regional Heads and Deputy Regional Heads. Design of an information system for managing official travel documents specifically for the Finance Department where the system currently used is still manual. During designing the information system, the methodology used was the first stage, namely Analysis and the second stage, namely Reporting. The aim of this Practical Work Report is expected to be able to help the Kuantan Singingi Regency KPU in improving the existing system, so that the management of official travel documents that have been done manually can be facilitated by the system Application.

Abstract

School is a place where students are taught under the guidance of teachers. Schools have an important role in developing children's intellectual capacity because school is a place where children look for information and hone their skills. Choosing a school that suits your child's character is very important. Children need kindergarten education to develop their character and personality and to prepare themselves for entering elementary school. There are many things parents choose to do when choosing a school for their children, including: distance, facilities, curriculum, costs, etc. In this case, to find out the parents' factors in choosing a kindergarten school for their child, the author uses the K-Means algorithm to see the highest factors that make parents choose the Aek litta kindergarten school. K-Means separates data into groups according to how close each group is to a particular cluster. The results of the clustering process with 3 iterations stated that for cluster 1 there were 7 parents who had similar factors in choosing Aek Litta Kindergarten, for cluster 2 there were 3 parents with similar factors.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of diabetes has led to a growing need for accurate and efficient disease detection methods. This research focuses on evaluating the performance of diabetes detection using Fuzzy C-Means and K-Means clustering algorithms. The study aims to compare the effectiveness of these two clustering techniques in identifying diabetes cases based on relevant medical data. A dataset comprising various health parameters and diagnostic indicators was utilized for experimentation. The Fuzzy C-Means and K-Means algorithms were implemented to cluster the dataset, and their detection performance was assessed using metrics such as sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and F1-score. The results indicate that both clustering methods exhibit promising potential for diabetes detection, with variations in their performance based on different evaluation criteria. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the applicability of clustering algorithms in diabetes detection and provides insights into their strengths and limitations. Further optimization and validation of these algorithms could lead to enhanced diagnostic accuracy and early intervention in diabetes management.

Abstract

As a fairly large institution, management and system development that needs to be designed from a manual basis to a digital basis is very necessary, of course, so that the use of Technology and Information can also be applied to minimize deficiencies and bring the expected profits in providing medicine stock at Islamic boarding school clinics. Due to geographic location, it is necessary to develop a system that can assist in handling the availability of drug stocks so that the process of distributing drugs to patients can run without problems. It is hoped that the use of the Apriori algorithm can help in supplying medicine stock at the Darul Mursyid Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology are increasing quickly in any direction to generate a lot of information technology and applications in various fields. In the information field technology, inventory systems are also needed to visualize them goods warehouse at UD. Anugrah Jaya Tani. UD. Anugrah Jaya Tani is one of them a stand selling various herbicides. The use of chemical herbicides is intended not to affect the plant but to influence growth weed. Therefore, selective herbicides or agents are needed effective in controlling weeds. Inventory systems are one enabling factor can also be developed using Internet resources. Internet is possible role in encouraging activities. The reason is due to inventory activity requires communication between parties regarding this issue. That The goal of using an inventory system that enables the main thing Align customer demand with available supply or control existing inventory. The results of this research are to determine the number of goods in inventory marketed, creating a system that is accessible to everyone and creating attractive consultation layout. Inventory is a storage place owned by a company exchanged or used for business activities. All items are summoned inventory system, depending on the type of activity of the company.

Abstract

This research focuses on optimizing pozzolan truck queue management at PT. Danas Putra Mandiri through the application of the Monte Carlo method. The main objective of this research is to develop and implement a simulation application that is able to predict and calculate the average availability of trucks in a certain time unit, with the ultimate goal of increasing the company's operational efficiency. In industries that rely on the transportation of raw materials such as pozzolan, effective truck queue management is key to avoiding distribution delays and reducing operational costs. A queue is a service from one or more services that is caused by the need for services exceeding the capacity of the service or service facilities, so that customers who arrive cannot immediately receive service due to busyness in the service. The method used in this research is the Monte Carlo method. Monte Carlo is an experiment of various elements of probability using random samples. The Monte Carlo method is useful for solving quantitative problems with real or physical processing. This method has the ability to simulate and manage queues that occur in companies. PT Danas Putra Mandiri is one of the companies operating in the mining sector which supplies pozzolan to PT Semen Padang. The pozzolan delivery process uses trucks. The delivery process using trucks can affect the availability of the number of trucks in the company. The data used in this research is data from January 2023 - December 2023 with a total of 1619 data. Data taken through the admin of PT. DANAS PUTRA MANDIRI. Based on simulation predictions of queues on trucks, results were obtained with an average accuracy of 80.6%. The queuing simulation results show that the application of the Monte Carlo method can effectively reduce truck waiting times and increase the availability of trucks for rental, which ultimately contributes to increasing the company's operational efficiency.
