Abstract

Abstrak: Margadana Urban Village is part of the government structure in Tegal City. Lack of spatial information about urban village boundaries, neighborhood boundaries, and other important information deemed necessary. Realizing this, the Margadana Kelurahan thematic maps need to be realized for information disclosure, and the need to optimize the potential of the region for the short, medium, and long term. There is a need for integration between RW and RT in order to provide data and information to make it more efficient. In community service, remote sensing is used, followed by FGDs with local community leaders, namely the urban village administration and RW representatives. The purpose of community service apart from facilitating the sharing and exchange of data/information between Community Leaders can also assist in making safe thematic maps which can be used as the basis for spatial planning based on their potential. The people of the Margadana Urban Village can also participate in the process of planning, utilizing, and controlling the spatial use of their urban village area based on their potential.Keywords: margadana urban village; road transportation safety polytechnic; thematic map Abstract: Kelurahan Margadana merupakan salah satu wilayah adminstratif yang berada di Kota Tegal. Belum tersedianya informasi spasial tentang batas kelurahan, batas RW, dan informasi penting lainnya yang dianggap perlu. Menyadari hal ini, maka peta tematik Kelurahan Margadana perlu diwujudkan keterbukaan informasi, dan kebutuhan pengoptimalan potensi wilayah untuk jangka pendek, menengah maupun panjang. Diperlukan adanya keterpaduan antar RW dan RT dalam rangka penyediaan data dan informasi agar lebih efisien. Dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan dengan cara melakukan penginderaan jauh, dilanjutkan dengan FGD dengan tokoh masyarakat setempat, yakni pihak kelurahan dan perwakilan RW. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat selain dengan memfasilitasi sharing dan tukar data/informasi antar Tokoh Mayarakat juga dapat membantu dalam pembuatan peta tematik berkeselamatan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar penataan ruang berdasarkan potensinya. Masyarakat Kelurahan Margadana juga dapat berperan serta dalam proses perencanaan, pemanfaatan, dan pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang wilayah kelurahannya berdasarkan potensi yang dimiliki.Kata kundi: kelurahan margadana; peta tematik; politeknik keselamatan transportasi jalan

Abstract

Some communities have limited access to road transport safety education programs. Not all communities are actively involved in efforts to empower road transportation safety and have the perception that the risk of accidents is something that cannot be avoided. Community empowerment regarding road transportation safety includes 4 stages (preparation, provision of pre-test, community empowerment phase, and provision of pre-test) with community results on road transportation safety. 60 people from PAUD Teachers and Transportation Service Employees were participants for 2 days with 7 topics. The majority of participants consisted of teachers (83.3%), women (90%), bachelor's degrees (60%), and over 46 years of age (51.5%). Pre-test 7 topics still below 30%. The first day's activities were phase 1 to phase 4 and the second day was phase 5 to phase 7. Post-test 7 topics were above 75%. 7 topics have increased above 50%. The improvements that occur can be the beginning of realizing road transportation safety for society.

Abstract

The presence of the Mandalika Tourism Area has become one of the driving factors for the selection of Mataram City, North Lombok Regency, East Lombok Regency, West Lombok Regency, and Central Lombok Regency as cities/regencies participating in the "100 Smart City Movement" program. The arrival of tourists in the circuit needs to be seen as a potential for the surrounding areas to accelerate development in various sectors, including transportation. This research is conducted to analyze the readiness of implementing smart mobility in the 5 areas around the Mandalika Tourism Area as one aspect in realizing a smart city, as well as the challenges faced in implementing smart mobility. In this study, a deductive approach through literature surveys and questionnaire distribution, as well as a qualitative descriptive approach through Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with related government agencies (OPD), are used. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method is used to obtain parameters for public satisfaction with public transportation services. From the analysis results, all areas are still classified as conditionally ready, but there are still several aspects of smart mobility that need to be fulfilled and improved.

Abstract

Fenomena terminal bayangan di Indonesia menggambarkan kompleksitas masalah sistem transportasi publik yang memerlukan solusi konkret untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mobilitas masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan rekomendasi strategi dalam pengendalian terminal bayangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah sequential exploratory mixed methods design dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terhadap 15 informan yang mencakup pegawai dari Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat, Dinas Perhubungan, Terminal Resmi Tipe A, Kepolisian, dan Organisasi Angkutan Darat. Selain itu, metode pengumpulan data juga dilakukan melalui observasi di beberapa lokasi terdampak, dan kuesioner disebarkan kepada 228 pengguna terminal bayangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna terminal bayangan didominasi oleh berbagai lapisan masyarakat dengan kebutuhan mobilitas yang beragam, seperti pedagang, pelajar, petani, dan ibu rumah tangga. Faktor-faktor seperti aksesibilitas, biaya, dan kecepatan menjadi pertimbangan utama masyarakat dalam memilih terminal bayangan sebagai opsi transportasi. Rekomendasi strategi pengendalian terminal bayangan yang efektif yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu; Pertama, penguatan regulasi dan penegakan hukum yang lebih tegas terhadap terminal bayangan untuk mengurangi kemacetan dan meningkatkan keamanan lalu lintas. Kedua, peningkatan infrastruktur dan fasilitas di terminal resmi guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan menarik pengguna untuk beralih dari terminal bayangan. Ketiga, perluasan integrasi teknologi terkini dalam operasional transportasi, seperti pemanfaatan aplikasi mobile untuk informasi real-time dan pembayaran elektronik, yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan bagi pengguna. Keempat, peningkatan keamanan dan keselamatan. Kelima, kampanye kesadaran dan edukasi publik. Keenam, penyediaan insentif bagi pengguna terminal resmi.
