Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan suatu aset yang paling penting bagi perusahaan, dimana para karyawan itu pada hakekatnya berfungsi sebagai faktor penggerak jalannya atau kegiatan di suatu perusahaan. Suatu organisasi dapat melakukan aktivitasnya untuk mencapai tujuan yang diingikan perlu adanya manajemen yang baik terutama sumber daya manusia, karena sumber daya manusia merupakan modal utama dalam merencanakan, mengorganisir, mengarahkan serta menggerakkan sumber daya lainnya yang ada dalam suatu organisasi. Riset ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Konveksi Farzan Store Comal Kabupaten Pemalang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling Cara ini dipilih agar sampel yang diambil dapat mewakili sifat populasi tersebut. Kriteria sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Konveksi Farzan Store Comal Kabupaten Pemalang dan masa kerja karyawan minimal sudah berkerja selama 1 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di konveksi Farzan Store Comal Kabupaten Pemalang. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Konveksi Farzan Store Comal Kabupaten Pemalang. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Konveksi Farzan Store Comal Kabupaten Pemalang. Kata Kunci: kompetensi; motivasi; kompensasi; kinerja. Abstract: Human resources (HR) are the most important asset for a company, where employees essentially function as a driving factor for the running or activities in a company. An organization can carry out its activities to achieve the desired goals, good management is needed, especially human resources, because human resources are the main capital in planning, organizing, directing and mobilizing other resources in an organization. This research uses field research and uses a quantitative approach. The object of this research is employees of Konveksi Farzan Store Comal, Pemalang Regency. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This method was chosen so that the samples taken can represent the nature of the population. The sample criteria used in this study were employees of Konveksi Farzan Store Comal, Pemalang Regency and the employee's work period had been working for at least 1 year. The results of the study showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Konveksi Farzan Store Comal, Pemalang Regency. Motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Konveksi Farzan Store Comal, Pemalang Regency. compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Farzan Store Comal convection, Pemalang Regency. Abstract

Introduction: This research aims to analyze the effect of experiential marketing and emotional marketing on the loyalty of generation Z Muslim customers through satisfaction on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform in Bandar District, Batang Regency. Research Methods: The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The population in this study is Tokopedia's Muslim e-commerce customers belonging to Generation Z aged 20-24 years in Bandar District. The total population is 6,568 thousand people. Results: The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing and emotional marketing affect the loyalty of generation Z Muslim customers through satisfaction on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform in Bandar District, Batang Regency. Based on the research, it was found that the people of Bandar Sub-district belonging to Generation Z, aged 20-24 years, use Tokopedia continuously because they are influenced by the experiential marketing and emotional marketing strategies carried out by Tokopedia.

Abstract

Along with the development of Islamic Economics in the business world in Indonesia. BUMDes is a microfinance institution that has an important role that aims to improve the economic level of the community, as well as provide funds to the community to develop development in the form of providing credit. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing bad loans and how to manage them in an Islamic economic perspective in BUMDes Bina Pakis, Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency. This type of research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. Researchers collect data by means of interviews through Social Media such as Whatsapp and Chat Messenger, as well as observations by thoroughly exploring the social situation to be studied. The results of the study can be said that (1) BUMDes "Bina Pakis" Pakis Putih Village, Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency has 75 debtors with a total number of bad loans of Rp. 34,800,000. Since the beginning of BUMDes, bad loans have averaged 12% per year. (2) the causes of bad credit at BUMDes Bina Pakis, namely the tendency to apply for credit funds by customers, there are business constraints, the BUMDes are less thorough in analyzing lending to debtors, and so on. As for when viewed from the perspective of Islamic Economics, in the process of paying credit funds there are delays in payments and breaking promises that have been agreed upon thus violating the provisions in the Word of Allah SWT. in Surah Al-Isra: 34 which contains "the promise must be carried out because there will be accountability". On the other hand, the existence of bad loans will cause the circulation of BUMDes funds to be hampered and have an impact on losses for the BUMDes and the community.

Abstract

 Perkembangan teknologi finansial berbasis syariah (Fintech Syariah) menuntut optimalisasi manajemen pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) untuk meningkatkan daya saing, inovasi, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peluang dan tantangan dalam penerapan Knowledge Management pada Fintech Syariah dalam ekosistem ekonomi digital. Peluang utama mencakup pemanfaatan big data dan kecerdasan buatan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, memperluas inklusi keuangan, serta memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Namun, tantangan seperti regulasi yang belum matang, risiko keamanan data, serta rendahnya literasi digital masih menjadi kendala dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya strategi pengelolaan pengetahuan yang berbasis teknologi serta kolaborasi antara regulator, akademisi, dan pelaku industri guna menciptakan ekosistem Fintech Syariah yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi studi ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi dalam mengembangkan Fintech Syariah yang inovatif, aman, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam di era ekonomi digital

Abstract

This research aims to understand the process of transformation of leadership styles in managing remote teams in startup companies. Changes in the work environment that increasingly rely on remote work systems encourage leaders to adjust their leadership strategies to remain relevant and effective. Using a qualitative approach and explanatory case study methods, this study explores the experiences of several startup managers who led remote teams through in-depth interviews. The results of this study show that managers experience a process of adaptation in leadership practices that tends to lead to a more open, supportive, and flexible style. The leadership style applied is tailored to the characteristics of the team, work dynamics, and challenges that arise in the context of remote work. These findings reveal that the transformation of leadership styles takes place gradually through a process of reflection and direct experience, which is influenced by personal values and team needs. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of adaptive leadership practices in the context of digital work, especially in the startup company environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the motivation of the community in their involvement in the savings and loan “arisan” and how this is in the view of Islamic Economics. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Sources of research information come from primary and secondary sources of information. The results of the study stated that the motivation of the people who participated in the savings and loan “arisan” activity was as one of a place for saving and to get their money back in an easy way. In the view of Islamic economics, this gathering is permissible and not unlawful. Arisan can be said to be haram if there are aspects of unjust, gharar (uncertainty/speculation), and usury, so that this kind of gathering is haram.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to see the implementation of Good Corporate Governance as a corporate strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research conducted is field research with qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used interviews and observations, with data reduction analysis and data triangulation. The results showed that PNM Mekaar sharia Brebes district and BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Bumiayu Brebes district applies the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) well in the form of the principles of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness. Where the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a company strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic has a positive impact on the company by increasing customers and members who need financing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan agar dapat menjelaskan apa itu etika berbisnis dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan metode jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dimana yang sumber datanya menggunakan dari berbagai artikel, jurnal ataupun buku terdahulu yang berkaitan seputar topik penelitian. Penelitian ini mempunyai alasan kenapa memilih metode kualitatif, karena dapat menghasilkan hasil yang nyata mengenai permasalah yang ada dalam masyarakat. Secara etimologis, etika ini berasal dari bahasa Yunani yaitu ethos, dimana ethos ini memiliki padanan arti sikap, cara berpikir seseorang, kebiasaan atau adat istiadat, moral serta budi pekerti. Etika juga bisa diartikan sebagai prinsip atau perilaku dimana ia bisa membedakan mana yang benar dan mana yang salah. Etika juga merupakan salah satu bagian dari filsafat yang mempelajari tentang bermacam- macam seperti nilai, norma atau aturan serta moral. Kenyataannya dalam dunia muslim, sekarang ini masih menghadapi kekurangan ekonomi dan menyebabkan kita bergantung pada negara maju. Akan tetapi, negara maju tersebut mempunyai peran yang sangat penting bagi negara yang mengalami kekurangan karena bisa membuat tujuan atau visi misi dalam mengembangkan kegiatan ekonominya yang bersumber dari sistem beretika islam. Dalam hal ini, etika sudah menjadi acuan yang terpenting untuk semua dunia bisnis perspektif islam. Dalam praktiknya, etika berbisnis perspektif islam bisa digunakan sebagai landasan dalam membimbing suatu orang dalam kesadaran islami di segala kegiatan ekonominya. Jika tidak menerapkan etika dalam usaha bisnisnya,  maka akan bisa menghancurkan kehidupannya baik di dunia dan akhirat. Sebab banyak produsen yang sadar akan etika bisnisnya bisa menunjukkan sisi positif antar kinerja. Dalam ajaran dijelaskan bahwa seorang pelaku bisnis akan bisa sukses jika menerapkan etika islam dalam bisnisnya. Karena etika mempunyai lima prinsip utama antara kain Tauhid, Keseimbangan, Kehendak bebas serta tanggung jawab dan yang terakhir Kebenaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using the e- commerce platform on the sales performance of Muda Mudi offline stores in the Digital Age. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection methods in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data is taken from interviews with owners and employees observation observations at the research site. And for secondary data obtained from literature studies or literature searches of previous research literature through internet sites or journals that are relevant to this case. The results of the study found that the existence of E-commerce actually made offline stores deserted customers because now people prefer to shop for fashion in online stores because they can buy it easily without coming to the store just using the internet wherever and whenever they are. Prices in online stores are sometimes also cheaper than offline stores and also usually the choice of goods in online stores is more than offline stores
