Abstract

Labor is an important part that supports operations within a company. Manpower requirements planning is part of the recruitment program preparation activities to do selection so as to obtain workers who meet the qualifications in a company. However, not all selection processes succeed by getting candidates for work that are in line with company qualifications. Therefore, this study discusses the Decision Support System for the Selection of Prospective Workers in Pontianak City (SIPEKERJA) which is web-based. The method used in this study is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Variables that become the main criteria in the Decision Support System for Selection of Prospective Laborers include gender, age, education level, field of expertise, and work experience. The system that has 3 levels of access (they are admin, prospective workers, and companies) is expected to be able to support the company in determining prospective workers according to the criteria expected by the company to occupy a certain part of the company.

Abstract

This study was conducted to provide decision recommendations in choosing a concentration of courses for students based on their academic performance. The problem in this research is how students can choose a course concentration for themselves based on the academic performance they have previously achieved. The selection of this concentration is calculated based on the prerequisite courses that have been previously determined for each concentration of courses using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method. Each prerequisite course is a criterion that is given a weighting using the Rank Sum weighting technique. The alternatives used in this study were 32 alternatives, all of which were students who had completed all prerequisite courses and would choose a concentration of courses in the coming semester. The results of the implementation of the MOORA method in a decision support system with Rank Sum weighting for each criterion obtained results of 18 students recommended in the Emerging Technology concentration and 14 students recommended in the Software Engineering concentration according to their academic performance. The results of the comparison between decision recommendations with the MOORA method and the questionnaire of concentration choices according to student interests showed a level of conformity of 59.38%. Thus, the decision support system with the MOORA method can provide recommendations for choosing a concentration of courses based on previously achieved academic performance.

Abstract

Himpunan mahasiswa merupakan organisasi kemahasiswaan di bawah program studi dari suatu perguruan tinggi, yang melibatkan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan akademik dan non-akademik. Terdapat tiga Program Studi Di Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Sabda Setia yaitu Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi, Bisnis Digital, dan Kewirausahaan. ISTESA, HIMBISDI, dan CSI merupakan himpunan mahasiswa di masing-masing Program Studi tersebut yang telah melaksanakan kegiatannya sesuai dengan program kerjanya masing-masing. Dokumentasi kegiatan dari masing-masing himpunan masih dilakukan secara manual baik itu dalam bentuk softcopy maupun hardcopy. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola kegiatan ini secara terpadu mulai dari pengajuan proposal kegiatan, dokumentasi kegiatan dan laporan akhir kegiatan. Dalam penelitian ini, perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan dua tahap dari SDLC dengan model Waterfall dan menghasilkan rancangan sistem mulai dari rancangan basis data, komponen sistem, dan alur kerja sistem. Rancangan basis data dirancang menggunakan ERD dan ditransformasikan ke dalam model data fisik untuk digunakan sebagai panduan dalam pembuatan basis data. Diagram Use Case menggambarkan interaksi umum antara pengguna dan sistem, sedangkan Activity Diagram menggambarkan aktivitas pengguna secara sistematis dan terurut. Aktivitas di dalam Activity Diagram mendeskripsikan interaksi pengguna dengan sistem sesuai dengan levelnya masing-masing. Hasil perancangan sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi sistem informasi pengelolaan kegiatan himpunan mahasiswa di Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Sabda Setia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gamifikasi dalam Learning Management System (LMS) terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Gamifikasi, yang melibatkan penerapan elemen permainan dalam konteks pendidikan, diyakini dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis artikel-artikel relevan yang diterbitkan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi dalam LMS dapat meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik melalui elemen-elemen seperti poin, leaderboard, badge, dan tantangan. Peningkatan motivasi ini pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran dan menghasilkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Namun, pengaruh gamifikasi terhadap hasil belajar tidak selalu konsisten, tergantung pada desain elemen gamifikasi dan karakteristik individu mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pendidik untuk mendesain gamifikasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi mahasiswa agar dapat memaksimalkan manfaat dari penerapan gamifikasi dalam LMS. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengkaji dampak gamifikasi dalam jangka panjang dan pengaruhnya terhadap perkembangan akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

The food delivery application is a digital platform that allows users to order food from restaurants or other food vendors through smartphones or computers. Good service quality in the Food Delivery Application (FDA) has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty to online food delivery services. Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) is a multi-criteria decision-making method that has been extensively researched and applied in various fields. Weighting using the ROC method has proven to be highly effective in various research contexts. Data from 125 respondents used in this study were calculated using the COPRAS method and ROC weighting to generate rankings for each FDA. Service quality, promotions, features, costs, and UI/UX are criteria used in this calculation. The results of the calculation using the COPRAS method and ROC weighting show a slight difference, where alternative A1, GoFood, ranks first with a value of 0.55585381, followed by alternative A3, ShopeeFood, in second place with a value of 0.55584456, and alternative A2, GrabFood, in third place with a value of 0.55449330. Thus, the best FDA resulting from the calculation using the COPRAS method and ROC weighting is GoFood.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing food purchasing decisions through Food Delivery Applications among Generation Z, with a focus on students at the Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Sabda Setia Pontianak. Utilizing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the theoretical framework, data from 125 Gen Z students were analyzed. The findings reveal that habits and price value significantly influence behavioral intentions, impacting the usage of FDAs. However, factors like performance expectations, effort expectations, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and social influence did not exhibit significant effects. These findings provide crucial insights for food delivery service providers to adapt marketing strategies and service development according to the preferences of Gen Z consumers. By focusing on habits and pricing, this research can serve as a foundation for developing more effective and relevant business strategies targeting the Gen Z market.
