Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pemahaman guru biologi di Kecamatan Ilir Barat 1 Kota Palembang tentang kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan persentase. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah semua guru biologi SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Ilir Barat 1 Kota Palembang dengan jumlah 20 orang. Secara umum hasil tes pemahaman kurikulum 2013 diperoleh nilai rata-rata 67 dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil analisis RPP guru konsep pendekatan saintifik nilai rata-rata 96,6 (kategori sangat baik). Konsep penilaian autentik nilai rata-rata 64 (kategori cukup). Konsep model pembelajaran nilai rata-rata 24 (kategori sangat kurang). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman Guru Biologi SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Ilir Barat 1 Kota Palembang masuk dalam kategori baik. This research purpose was to get the understanding of biology teachers’ understanding at SMA Negeri about curriculum 2013 in Ilir Barat 1 District of Palembang City. The method used was descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique used was descriptive percentation. The samples of this research were 20 biology teachers at SMA Negeri in Ilir Barat 1 District of Palembang City. In general, the average value of the understanding test results about curriculum 2013 was 67 and was in good category. The result of the analysis of teachers’ lesson plan with scientific approach concept had an average value at 96.6 (very good category). The concept of authentic assessment has an average at 64 (category enough). The concept of learning model evalution had an average value at 24 (very poor category). Based on the research result, it could be concluded that the understanding of iology teachers’ understanding at SMA Negeri about curriculum 2013 in Ilir Barat 1 District of Palembang City was in good category.

Abstract

In this 21st century, teachers are required to empower students' Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Unfortunately, there are still many teachers who have difficulty compiling HOTS questions. The purpose of this community service activity was training in formulating HOTS-based online test instrument for Senior High School (SHS) teachers in Sekayu City. Community service activities were carried out by a team from the Biology Education Study Program, Sriwijaya University through workshops. The workshop was held at Public SHS 2 Sekayu for two days. From the service activities that have been carried out, there has been an increase in the knowledge and skills of teachers in designing and making HOTS-based online evaluation tools. This activity also produced a HOTS question collection document and a google form link containing an online based HOTS question instrument. Based on the series of service activities, it can be concluded that the competence of teachers to conduct online-based HOTS evaluation activities has increased.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara capaian dan persepsi siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal higher order thinking skills di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi dengan jumlah sampel penelitian berjumlah 404 siswa yang merupakan siswa dari sekolah berstatus negeri dan swasta dengan akreditasi A. Data penelitian diambil dengan memberikan soal-soal higher order thinking skills yang berjumlah 42 soal dan angket persepsi siswa tentang kemampuang HOTs yang dimilikinya. Persepsi yang dilihat dari angket ini antara lain kemampuan penguasaan HOTs, pengaplikasian HOTs, pengaplikasian HOTs dalam tugas yang diberikan, dan penyelesaian soal HOTs yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara capaian siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal HOTs dengan persepsi siswa terhadap kemampuan HOTs yang dimilikinya sangat lemah dengan keofisien korelasi 0,09. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi tentang kemampuan HOTs yang dimiliki oleh siswa tidak diikuti dengan capaian siswa tersebut dalam menyelesaikan HOTs. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di kelas harus ditekankan pada aktivitas pembelajaran yang berfokus pada pembiasaan cara berpikit tingkat tinggi untuk siswa, sehingga siswa terbiasa menggunakan HOTs dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapinya dimasyarakat.

Abstract

Many factors are related to student learning outcomes in bold learning, including metacognitive awareness and family support. This correlational study aims to determine the relationship between metacognitive awareness and family support on the learning outcomes of students of class XI MIA (Mathematics and Natural Sciences) SMA Negeri 3 Martapura on the digestive system material in 2021/2022. The population in this study were all class XI MIA  SMA Negeri 3 Martapura which consisted of 91 students with the number of samples tested amounting to 73 samples of this study were determined randomly. Method of data collection using a questionnaire and distributed via google form. The instrument used is developed by the author and has been validated by expert lecturer. Questionnaires were given to determine metacognitive and family relationships and were given multiple choices to determine learning outcomes. The results showed that there was a positive but low correlation (r = 0.228) between metacognitive awareness and courageous learning outcomes. There is a negative correlation (r = -0.053) between family support and courageous learning outcomes (Y = 12.917+0.152 X1 - 0.108 X2) which indicates a low relationship between metacognitive awareness and family support on courageous learning outcomes. The implication of this research is that metacognitive awareness and family support are not closely related to learning outcomes and there are many other factors that have a closer relationship
