Abstract

This scientific article aims to evaluate a workshop held at SMP Negeri Satu Atap Cibarusah Bekasi to enhance the digital literacy of teachers. The workshop focused on creating written works in the form of Aksi Nyata Documents on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), introducing and utilizing the Canva graphic design application and Gemini Artificial Intelligence to support the writing process. Participants were also trained on the structure of writing Aksi Nyata that meet PMM’s Writing Guidelines to ensure validation, as well as how to provide effective feedback for various types of Aksi Nyata. The workshop consisted of three main sessions: (1) Introduction to the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), (2) Tips for passing PMM Action Plan validation, and (3) Hands-on practice in creating written works aligned with the theme "Literacy Enhancing Student Competence." Evaluation results show that teachers gained increased understanding and skills in composing scientific articles that meet PMM standards and can use technology to improve the quality of their writing. This workshop significantly contributes to strengthening teachers' digital literacy and writing competence, which is expected to be applied in educational development at schools.

Abstract

Sistem Keuangan merupakan serangkaian sistem yang dapat membantu manajemen perusahaan untuk mengambil suatu keputusan yang memberikan pengaruh pada perusahaan sehingga perusahaan mampu menghadapi tantangan dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang sejenis. Penyajian data keuangan yang sistematis dan akurat dalam periode akuntansi yang tepat, melakukan kontrol secara tepat terhadap aset perusahaan, mengumpulkan dan menyimpan data tentang segala aktivitas dan transaksi keuangan, serta membuat efisiensi biaya dan waktu terhadap kinerja keuangan merupakan hal penting dalam pengelolaan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, sebagai upaya melaksanakan salah satu dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi berupa pengabdian pada masyarakat, kami tim dosen dari Fakultas Teknik Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, program studi Teknik Informatika, bermaksud mengadakan pelatihan Penerapan Sistem Keuanganpada sebuah sekolah yaitu SMK Catur Global Bekasi. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Keuangan pada murid-murid dan karyawan SMK Catur Global Bekasi berupa pemanfaatan pada menu Finansial Control dan yang terdapat pada Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Dimana menu tersebut berfungsi untuk mengakses setiap transaksi keuangan baik uang masuk maupun keluar, seperti proses pengentrian pada setiap pos biaya diberbagai akun kas dan bank lalu diberikan chart of account sehingga dapat diketahui tujuan dan sumber uang masuk pada setiap transaksi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi setiap individu siswa dan karyawan sekolah sehingga menjadi informasi yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Information technology that continues to grow rapidly, especially in the field of education, requires the parties involved to be able to adapt to technology. Especially in the last two years, Indonesia has experienced the Covid-19 Pandemic, which requires the teaching and learning process to be transformed into an online form, giving rise to many e-Learning platforms. Using e-Learning can help teachers and students monitor the activity of students in doing assignments, discussion forums or other activities. This online learning process was also carried out at the Foundation for Orphans and Dhuafa Al-Mabrur Kebalen, Bekasi Regency. To assist the Foundation in implementing e-Learning, this Community Service (PKM) program was carried out which aims to develop Learning Management System (LMS) software. This training is expected to meet several targets, namely being able to manage learning materials and being able to manage e-Learning participant accounts. From the results of the training on the use of Web-based applications, it shows that teachers find it helpful to monitor student activities in accessing online learning materials. The students have also been able to use this eLearning application well.

Abstract

Information technology is a series of computer-based systems that can assist business processes in making decisions that affect an organization so that the organization is able to face challenges in the current era. It is time for all activities and activities to also take advantage of the latest technology-based information systems. As part of the community in an effort to carry out one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the form of community service. This community service activity aims to collect data on prospects for orphanage donors, namely in the form of Donor Prospect Management Application System Training at the Duta Harapan Indonesian Orphanage (PYI) Bekasi City Branch. Donor prospects are usually obtained from donor search activities or donor prospects who contact the orphanage. By using this application system, the management or management of donor prospect data will be much more efficient and effective, namely from recording and reporting as well as data analysis. This application system simultaneously records donor data, namely data on prospects for donors who have the status of being donors or paying infaq which is urgently needed by the orphanage. The results of this training activity are felt to be useful for the orphanage to increase insight and knowledge as well as ease in carrying out daily controls or supervision as well as being beneficial to the running of daily operations.

Abstract

Information technology which continues to develop in various sectors of life requires the parties involved to be able to adapt to technology. Efforts to adapt technology are also continuing to be developed by the management of Al-Mabrur Orphanage Bekasi. A digital transformation carried out by the Al-Mabrur Orphanage in order to improve the management of student activities using an information system. Orphanages, as places for children who need protection and care, require an organized and efficient approach in monitoring and improving the quality of these children's daily lives. This training aims to provide understanding to orphanage managers and students regarding the use of information systems, to make it easier to record student participation in every activity held by the Al-Mabrur Orphanage. With an integrated information system, orphanages can create an environment that is more adaptive to technology and responsive to various activities in the orphanage. The output of this community service activity is that students can view and access activity data easily, and orphanage managers can have digital data recapitulation to monitor and evaluate student activities.
