Abstract

In order to remain competitive, the Bina Mulia Cooperative Shop, which sells office supplies, is now working to maintain its sales turnover and boost sales. According to the findings of the observations made at this shop, there are a number of barriers to the sales business process, including the level of marketing used, which is still less effective, where product marketing in this shop is only focused on location and depends on customer arrival, and sales recording, which is still done manually using books. Based on these issues, research was conducted with the goal of developing an electronic sales system using the RAD technique and the Unifed Modeling Language (UML) as the system design. A software development methodology that focuses process development cycles quickly is called Rapid Application Development (RAD). The waterfall paradigm served as the foundation for the RAD model. The researchers discovered after testing that the sales application was powered by a computer system.

Abstract

One of the most recent innovations in customer service, where competition is fierce, is mapping consumer coordinates. Given that the clientele is dispersed among multiple villages and sub-districts. Consumer place mapping is not without its challenges. Finding data sources can be challenging in and of itself, aside from regional problems and a staffing deficit. to build a customer service system by using facilities. OpenStreetMap (OSM) was then built using an HTML website framework, MySQL with Myadmin PHP features, and the OpenStreetMap API. OpenStreetMap (OSM) is a mapping tool that enables exact mapping of virtually all of Indonesia's residential areas through the use of satellite photography. Furthermore, by dividing the mapping region into smaller mapping pieces, the tasking manager tool in OSM speeds up digitizing. This makes it possible for several OSM volunteers to map the same region concurrently across several districts or cities. in Indonesia

Abstract

XYZ Group is an independent property consulting company that provides services ranging from consulting services to running an effective, efficient and professional sales system with a mission in the field of housing sales. The core problem that exists is that the employee assessment process is still conventional so it takes a long time and there is no system and application that supports the employee assessment process. The methodology used in this research is: Observation Methodology, Interview Methodology, Literature Methodology. The software development used is the RAD method, in this method there are three stages, namely: Requirements Planning, RAD design workshop, Implementation. In designing the decision support system at PT.XYZ Group using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. After the system has been analyzed and designed in detail, the next stage that will be carried out is the system implementation stage in the form of implementing a decision support system at PT.XYZ Group which is ready to be used. The aim of the system design concept that has been prepared is so that if an error occurs in the system it can be corrected again. This Decision Support System can make it easier for the company to determine the best marketing person who will fill the position being promoted. The Decision Support System is able to provide alternatives in determining the best marketing using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The output from this Decision Support System can sort employee rankings from highest to lowest, as well as print reports on the best marketing results.

Abstract

PT Mora Telematics Indonesia continues to be committed to providing the best service to satisfy customers, both in terms of the quality of the products offered and the responsiveness in handling requests. However, the process of requesting bandwidth on demand, especially in activating requests that still use conventional configurations, causes inefficiencies and the potential for human error. This can reduce customer satisfaction and hinder the speed of response to bandwidth upgrade requests. As an alternative, a solution is designed in the form of a bandwidth configuration automation system based on the priority scheduling algorithm with the aim of increasing efficiency and accuracy in managing bandwidth requests on demand. This application was developed using a waterfall development model and based on a unified modeling language with a website platform to ensure ease of use. Application functionality testing shows satisfactory performance in each process, both at the billing and NOC levels, and the priority scheduling algorithm is proven to be able to read the end-date on the bandwidth on demand data correctly

Abstract

Subject Scheduling System Using the Genetic Algorithm at SMK PGRI Rawalumbu. Bekasi. Faculty of Computer Science. Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. 2024. The aim of this research is to reduce the time required to develop and test schedules. Ensure there are no clashes in the teaching schedule. Utilizing web -based technology for easy and flexible data access. Helps schools compile subject schedules that suit their needs, reduce clashes, and increase the efficiency of automatic schedule creation Research Framework Method or strategy for planning and implementing research that focuses on collecting and analyzing quantitative data. This framework is intended to regulate the procedures required in research and provide an overview of the detailed steps that will be part of the research. A genetic algorithm is an algorithm that uses an understanding of natural evolution to solve problems. By using natural selection theory, genetic algorithms can optimize scheduling system uses a genetic algorithm cycle flow diagram, which includes initial population generation, fitness, level assessment, selected individuals, cross-over, mutation, and regeneration.

Abstract

The washing business is currently growing at a very rapid rate, and to stay up with this expansion, the sector needs a solution that can improve data processing performance. Consumer and business data can be processed digitally, enabling systematization and organization in cases where the data can be physically represented and has precise location information. Customer coordinate mapping is one of the most recent advancements in customer service. There are many challenges when mapping the locations of consumers, particularly in a competitive company setting when clients are spread throughout several towns and subdistricts. Aside from regional issues and a labor shortage, another challenge is finding data sources. A customer service system is being developed using the OpenStreetMap (OSM) API, the HTML website framework, MySQL with Myadmin PHP capabilities, and OpenStreetMap API. OpenStreetMap (OSM) is a mapping platform that enables precise mapping. This is made possible by satellite imagery, which is available in almost all Indonesian residential areas. Furthermore, the digitization process is accelerated by OSM's task manager function, which divides the mapping region into smaller mapping blocks to enable multiple OSM contributors to map the same area simultaneously in multiple Indonesian districts and cities.

Abstract

Tourist attractions are a necessity for people to go on holiday with their families. Tourist attractions in Bekasi also have great potential for regional income if they are managed well. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that the population of Bekasi Regency currently reaches 3.3 million people and Bekasi City 2.6 million, an increase of around 1 million in the last 5 years. In the modern era, technology is developing so rapidly that it has become one of society's main needs. Technology that is always developing, such as smartphones and Android, can be easily utilized in carrying out various activities. Location Based Service (LBS) is a location service that uses GPS (Global Positioning Service) which functions to find a destination location to make it easier for users. Many people travel to a certain place to enjoy their holiday, this is a necessity in life to refresh the mind while working or studying. For this reason, it is necessary to present an information system that provides tourist attraction location services to make it easier for people to find these tourist attractions. The Location Based Service (LBS) information system can help the public in showing directions. This information system can help the public to carry out holiday activities to tourist attractions. This Location Based Service (LBS) system provides information services regarding tourist attractions and travel preparation tips. This tourist attraction's Location Based Service (LBS) system is also equipped with a location route feature.

Abstract

Information technology that continues to grow rapidly, especially in the field of education, requires the parties involved to be able to adapt to technology. Especially in the last two years, Indonesia has experienced the Covid-19 Pandemic, which requires the teaching and learning process to be transformed into an online form, giving rise to many e-Learning platforms. Using e-Learning can help teachers and students monitor the activity of students in doing assignments, discussion forums or other activities. This online learning process was also carried out at the Foundation for Orphans and Dhuafa Al-Mabrur Kebalen, Bekasi Regency. To assist the Foundation in implementing e-Learning, this Community Service (PKM) program was carried out which aims to develop Learning Management System (LMS) software. This training is expected to meet several targets, namely being able to manage learning materials and being able to manage e-Learning participant accounts. From the results of the training on the use of Web-based applications, it shows that teachers find it helpful to monitor student activities in accessing online learning materials. The students have also been able to use this eLearning application well.

Abstract

Information technology is a series of computer-based systems that can assist business processes in making decisions that affect an organization so that the organization is able to face challenges in the current era. It is time for all activities and activities to also take advantage of the latest technology-based information systems. As part of the community in an effort to carry out one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the form of community service. This community service activity aims to collect data on prospects for orphanage donors, namely in the form of Donor Prospect Management Application System Training at the Duta Harapan Indonesian Orphanage (PYI) Bekasi City Branch. Donor prospects are usually obtained from donor search activities or donor prospects who contact the orphanage. By using this application system, the management or management of donor prospect data will be much more efficient and effective, namely from recording and reporting as well as data analysis. This application system simultaneously records donor data, namely data on prospects for donors who have the status of being donors or paying infaq which is urgently needed by the orphanage. The results of this training activity are felt to be useful for the orphanage to increase insight and knowledge as well as ease in carrying out daily controls or supervision as well as being beneficial to the running of daily operations.

Abstract

Supportive software for scientific article creation is an application that assists in writing scientific articlesefficiently and effectively. This software features reference management, note-taking, text review, andformatting according to academic standards. The training to be provided will focus on creating scientificarticles using supportive software to enhance the competence of teachers in publishing their scientific articles.By understanding how to create scientific articles, high school teachers can improve their academic abilities,serve as positive examples for students, provide resources, and contribute to research and educationaldevelopment. This can help improve the quality of education and produce competent and skilled students. Theproposed solution is to organize training on the utilization of supportive software in scientific article creation.This training will provide understanding and skills in using software such as Mendeley and ChatGPT. Mendeleyis a reference management software that assists in collecting, managing, and storing references for scientificarticles. Additionally, Mendeley helps organize references according to various writing styles such as APA,MLA, Chicago, Vancouver, and IEEE. ChatGPT, on the other hand, is a natural language model that helpsgenerate structured and meaningful texts. In the context of scientific article creation, ChatGPT can assist informulating and organizing ideas or concepts, as well as providing suggestions or feedback for scientificwriting. Both of these software options can be chosen based on the needs and preferences of the writer. Theresults of this training, based on a survey using an online mentimeter, showed that it was very useful and theparticipants wanted to continue this training.
