Abstract

This research aims to understand the production process at Segar Doger Poncowati. To understand the implementation of halal certification or halal labeling for Segar Doger products in Poncowati. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of 1 small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) manager, 1 SME financial personnel, and 2 SME employees. The data analysis techniques involve data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Production consists of providing goods and services while considering the values ​​of justice and benefits for society. The research results indicate that Segar Doger's output is based on ingredients such as freshly squeezed orange juice and granulated sugar as the main components. The production equipment is relatively simple and manual. The Halal Certificate held by Segar Doger is issued by the Lampung branch of the Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI) and is valid for 2 years, requiring renewal every 2 years.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the social and economic impact of the Thoriqul Khoir mosque in Tanjung Karang Barat district on the welfare of the local community during the period May, June and July 2024. This mosque was chosen because it is the oldest mosque in the region and has a strategic location that is easily accessible, so it becomes the center of religious and social activities of the community. The approach used in this study is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with mosque administrators, pilgrims, local communities, and small businesses in the mosque area. In addition, direct observation is also applied to observe the activities in the mosque and the interaction of the surrounding community. The results showed that the Thoriqul Khoir mosque has a significant positive impact on the economic and social aspects of the community. In terms of economy, this mosque is a center for the development of various MSMEs owned by the surrounding community. Pilgrims who come every day provide opportunities for residents to open businesses such as food stalls and shops for worship supplies, which has an impact on increasing residents ' income. In terms of social, the mosque is not only a place of worship, but also as a center of education and community empowerment activities. Regular recitation and study programs involving many participants, including 200 santriwan and santriwati, strengthened the religious education and spirituality of the community. In addition, social activities and celebrations of Islamic holidays organized by the mosque also play an important role in building social solidarity among the community, by involving volunteers and active support from the surrounding community. Overall, this study confirms that the Thoriqul Khoir Mosque not only serves as a place of worship, but also as a major catalyst for the economic and social well-being of the surrounding community

Abstract

Aplikasi TAPERA (Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat) dirancang oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk membantu masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah memiliki rumah sendiri. Penelitian ini menganalisis TAPERA dari perspektif Maqosid As Syariah, yang mencakup pemeliharaan agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dan dokumen resmi terkait TAPERA, dan dianalisis berdasarkan lima prinsip Maqosid As Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TAPERA selaras dengan prinsip Maqosid As Syariah. TAPERA memelihara harta (hifdz al-mal) melalui mekanisme tabungan yang aman. Selain itu, TAPERA mendukung pemeliharaan jiwa (hifdz an-nafs) dengan memberikan akses ke perumahan layak dan sehat, serta berkontribusi dalam pemeliharaan keturunan (hifdz an-nasl) dengan memastikan tempat tinggal yang stabil untuk keluarga. Namun, beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi TAPERA perlu diperbaiki untuk kesesuaian yang lebih baik dengan Maqosid As Syariah. Penting untuk memastikan keadilan distribusi manfaat dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana TAPERA. Secara keseluruhan, TAPERA adalah langkah positif dalam membantu masyarakat memiliki rumah dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan, mendukung tujuan syariat Islam. Dengan perbaikan berkelanjutan, TAPERA memiliki potensi besar menjadi program yang efektif secara ekonomi dan berkah dalam perspektif Maqosid As Syariah.
